    Dear Executive Judge Viola:

    This pertains to the updating of the pending warrant of arrests re-Violation of RA 9208
    as amended by RA 10364 by this office. The updating of the warrant of arrests is
    deemed necessary for the implementation through service of warrant operations. The
    updating of the warrant of arrests will be the basis of the plotting of rescue,
    implementation of search warrants, service of WOA, and entrapment operations, among
    bars, houses and other establishments, that caters to trafficking acts.

    In this regard, may we respectfully request the update of warrant of arrests with criminal

    Further, this office requests recognition of PSMS Sean D Guarin and PMSg Cyrus D
    Lising, as the authorized personnel of this office to transact coordination on warrant
    concerns with your office, as said personnel are designated as Warrant PNCOs.
