    AFFIDAVIT OF WAIVER OF RIGHTS

    We, SPOUSES DARIO C. GAMMAD AND MERCEDES DELLONA-GAMMAD, of


    legal ages, Filipinos and residents of Barangay Warat, Piat, Cagayan, after having
    been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:

    1. We are the recipient of a parcel of land pursuant to P.D 27 within the Estate of
    Salamanca and/or Hawkins particularly described as Lot 392 with an area of
    Eighteen Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Seven (18, 967) square meters, more
    or less under Pcs-af-02-005520(AR) in the final survey having issued
    Emancipation Patent No. 00799784 located at Cabaruan, Solana, Cagayan;

    2. We are voluntarily waiving all our rights, interests and privileges over the above
    described parcel of land in favor of the government for the following reasons:

    3. We are executing this affidavit freely and voluntarily without being forced,
