MR. ONUGHA LEO TOOCHUKWU, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS


His duty is to:
1. Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
2. Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
3. Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback
4. Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational
objectives and apply improvements
5. Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation
6. Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
7. Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
8. Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
9. Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors

MR. OKONKWO CHIDOZIE NNAEMEKA, DIRECTOR OF FINANCE


His duty is to:
1. Drive the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks
2. Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems
3. Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system
4. Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel (management
accountants, internal auditors etc.)
5. Oversee all audit and internal control operations
6. Develop the corporate fundraising strategy and manage relationships with partners and
investors
7. Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual
basis

8. Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives
9. Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines
MR. ONUGHA EMMANUEL, DIRECTOR OF SALES
His duty is to:
1. Motivate and energize the staff to make proactive decisions in all their communications
with clients
2. Create and advertise weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals and keep C-level
executives apprised of the progress
3. Prepare sales reports and sign off on their accuracy before submitting them
4. Assess the competitive landscape and institute changes to the sales program in response to
competitors' changes
5. Establish a referral network with local businesses and find ways to maximize value from
those connections
6. Implement a sales training and orientation program to educate new hires as our company
grows

MR. JOEL CHIMAEZE JOEL, DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND PR


His duty is to:
1. Develop a yearly budget for the marketing team
2. Communicate the brand identity with the team
3. Sift through marketing data to find the important trends
4. Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends
5. Attend conferences to further marketing knowledge
6. Oversee social media strategy and implementation
7. Develop thought leadership pieces such as an e-book
8. Create marketing reports to show to executives

MR CHEN JIAYI, DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER


His duty is to:
1. Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program
2. Creating and revising job descriptions
3. Conducting annual salary surveys
4. Developing, analysing, and updating the company’s salary budget

6. Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
7. Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
