AFFIDAVIT
I, BALTAZAR BAUGBOG, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of Guiwanon,

Baclayon, Bohol, Philippines, after being duly sworn to in accordance with law, herby depose
and say:
1. That I have been a resident of barangay Guiwanon for Forty Three (43) years and a
registered voter therein;
2. That I participated actively in all the barangay activities and programs, attending
barangay assemblies, celebrating the fiesta in honor of the patron saint of barangay
Guiwanon chapel and my wife was in fact a former kagawad of barangay Guiwanon;
3. That I was told by one Eusebio Talip, a close friend of my father-in-law, Teodoro Sisican,
who was then a Teniente del Barrio (Barangay Captain) of barangay Guiwanon, that the
boundary between barangay Guiwanon and barangay Taguihon was from the shoreline
where the barangay boundary monument (bbm) is located traversing at the vicinity of
the house of the late Iboy Talip towards the house of the late Perfecto Lagura going to
the point at the side of the chapel in Mangool where the barangay boundary monument
(bbm) is located;
4. That my family and I intend to remain as residents of barangay Guiwanon because we

have been in honest belief and are already accustomed that our home is part of
barangay Guiwanon;
5. That I am executing this affidavit freely and voluntarily to attest to the truth of the
foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.

Bohol, Philippines, after being duly sworn to in accordance with law, herby depose and say:
1. That I have been a resident of barangay Guiwanon for Forty Five (45) years and a
Guiwanon;
3. That I am presently among the Barangay Tanods of barangay Guiwanon, Baclayon,

Bohol, Philippines;
4. That ever since my childhood, based on information from my parents and elders, our
residence located LOT# _____ is part of Guiwanon, Baclayon, Bohol, as the boundary
between barangay Guiwanon and barangay Taguihon was at the old house of the late
Perfecto Lagura;

I, ALFREDO BAJADE, Filipino, of legal age, widower and a resident of Guiwanon, Baclayon, Bohol,
Philippines, after being duly sworn to in accordance with law, herby depose and say:
1. That I am a resident of barangay Guiwanon for seventy (70) years and a registered voter therein;
2. That I participated actively in all the barangay activities and programs, attending barangay
assemblies, celebrating the fiesta in honor of the patron saint of barangay Guiwanon chapel and
in fact I am presently elected as kagawad of barangay Guiwanon;
3. That in 1970, more or less, the only households that resided along the street of Paulino Iyog
were the families of the late Gauden Malimot, Diosdado Metucua, Sacarias Balo, Sigundina
Galbo, Bandin Galbo, and Elueteria Lamban, and all of them were using as postal address as
Guiwanon, Baclayon, Bohol;
4. That were times in the past that our Teniente del Barrio, Nestor Lambo, was summoned by the
local government of Baclayon, Bohol in connection with intention to define the boundary
between barangays Guiwanon and Taguihon. However, Nestor Lambo refused and failed to
attend;
5. That when I personally asked Nestor Lambo on the boundary between barangay Taguihon and
barangay Guiwanon, he told me that the boundary is the vicinity of the house of Perfecto Lagura
going to the point at the shoreline where the barangay boundary monument (bbm) is located;
6. That I personally saw the barangay boundary monument (bbm) at the sea adjacent to the house
of Waning (pungkol) Talya Binaluyo;
7. That I am executing this affidavit freely and voluntarily to attest to the truth of the foregoing
facts and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
