    AFFIDAVIT

    I, Gustavo S. Palacio, Colombia, of legal age with business address at 2203 High Street
    Corporate South Plaza Tower 1, 9th cor. 26th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City,
    Metro Manila, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby deposes and
    states that:

    1. I am one of the incorporators and the Commercial Directorof Oriental Coffee Alliance,
    Inc. (“the Corporation”);

    2. The Corporation was duly incorporated and registered with the Securities and
    Exchange Commission (SEC) on August 26, 2020. The SEC Certificate of
    Incorporation is hereto attached as Annex A;

    3. The Corporation is currently the Lessee of 2203 High Street Corporate South Plaza
    Tower 1, 9th cor. 26th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, the above-mentioned
    business address (“leased premises”). A copy of the Lease Contract is hereto
    attached as Annex B;

    4. The Corporation did not introduce any Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, and
    Civil/Structural Works (collectively referred to as “Fit-out Works”) on the leased
    premises; and that the fit-out works on the leased premises were undertaken for the
    account of the Lessors, Alfonso Anggala and Geraldine April Anggala. A copy of the
    approved Building Permit in the name of the lessors is hereto attached as Annex C;

    The Corporation did introduce some Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, and


    Civil/Structural Works (collectively referred to as “Fit-out Works”) on the leased
    premises on the account of the Lessors, Alfonso Anggala and Geraldine April
    Anggala. A copy of the approved Building Permit in the name of the lessors is hereto
    attached as Annex C;

    5. The Occupancy Permit and the Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection is pending
    with the Taguig City Satellite Office since September 3, 2020. The Taguig City
    Official Receipt on the Certificate of Occupancy and Certificate of Final Electrical
    Inspection is hereto attached as Annex D;

    6. The Corporation is occupying the leased premises as an office space, as applied for
    by the Lessors in the Certificate of Occupancy. The Occupancy Permit application of
    the Lessors is hereto attached as Annex E;

    7. The Fire Safety Inspection Certificate and equivalent Official Receipt issued by the
    Taguig City Hall on the leased premises are also hereto attached as Annexes F and
    G, respectively;

    8. All the original attachments to the aforementioned certificates (i.e. Building Permit,
    Occupancy Permit, and Fire Safety Inspection Certificate) were submitted to the
    respective offices of the Taguig City Hall;
    9. The Corporation has no signage attached to the Building (i.e. High Street Corporate
    South Plaza Tower 1), and that its corporate logo, which is permanently
    attached/etched on the front door entrance of the leased premises shall serve as the
    corporation’s signage. A photograph of the entrance and corporate logo is hereto
    attached as Annex H; and

    10. I am certifying to the truth and correctness of the above for the purpose of securing
    the Business Permit of Oriental Coffee Alliance, Inc. with Taguig City.
