    her appearance as counsel de officio for the defendant and thereby requests that
    any and all Notices, Orders, Decision and other processes that may be issued anent
    the above-captioned case be sent to;

    On 30 October 2017, a copy of an Order from this Honorable Court dated 26


    October 2017 was received by the undersigned counsel appointing the same as
    counsel de officio for defendants Peter Boyd Miole and Julius Peter More.

    Owing to the fact that the undersigned counsel has not yet personally met
    defendants, she would be needing additional time within which to study the case,
    craft the necessary pleadings, needless to state the need to collate and study records
    and other material documents pertinent to this case.

    Thus, the defendants, through the undersigned counsel most humbly and
    respectfully move for extension of time within which to submit the Answer.

    PRAYER

    PREMISES CONSIDERED, it is most respectfully prayed before this


    honorable court that;

    1. The foregoing Notice of Entry of Appearance be duly NOTED and;
