1. Executive Summary

Yours personal residents is in need of assistance with assessing, building and implementing of the
residential building, which may include the following:

Engineering, construction, works supervising, assets management & safety security.

Our team has significant experience in real-estate & building construction and has a successful track
record with similar clients and projects. We pride ourselves on delivering only the best results for
our clients so that they see an increase in productivity that has lasting results for their business.

2. Process

G+9, (5.75 katha) residential building construction with total duration of 24 month of the entire
project, as your requirement of the project.

We will work closely with you to build and fulfill the needs of this project by your desired time (24
month) & schedule. We will do this by establishing clear goals and a comprehensive solution based
on yours needs.

Our process to achieve this is as follows:

Phase 1: Initial Consultation

During this phase our team of experts will review any and all systems related to the residential
building Project in order to determine any existing pain points and/or leverage opportunities. We
will develop a list of any and all solution possibilities based on this initial consultation.

Phase 2: Solution Model

After reviewing your current systems and outlining possible solutions, our team will work with yours
to implement the best solution. This approach allows us to tailor the solution specifically for yours
needs and ensure it does not include excess paid services for which you will not need.

Phase 3: Implementation

Once we have both agreed upon a solution, our team will begin implementing the construction
Project plan. We will first deliver a detailed outline of the plan with a timeline that includes and all
relevant due dates and/or deliverables.

While due dates will depend on, and be adjusted specifically for, your project, here is a general
overview of what you can expect:

6. Additional Costs:

This building has been considered as non-fair face / non as cast (plaster painted) if not, additional
cost will be added with mutually by both party.

7.Mode of payment

 Turner Engineering & Construction requires 75% of shuttering materials cost as Tk.12,
00000/ (Twelve lac) in advance with along the work order which will be deduct from RA bill
(given amount/10 from each bill).
 After completion of roof (each) casting work 65% bill amount to be considered as payable
amount remaining 35% after completion of masonry work.
 The bill amount shall be paid within 7 days after submission of the bill.

8. Terms & Conditions

1. This Project Management Proposal is valid for a period of 720 days from the date this proposal is
signed by both parties. This Project Management & construction Proposal may be extended by
Turner Engineering & Construction by written notice to you.

2. Prior to a contractual agreement, elements may be am the terms and conditions related to the
project are subject to the mutual agreement of Turner Engineering & Construction and you.

9. Acceptance

Your signature below indicates acceptance of this Project Management proposal and entrance into a
contractual agreement with Turner Engineering & Construction beginning on the signature date
below.
