    SUBJECT : OFFENSE AGAINST COMPANY’S INTEREST

    This refers to our notice to explain dated September 29, 2020 as to why no disciplinary sanction should
    be imposed upon you for:
    B. OFFENSE AGAINST COMPANY’S INTEREST
    8. Unauthorized Absences

    ACT COMMITTED CONSTITUTING AN OFFENSE:


    Failure to report to work without notifying your immediate superior on the following days:
    1. September 8, 2020-morning
    2. September 15, 2020-morning
    3. September 29, 2020-whole day

    And your explanation dated October 6, 2020 thereto. We have gone through your explanation and we find
    that you have admitted the charge of Unauthorized Absences, but you have pleaded your family
    difficulties and health reasons for unauthorized absences. The reasons of your absences are valid but
    you failed to give timely notice to your immediate superior who is the DMM, not the Buyer.

    Since there is unqualified admission of charge of Unauthorized Absences on September 8, 2020-


    morning, September 15, 2020-morning and September 29, 2020-whole day in a period of one year.

    We do not think it necessary to hold any formal enquiry in regard to our show cause notice, as it will be an
    empty formality.

    This notice serves a warning by way of disciplinary action for Unauthorized Absences. Please note that
    you should timely notify to your immediate superior if you will be absent to work and you will not give any
    cause for initiating action against you.
