1. What initiatives do I do in order to meet the needs of those learners

whose needs are not yet met? (15 points)

The initiatives that I would do to meet the needs of my students, first I

will plan an activity to determine the learning styles and intelligence of
my students, this will allow me to scrutinise their learning diversities.
After identifying whom are the students that I did not cater the needs, I
will revise my plan putting up a building blocks of activities/cumulative
activities that eventually having a goal to allow the students to participate
more actively. If and if only necessary I will allot my vacant time for
those students, give such activity that will help them to improve their
performance this in terms of having collaborative discussion or a tutoring
session. I will also plan an activity to allow the students to explore their
capabilities and for them to be comfortable in learning because maybe the
only reason why I did not cater their needs is for the reason that they are
not comfortable with the leaning activity, assessment, and environment.

2. How can I help my students learn despite their differing capabilities,

learning styles, cultural heritage, socio-economic backgrounds, and
other differences? (15 points)
I can help my students to learn despite of their differences in such ways
that I will be more lenient for them and organize an assessment and
activities that are centred to them. In this manner I will be the type of
teacher who is more sensitive to the diversity of my students. In giving an
activity I will make sure that it is the most generic yet effective one for
the purpose of transferring of knowledge by means of having a
collaborative discussion between me as a teacher or to their fellow
students because there is a big chance that they are more comfortable in
sharing their personal side to their classmates than to me as their teacher.
Being resourceful is also a key to suffice this question for instances I will
give a project, in the setting of goals I will specify that they need to be
innovative such as but not limited in using a recyclable materials, in this
way I can cater the help those students who have a strong economic
problem and also improve their individual skills in innovation. In terms
of cultural diversity I will prepare variety of lesson approach to diminish
the chance that me as a teacher is stepping their cultural heritage.

3. How does addressing the characteristics and needs of the learners

based on the domains of development promote lifelong learning?
(20 points)

Addressing the needs and characteristics of learners based on the domains

of development promote lifelong learning, because this targets the most
critical point of the life of a person as as a learner. Due to this domains of
development the acquired learning that the teacher used to address the
learners’ characteristics and needs will have a strong connection with
their emotional, physical, social, and cognitive development that
eventually they will inculcate to their life. This learning will have a
representation that they can easily remember, apply and transfer this
knowledge to other people, making it and effective and lifelong learning.
