    Tools
    Data Source
    (ODBC)

    System DSN
    Add

    SQL
    Server

    Finish
    birlasoft

    HMS

    Dot (.)

    Next

    Select with SQL


    Authentication….

    User Name: sa
    Password: sa

    Press Next
    Select HMS
    database

    Next

    Finish
    Test Data
    Source

    Press OK after TESTS


    COMPLETED
    SUCCESSFULLY.

    After that u can close all Windows of DSN
