- Yarn
- brown (ex: Knit Picks Wool of the Andes Amber Heather)
- dark gray (ex: Knit Picks Wool of the Andes Onyx Heather)
- white (ex: Knit Picks Wool of the Andes White)
- Size E (3.5MM) crochet hook for worsted weight yarn or a hook size
that can create a tight stitch for your yarn.
- Six (6) 6mm safety eyes (two per bear)
- Stuffing
- Tapestry needle
- Stitch marker (optional)

Start stuffing the bear at this point and continue
while you finish the nose. Stuff thoroughly and take
time to shape the body. Try not to ball the stuffing
up too much or else the bear can get lumpy.

Attach eyes at row 42. For Panda, place the patch in
place first then put the eye through the center hole.
When you’ve got both eyes in place, sew the edges
of the patches to the head.
Decrease until the hole is nearly closed.
Break the yarn with a long enough tail to sew the
hole closed.
Weave in the end.

ASSEMBLY

• Exact positioning is not that important. Attach the ears, tail, and legs.

• Sew the nose at the edge of the snout using dark yarn. Three stitches
makes the nose a good thickness.
