    Greetings of goodwill!

    Please accept this letter as notice of my resignation from my position as Project Engineer. My last day
    of employment will be on the closing of office hours on the 6th of February 2020.

    I have nothing but gratitude, pleasure and joy for my time in this company over the last two years and
    six months. The experiences I had in this position and for the extra miles I have taken have developed
    me professionally and holistically. Being in this position has taught me two important things: flexibility
    and adaptability, of which I learned to live by every day. All of these things will surely be my
    foundation in my constant pursuit of professional excellence. Unending thanks are due to this
    company for the usual support and countless opportunities.

    Arriving in this decision is never easy. Aside from the work itself, I have already built lasting
    relationships with my co-workers which makes it even harder. But as each day comes, I tend to be less
    effective and less efficient than before. To be in this position is already my comfort zone and because
    of this, I tend to slack already. There is this drive, this urge in me to do more, to be more and to
    explore more. With this, I realized that I need to expand my horizon by exposing myself to various
    professional experiences to further hone my craft.

    If I can be of any assistance during this transition in order to facilitate the passing of my
    responsibilities, please let me know. I would be glad to help however I can.

    Again, it has been a pleasure working as a part of your company.
