    I. Preliminaries
    The meeting was called to order at 1:00 P.M. by Ms. Sharon O. Cuer, Grade I2-
    Einstein Adviser and it started with a prayer led by Marites P. Abanid.

    II. Roll Call


    There are _____ parents who were present.

    III. Agenda
     Ms. Sharon discussed about the student’s performance in school, cutting classes,
    absences and behaviors needs to be improved.
     Ms. Sharon discussed about the Christmas Party of the school which will be held on
    December 13, 2019.
     The parents agreed of the menu for the lunch.
     The with honor learners for the grading are given certificates of recognition.
     The parents agreed to contribute money for the food and also the necessary
    preparations.
     Attendance and participation of the parents for the party is highly expected.

    IV. Adjournment
    There will be no matters to be discussed; the meeting was adjourned at 4: 05 P.M.
