    national and employee of FULLSPEED TECHNOLOGIES INC.

    This is to further certify that the company is undertaking to withhold and remit Bureau of
    Internal Revenue (BIR) taxes due on all income of the applicant. And all documents submitted
    are legally obtained from the corresponding government agencies.
