    MOTION FOR ISSUANCE OF SUBPOENA


    COMES NOW, the plaintiffs, by counsel. to this Honorable Court
    respectfully manifest, that: —

    1. Plaintiffs last witness in the above


    entitled case is
    ________________________________________________ of the National
    Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Tarlac City;

    2. His testimony is vital to the resolution of this case considering that he


    was the one assigned to investigate plaintiffs complaint against the
    defendants for estafa and falsification of public documents relating to this
    case;

    3. To be able to testify before this Honorable Court, a subpoena and


    subpoena duces tecum ad testificandum is necessary for him to appear
    and testify in this case;

    WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, it is most respectfully


    prayed of this Honorable Court that a subpoena and subpoena duces tecum ad
    testificandum be issued to Agent Nelson Pacada of the NBI Tarlac, requiring him
    to testify before this Honorable Court in the hearing of this case set on July 31,
    2019 at 8:30 o`clock in the morning.

    Other reliefs and remedies as are just and equitable under the premises are
    likewise prayed
