plot to spread an epidemic disease deliberately also through flawed protocols
to incite fear to declare martial law designed to culminate in mass
vaccination with unproven vaccines, and so to harm, damage and kill every
single person in Austria too

In this email and with the attachments and links, I provide proofs that people
within the sphere of jurisdiction of Vienna police, specifically Sebastian Kurz, have
formed an alliance with Trump and Putin and others to carry out that same plot and
that the coronavirus crisis is that same plot and so in the jurisdiction of Austrian
police in all parts of the country.
Police in France raided the offices and homes of Health Minister Olivier Veran,
Prime Minister Edouard Philippe and health bureaucrats including the head of
Public Health France Genevieve Chene and seized computers as part of an
investigation into whether they received warnings about the importance of
pandemic preparedness and could have prevented a lack of PPE equipment for
doctors and nurses and corona virus chaos on October 15th in recognition of the
fact that the coronavirus crisi, whether due to grossly negligent mismangement or
deliberate spread, threatens to do irreparable and substantial harm to the French
people.

The probe in Frnance into top officials, including the current and former Prime
Minister, and their handling of the coronavirus is being carried out by the Office

I demonstrate in this report and accompanying documents that Sebastian Kurz and
other members of the Austrian government were from May 2017 about the
importance of being prepared for epidemic diseases, warnings which they willfully
ignored making them guilty of gross negligence at a minimum..
However, the totality of evidence which I present here leaves little doubt that they
acted intentionally, deliberately ignored my warnings, indeed, did everything in
their power to suppress my warnings, including actively advancing the plot to have
me summarily arrested in Greece under massive violations by depriving me of the
help they were obliged to give me to protect my fair trial guarantees.
If they had fulfilled their obligations, paid attentions to my warnings, Sebastian

Kurz and the Austrian Federal government would, at a minimum, have been ready
checked its protocols, improved its policies to handle epidemic diseases, intensified
its preparations , stockpiled more PPE and so would have able to contain the
coronavirus preventing the chaos in Ischgl which spread the coronavirus all
around Austria and Europe.
The lockdown could have been avoided as it has been in Sweden which has
successfully contained the coronavirus without a lockdown or masks. The
economic harm could have been avoided and the invasion of civil liberties could
have been avoided if Kurz and other members of the government had acted on my
warnings.
I urge Austrian police and prosecutors to take this matter as seriously as the
French police and prosecutors have done and begin an immediate and thorough
investigation.
Kurz and his Health Minister Rudolf Anschober have signed contracts with the EU
for 6 million doses of an Astra Zenca vaccine which its developer Sir John Bell said
on UK TV Channel 4 on 24th August is designed to sterilize entire populations.
On 24th August 2020, Professor Sir John Bell, professor of medicine at Oxford
University, and a part of the GAVI team developing AstraZeneca's coronavirus
vaccine said in an interview with Jon Snow on Channel4 in August that the aim
of the Astra Zeneca coronavirus vaccine was to sterilize populations, more
evidence that the vaccine is designed to injure, kill or make them sick.

Anschober announced the purchase e of these vaccines after the Channel 4

intrerview. That means, he is grossly negligent or part of a conspriacy to give the
Austrian people a vaccine designed to sterilize them, as well as other risky covid
vaccines, as soon as the end of the year or January 2021 a plan which is, in fact,
the culmination of the above mentioned epidemic disease plot.
Furthermore, a member of the Bioeethics Committee advising Sebastian Kurz's

government, Professor Lukas Kenner, was was charged by Vienna police in 2010
for trying to have me de facto summarily arrested for giving accurate information
about the risks of the swine flu vaccine since proven to have caused narcoelepsy.
The charges were illegally suppressed, as I show below, depriving me of the
protection of the law and exposing me to more crimes. That, in order to allow the
career of Kenner to advance and for him to be able under the cover of his job and
position on the Bioetthics Commission the plot to spread a disease and carry out
mass vaccination with Committee suggesting force be used,
The substantial evidence of a plot involving epidemic vaccines means that every
single person in Austria is now facing an immediate and unprecedented threat to
their lives, their health and their human rights also from covid vaccines requires
urgent and immediate action by the Austrian police and prosecutors.
Every single person in the country is under threat and every single member of the
police and justice services is called on to take action to avert this threat, not
relinquishing their duty to one police department or even city force which may be
under the political influence of Kurz and other politicians.
The evidence that Kurz, Anschober and others are using their office to execute a
crime means that they are in their office illegally. Whatever immunity exists for the
Chancellor in Austria it does not include the use of the highest office to join in a
conspiracy to cause mass death and injury to the Austrian people.
The evidence of a crime also means that businesses and people who have suffered
damage due to the lockdown and coronavirus measures can claim compensation.

This report focuses on the role of Kurz and Austrian government officials in the
cover up of criminal probes opened by Greek prosecutors E 17 449 and Delta 15
218, which are discussed in detail separately.
OVERVIEW
Specifically, from May 2017 members of the Austrian government, including

Sebastian Kurz, Johanna Mikl Leitner and Hans Peter Doskozil
 received all the documents related to Greek prosecutors criminal probe E17
449 and Delta 15 218 containing warnings about such a plot
 received information about how diseases are spread deliberately, including
 faulty diagnostics
 faulty protocols for quarantine and self isolation
 failure to distinguish between incubation and symptomatic resulting in flawed

screening procedures
 inadequate PPE
 using vaccines to injure and kill
2. Knew that these probes documented attempts to have me summarily arrested

for reporting about that disease plot
3. Knew the probe documents contained concrete evidence which
 implicated former Austrian Chancellor Werner Faymann, George Soros,

honorary citizen of Vienna, as well as former Greek PM Alexis Tsipras who are
part of the evidence in criminal probe Delta 15 218 Larisa prosecutor opened n
2015 over an attempt to have me summarily arrested for publishing information
about the way Ebola was being spread deliberately in West Africa in 2014 and
2015 also containing information about methods of using faulty diagnostic, lack
of PPE, introducing errors into standard biosecurity procedures and epidemic

 implicated Kushner and Putin because I had reported allegations of their links
to a Kremlin based journalists who was researching the epidemic disease plot

specific warnings about an epidemic disease plot culminating in martial law and
mass vaccination with jabs designed to be risky jabs.

1 kneew from May 2017 onwards of the threat to my life from a criminal network

2. knew of the threat to my life from attempts to have me summarily arrested using

violations in my fair trial guarantees, including

depriving me of the right of appeal
 suppressing police reports containing information the epidemic disease plot
but also including suppressing the report of an attempt to bribe my then
lawyer in 2015
 tampering with police reports, removing paragraphs incriminating key

 suppressing essential witnesses
 changing my status party to witness to deny me the right to defense or appeal
 refusing correction. Larisa court sent my case to the Supreme Court in

Athens in February 2016 because of all the violations but did not correct the

They knew that these violations were designed to set me up to be found guilty at
a rigged trial and face draconian penalties and imprisonment to silence me and
deprive the public about information about the epidemic disease plot.

Moreover, Kurz and the officials of the Austrian government

1. Knew of their obligation to help an Austrian citizen protect their human
rights and their fair trial guarantees in a foreign country
UK Foreign Minister Dominic Raab intervened in 2019 to support the fair trial
guarantees of a British teenager in a rape case in Cyprus who was forced to retract
a statement about rape by police and then put on trial and found guilty for making
up the story and public nuisance.
The website Embassy in Athens encourages Austrians in Greece to contact it if

they have problems also with the local authorities,showing the embassy is aware
of its legal obligation to protect the right to life, due process of Austrian citizens
in Greece, especially when the violations have the effect of threatening the very
life of a person.
Instead of fulfilling their obligations, emails and correspondence with the Austrian
government, specifically, the Austrian embassy in Athens, and Austrian Foreign
Ministry ( Kurz, who was Foreign Minister in May 2017,) show that Kurz and
other members of the Austrian government
 joined in that plot in Greece to suppress police reports,information about

the epidemic disease plot
 joined in the conspiracy by omission and inaction to allow the trials to

advance under massive violations of procedure and rights knowing it would
have resulted in my false imprisonment
 by depriving me of the help the government was obliged to give me to protect

my fair trial and free media guarantees in Greece
 allowed specifically the trial also on March 13th 2020 to proceed under
violations at a time when I was reporting on social media (twitter, blog) the
way the coronavirus was being spread deliberately using flawed protocols
also in Ischgl as well as informing people by email
2. in order to put me on trial and find me guilty of crimes and have

draconian penalties imposed upon me, including a 7 year prison sentence. The
trial was postponed on the morning of March 13th 2020, the very same day that
Kurz made a dramatic personal intervention which triggered panic in Ischgl and
caused the chaotic and panicked departure of 1000s of tourists many of whom
were infected with coronavirus
 in order to deprive the public of important information that it was their right
as citizens to have, namely that there is a plot to spread an epidemic disease
deliberately information
 in order to implement that same epidemic plot, specifically the coronavirus

plot, under a campaign of deception,including by
 the withholding of PPE deliberately to expose doctors and nurses and ER

to infection
 using faulty diagnostics
 using faulty protocols for quarantine and self isolation and failure to
distinguish between incubation and symptomatic resulting in flawed
screening procedures
Specifically, Kurz, Anschober and others suppressed the country's pandemic plan
from 2018 until the present o allow for a legal and scientific vacuum under the
pretext of needing to revise it as documented by the report of the Ischgl commission
presented on October 12th 2020 by ex-OGH-Vizepräsident Ronald Rohrer.
Sebastian Kurz, who as Foreign Minister and later Chancellor, had received all
the documents warning about the need to tighten biosecurity procedures since
2017, has emerged as a direct cause of the spread of coronavirus around Europe
using the very same methods that I had described in the criminal probe
documents and on my blog and twitter
3. by introducing failures in standard epidemic control measures specifically in

Ischgl from February 2020 to spread coronavirus around Austria to 40
countries. The method was used in the 2009 to spread the swine flu,in 2014 to
spread Ebola and in 2020 to spread coronavirus on cruise ships the Diamond
Princess, Ruby Princess, specifically, allowing the virus to spread first freely
in a confined space, exposing people to infection, to then allowing people
potentially infected and incubating a virus to spread out and travel on
planes and trains, without giving them information, warnings or
implementing quarantine protocols, infecting others.
4. killing at least 30 people and infecting 11,000 people
Indeed, Sebastian Kurz has been directly involved in all four elements of the plot as
described by Kremlin based journalist Christina Fadeeva in her emails in June
2016,

 the use of a bioweapon

Consistent with the notion Kurz is a part of that same plot, Kurz
1) askedfor more fear to be used as an instrument of controlling behaviour at a

meeting on March 12th
2) spread covid from Ischgl through misinformation inciting fear and sparking a
chaotic exodus i and so making it impossible for the local authorities to use proper
protocols in a press conference on March 13th
3) used fear again to get the population to accept de facto martial law, rule by
decree and a lockdown on the same day March 13th
4) is preparing a mass vaccination campaign with risky vaccines
On 31st July 2020, I sent an email to Rudolf Anschober, Health Minister, Werner
Kogler, Vice Chancellor, Alma Zadic, Justice Minister, asking for help to protect
my fair trial guarantees and freedom of the media in probes involving an epidemic
disease plot culminating in a mass vaccine campaign. with risky jabs.
After receiving that warning, Anschober and other members of the Austrian

So, there are concrete reasons for believing that people in Austrian will be
deliberately given a vaccine which is designed to sterilize them from January 2021
onwards under a campaign of deception.
As of 19thth October 2020, neither Anschober, Kogler or Zadic have replied.
If Anschober, Kogler and Zadic had done their duty and investigated, they would
have taken more care in procuring experimental covid vaccines. The purchase of 6
million doses of Astra Zeneca's jab could have been prevented, the costs prevented
and a contract prevented which gives AZ de facto immunity if its jabs do cause
injury or death.
They have the staff, the resources and the obligation to take action to correct the
mistakes of their coalition partner and protect the life of a journalist threatened in
Greece for giving information the Austrian public has a right to know about a plot
involving risky jabs.
By their inaction, omission and silence, they have advanced the plot to put me on a
rigged trial on December 16th 2020.
That, I allege, precisely in order to deprive the public of information about the covid
vaccines which Anschober procured and stockpiled in August 2020, including Astra
Zeneca's vaccine, whose developer Oxford Professor Sir John Bell said on Channel
4 on 24th August was designed to sterilize entire populations before Anschober
announced the purchase.
At a minimum, Anschober is guilty of gross negligence in not informing himself

about the risks of the AZ vaccine. The statement by Prof Sir John Bell is in the
public domain in the form of a TV interview and a copy is accessible to anyone on
Channel 4.
To clarify, the evidence presented here shows that Kurz and other members of the
Austrian government were warned about the need to check and correct epidemic
disease protocols.
They could have prevented the Ischgl chaos which infected 11,000 people and klled
30 and whch was due to the very flawed protocols I was warnng about if they had
upheld their obligations and helped guarantee my fair trial rights and free media
guarantees in Greece in probes E 17 449 and Delta 15 218 from 2017 onwards, and
take steps to tighten Austria s epidemic disease approach and correct protocols.
They could have foreseen that
a) I would have obtained justice in 2017, my life would have been protected, and I
would have been able to report with the protection of the law and in safety on the
epidemic diseases and associated plots in more depth and other whistle blowers
and journalists would have been encouraged to to the same, leading to more
information available
b)convictions of key actors in the plot may well have been obtained
c) these convictions may well have acted as a deterrence to others involved in the
plot
d)that deterrence may have been sufficient for the (coronavirus) and other
epidemic disease plots to have been prevented altogether
e) publicity would also have allowed the Austrian public to see epidemic diseases,
WHO, Trump and other actors in a new light
f) Austria would also have been able to focus on policies to handle epidemic
diseases and so intensify its preparations and able to contain the coronavirus
preventing the Ischgl chaos
g) a lockdown could have been avoided as it has been in Sweden where the
coronavirus has been contained successfully without a lockdown or masks
h) the immense economic harm of the lockdown could have been avoided
i)the invasion of civil liberties could have been avoided
Instead Kurz and other members of the government iin gross negligence or
deliberate omission the warnings to to repeat the miscalculations and errors to
spread coronavirus that they had been warned would spread an epidemic disease
since May 2017 onwards.
Evidence suggests that persecution of me in Greece is just a continuation and

intensification of a plot to deprive the public of information about a project to
release an epidemic disease deliberately also using flawed protocols to roll out
global medical martial law which began in 2009 in Austria, specifically the Baxter
incident and the swine flu plot which culminated in a plan to give every single
Austrian a risky swine flu vaccine since proven to have caused narcolepsy, ad that
Kurz and other members of the Austrian government have been continuing the
same disease plot and the same persecution as their predecessors, specifically
Werner Faymann, began in 2009 with the Baxter and swine flu plot as I discuss
below.
Concrete evidence collected in criminal probe Delta 15 218 opened by prosecutors

in Larisa in 2015, in fact, implicates then Austrian Chancellor Faymann as well as
George Soros, honorary citizen of Vienna, in the attempt to have me arrested
summarily and de facto spirited away and deprived of all right of appeal in Greece
in 2015 triggering criminal probe Delta 15 218 in April 2015 and using the same
method that Professor Lukas Kenner had used in 201 to deprive the public of
information which the public have the right to have, namely, that there is a plot to
spread a disease arund the globe also using flawed protocols and who the key actors
are.
Given this evidence, I request that police and prosecutors as a matter of urgency
 investigate the coronavirus crisis as a criminal plot as French police have
done and whether Kurz and others are guilty of homicide and mass murder,
specifically, the of the 30 people who have died as a result of the coronavirus
infection spread from Ischgl, and mass injury, specifically, the 11,000 people
who became infected due to the chaos in Ischgl triggered by Kurz actions and
mistakes and whether these mistakes resulted from negligence or were
deliberate
 investigate Kurz, Rudolf Anschober and others for planning a mass

vaccination campaign also using AZ s vaccine knowing that the vaccine is
meant to sterilize entire populations as its developer Sir John Bell said on

Investigations, prosecutions and convictions are needed to act as a deterrence

against continuing with a plot which poses a huge threat to the Austrian people and
also to get compensation for victims.
This report shows that the plot has been embraced by all the federal political parties
since 2009 and these same political parties cannot be expected to investigate.
It is up to the states, the prosecutors and police to act as in France to protect the
Austrian people,stop another lockdown, economic harm, severe budget cuts
planned for 2021 to the hospitals creating strain and a mass vaccine campaign

Yet I suggest the scale of the threat means every person in Austria, every
business, every hospital, school, every town, city and region should support that
effort and take action to hold the highest holders of office to account as in

MAY 2017 TO ADANCE THE PLOT TO SILENCE A JOURNALIST AND

This section offers proofs in the forms of emails and correspondences, first, with
the Austrian embassy in Athens, and later, with the Austrian Foreign Ministry that
from and after May 2017, the Austrian government and politicians in all the main
parties, the OVP, the SPO and FPO, received the documents related to criminal
probes in Larisa containing proofs and substantial evidence of massive violations
of my rights to a fair trial in Greece, enshrined in the Austrian Constitution and
EU law, for reporting on an epidemic disease plot, that they had an obligation to
intervene, correct the violations and also investigate the evidence of a epidemic
disease plot, and instead joined in that same plot by silence, omission, inaction and
a campaign of deceit.
UK Foreign Minister Dominic Raab intervened to protect the fair trial guarantees
of a British teenager in Cyprus after she reported that the police had pressured her
to retract her rape report.

This demonstrates that other countries do intervene in trials abroad when there is
evidence of violations of fair trial guarantees.
The Austrian embassy's own website encourages people to contact it who are
facing difficulties in Greece,also with the authorities,acknowledging that there can
be massive violations of procedure or failures.

On May 30th 2017, I emailed the Austrian embassy in Athens and briefly explained
my situation.

A screenshot of the email shows that it was flagged by Google as a spoof suspicious

Emassy secretary Karin Theotokas emailed me to ask for a telephone number to

phone me, which I gave.
On the phone, she told me that the embassy could find no prove of my Austrian
citizenship.
Noteworthy is that my original birth, nationality and university degree certificates

which I had taken with me to Greece had been stolen during my stay at the
monastery as I discovered after I left. Many years before, I had made photocopies
and scans of all the above.

6) On receiving this email, I immediately began to send the proofs that my life
was being threatened by massive violations of my fair trial guarantees to the
embassy, using the email address I was given, namely the embassy office,
specifically Karin Theotokas.

The embassy in Athens is especially well placed to verify these documents and
make inquiries.
No doubts about the authenticity of the criminal probe documents proving massive
violations have ever been raised by members of the Athens embassy or the
Austrian government. If questions had been raised, I would have been willing to
answer them, but no questions were ever raised about the documents, their
authenticity or significance.
These court documents are official government records documenting serious

crimes relevant to a Austria citizen and adisees plot concerningalso the
Austria people, and the Austrian government had an obligation to review
these documents when they received them from me from May 2017 and
incorporate this information their decision making processes and take action
to keep me and Austrians safe.

I sent Vlazny an email concerning the probes E 17 449, D 15 449 and the violations,
and began to send the documents as attachments spread over different emails as
Karin Theotokas had advised me to because of their size and the attachment limit.
That same day, I sent the evidence of the attempt to have me summarily arrested
for posting up the allegations of the Kremlin based journalist that Kushner helped
him obtain visas. In the form of attachments from the criminal probe.

In the next few days, weeks, I collected and sent all the documents related to the
two probes and violations of my fair trial guarantees to the Embassy in Athens.

5. Knew that these probes documented attempts to have me summarily

arrested for reporting about that disease plot and
 implicated Kushner and Putin because I had reported allegations of their links
to a Kremlin based journalists who was researching the epidemic disease plot
and how to spread disease deliberately and had sought to obtain a report I
wrote in 2009 for the FBI about the swine flu plot
 implicated former Austrian Chancellor Werner Faymann, George Soros,

honorary citizen of Vienna, as well as former Greek PM Alexis Tsipras who are
part of the evidence in criminal probe Delta 15 218 Larisa prosecutor opened n
2015 over an attempt to have me summarily arrested for publishing information
about the way Ebola was being spread deliberately in West Africa in 2014 and
2015 also containing information about methods of using faulty diagnostic, lack
of PPE, introducing errors into standard biosecurity procedures and epidemic

II sent the evidence belonging to Delta 15 218 including an Open Letter to UK MPs
about the Ebola vaccine and with detailed information about epidemic disease plot
and the risks of vaccines
8) On receipt of the proofs of crimes and massive violations of procedure ,the
Austrian embassy had the obligation to take immediate action to pass on the
information to the government and to organize help to protect my fair right
guarantees. They could have taken steps such as sending embassy officials to
Larisa immediately to make inquiries and accompany me to the court, urging the
government in Vienna to report about my case on its social media platforms etc
9) But Chtistian Vlazny and other officials at the Austrian embassy by silence,
omission and inaction enabled the crimes to continue from May until the end of
August when Vlazny was replaced by a new consul, Christoph Reitinger.
B.CHRSTOPH REITINGER former consul to Kiev and consul to Athens from

August, September 2017.
At beginning of September 2017, I contacted the embassy again by
phone to ask if they had made a decision.
Karin Theotokas told me that a new consul had been appointed,
Christoph Reitinger, and he was looking at the documents and would give me his
decision in a few days.

creating a conflict of interest.

I spoke to him on the phone and recognized that his claims that he studied the case
carefully were false. He could not answer basic questions about the nature of the
documents. I relaized had not read the documents himself or made an effort to be
briefed on them, and his decision to deny me help protecting my fair trial
guarantees had been pre determined as part of a conspiracy by omission and
inaction to deprive me of help and expose me to
continued threats.

I noted Reitinger had been transferred from Kiev, Ukraine, in the sphere of
influence of George Soros, at that time, according to leaks, in an alliance with then
Kiev ambassador Geoffrey Pyatt,accused of interfering in the Ukraine justice
system,specifically by having prosecutor Shokin fired for seeking to investigate
Hunter Biden and Burisma.
Pyatt was transferred from Kiev in autumn 2015 to Athens, Reitinger in 2017. He
was followed by Hermine Poppeller also transferred from Kiev who became
ambassador in Athens, able potentially to form an alliance with Geoffrey Pyattt.

I rang the Foreign Ministry in Vienna when I received Reitinger's letter and asked
who was responsible for overseeing the decisions of the consulates and was given
the phone number and email of the department. I rang the department, explained
my problem and was told to send the documents to Peter Waas.
I phoned Peter Waas and found him helpful, fact based and he told me to send the
documents to him. He also advised me to speak to the ambassador in Athens Andrea
Ikic Bohm. I told him I had tried to speak to her several times but her secretary
had always had an excuse not to put me through (busy, on holiday) and she had not
returned my calls.
He told me an ambassador is obliged to hold a personal meeting with a citizen

abroad when this is requested for a good reason and to ask again. I did but I again
was denied a meeting in violation of the ambassador's duties according to Peter
Waas.
C) Then ambassador ANDREA IKIC BOHM , and current ambassador

HERMINE POPELLER Popeller, for participated in Trump and Putin and others
criminal plot to set me up for false imprisonment with massive violation of
procedure,failed to uphold the fair trial guarantees of a citizen abroad, they held
their protective hand over the criminal network superimposed on the Greek justice
system in order to allow for the original crimes of summary arrest under fraud and
false imprisonment to be repeate

As ambassadors they have the ultimate responsibiility for ensuring that their staff
fulfill their obligations especially when the life of a citizen is under immediate
threat and when it is a journalist who is under threat for publishing information in
the public interest about an epidemic disese plot.
Yet, they both held their protective hand over their staff and so too over the
criminal network superimposed on the Greek justice system in order to allow for
the original crimes against me of summary arrest under fraud and false
imprisonment to be repeated in order to deprive the public of information in order
to advance that same epidemic disease plot.
ANDREA IKIC BOHM, ambassador to Athens in 2017, refused to accept evidence

or information related to the threats to me either on the phone or by email or help
me in any way violating her legal obligation to accept information about threats to
Austrian citizens in her sphere of jurisdiction, Greece.
Her secretary used every excuse and means at their disposal to ignore, suppress
requests for help, for example, I was repeatedly told she was not in her office, on
holiday, on a trip, presumably on the instructions of Ikic Bohm, so that she could
feign ignorance more easily and escape penalites.She also refused to give personal
interview.
That despite the fact she is obliged as ambassador to listen to, accept information
and evidence from an Austrian citizen if requested as Peter Waas, from the the
Foreign Ministry department overseeing consuls told me.
Ikic Bohm directed, consented to and helped the conspiracy by Christian Vlazny
who and Christoph Reitinger, to change file numbers with every letter to hide
information and deny me help and so expose me to danger.
Former ambassador to Kiev, Hermine Poppeller, has continued with that same
conspiracy of silence, omission and inaction as her preedecessor, to expose me to
danger.
 PETER WAAS, AUSTRAIN FOREIGN MINISTRY IN VIENNA, then of
the Foreign Ministry department Abteilung IV.I which is responsible for
overseeing the work of Austrian consulates oversees and helping Austrian citizens
who are in need abroad, including giving financial help to Austrians who through
no fault of their own are in need, including victims of massive violations of
procedure and rights in trials like myself.
After I was refused help by Reitinger and also by Ikic Bohm,I sent the same
documents concerning criminal probes E 17 449 and Delta 15 218 with the
evidence of massive violations in procedure as well as with information in German
to the Foreign Ministry department in charge of overseeing the work of consulates
abroad as well as the Chancellor;s cabinet in Austria asking for a correction from
September 2017.

I emailed concerning the upcoming trial on 15th October 2017 in
Delta 15 218 set to take place under massive violations of rights and procedure and
without my having a translator since my status had been illegally changed to
witness from party and witnesses are not entitled automatically to translators in
court proceedings, informing the Foreign Minister that the court had assigned a
translator.

I warned that if the rigged trial goes ahead there was a very real risk of a
miscarriage of justice which would result in my summary arrest and my being de
facto spirited away.
In fact, the trial was postponed for another year when the lawyers went on strike
one day before for two days just before then Greek PM Alexis Tsipras flew to
Washington DC to meet Trump and Kushner on 17th October 2017.
At the end of November, on 1st December 2017, I emailed Peter Waas and asked
what information he had given to the branches of government as described in his
letter of 8th September 2017, noting I had not received any help.
He did not reply.
E. ALEXANDER WOJDA deputy ambassador to Athens from 2014 to 2018, in a

letter dated 24.11.2017 joined in the conspiracy of silence, omission, inaction and
campaign of deceit in order to deprive me of help to correct massive violations of

corruption
5) Joined in the smear campaign that my difficulties were really health related,
that is mental health related, and gave me the name of the embassy doctor
6) Advised me to return to Austria ignoring the fact that the Greek criminal probes
would not end by my returning to Austria and that
◦ that I could be summarily arrested in Austria using the

European Arrest Warrant just for missing a summons to
testify in Larisa for contempt of court and this was not a
theoretical possiblity but a concrete threat as proven by E 17
449
◦ that I would be convicted on the basis of rigged charges if I did

not stay to defend myself and arrested in Austria
◦ that evidence in Delta 15 218 implicated then Austrian

Chancellor Werner Faymann in organizing, initiating and
instigating the plot to have me summarily arrested in Greece
and that I had left Austria in the first place because of the
threat to my life posed by Faymann and other members of the
Austrian government, specifically Lukas Kenner and the
violations of due process which deprived me of protection of
the law
◦ that, in fact,Faymann and others had a motive to organize to

kill me the moment I stepped on Austrian territory precisely
because there was so much concrete evidence against him and
George Soros, honorary citizen of Vienna, in Greece which he
wanted suppressed
By his inaction and omission, Wojda exposed me to the trials based on massive
violations of procedure with the next one scheduled for 16 th December 2020.
My reply to Wojda
Wojda,Kurz and others refused correction when I sent an email pointing out that
the threat to my life from these rigged trials and massive violations of my fair trial
guarantees.

The Judge de facto ruled in September 2017 that all the crimes I had alleged in
criminal probe Delta 15 218 had been committed, that I was entitled to have
almost all my donations returned. But ordered me not to ask for the return
because Theodekti said that she did not have the money.
Greek law says that if a person has spent a donation on an investment like solar
energy or a machine to grow grass, then that person must return the value of the
investment as well as the fruits or yield of the investments.
Theodekti admitted to having used my donations to make those investments in

the civil case so was obliged to return me the equivalent in value and give me the
profits from these investments plus interest.
In addition, the judge showing clear bias also ruled arbitrarily that donations I
sent to Theodekti's Skete in Estonia on her request, which I have never visited,
were not the responsibility of Theodekti.
Though the Austiran government knew I was trapped in Larisa, forced to defend
myself against false accusations and draconian penalities, had extra expenses and no
income, knew I needed the money returned to pay for these extra expenses, knew
about the civil case through the documents etc, knew about the flawed, wrong and
biased judgement about my money while admitting I was the victim of a crime, it
did not help me get the donations returned or offer me vital financial help, making it
very difficult to exercise my fair trial guarantees in practise.

Sehr geehrte I A Alexander Wojda,

Im Bezug auf Ihr Schreiben von heute (unten wietergeleitet), habe ich Beweise
geliefert habe, dass mein Leben hier in Gefahr ist von korrumpierten
Griechischen Behorden, Polizei und Politiker. Ich habe als Oesterreichische und
EU BurgerRechte. Diese Rechte gelten EU Weit, auch in Griechenland.
Grundrechte wie das Recht auf Leben sind in der EU Verfassung auch verankert.
Mit welchem Recht also empfehlen Sie mir, als Beamte im Dienst der
Oesterreichsichen Republik, welche eine Verfassung hat und Menschenrechte
guarantiert, in ihrem Brief mich auf meine Menschenrechte zu verzichten? Wo
steht es, dass Sie, als Staatsbeamte Ihre Stelle dazu misbrauchen durfen mich dazu
drangen auf meinen Recht auf ein faires Prozess in einem Mordversuch zu
verzichten wie Sie es jetzt getan haben? Ich bin schliesslich in (fast) benachbarten
Griechenland, ein EU Land zu dem der Aussenminister Kurz engste Verbindungen
hat, und nicht in Irak oder Afghanistan.
Sie schlagen in ihrem Brief aber vor, ich soll einfach entrechtet nach Oesterreich
zuruckkehren nach mehrfachen Morversuchen gegen mir, mitten in einem
Prozess, also die Schuldigen sollen frei laufen lassen. Sie zeigen damit eine
vollkommene Misachtung vom meinen Recht auf Leben, Pressefreiheit und einen
fairen Prozess, ein Grundpfeiler der Oesterreichischen und Europaischen
Verfassung. Und Sie schreiben diese ungeheuere Empfehung, welche Tur und Tor
fur Rechtlosigkeit eroffnet und ein Freibrief fur machtige Politiker wie Alexis
Tsipras und sein Verbundete in Wien Alexander Van der Bellen, im Namen der
Botschaft in Athen und des Aussenministeriums? Seit wann darf das
Aussenministerium so sehr von der Verfassung und Recht in ihrem Empfehlungen
abweichen?
Ausserdem wissen Sie ganz sicher, dass der Verfahren, worin ich mich befinde, ein
Prozess ist und ich kann Larisa und diesen Prozess nicht verlassen ohne schwere
rechtlichen Folgen fur mich. Sollte ich mitten im Prozess Larisa verlassen, kann
ich mit Verleumdungsverfahrenen uberhauft werden oder wegen dem Nicht
Erschienen zweimal bei einer Ladung verhaftet werden. Ja, nur zweimal muss
eine Ladung geschickt werden und sollte ich nicht erscheinen kann ein
Europaischen Verhaftungsbefehl fur mich ausgestellt werden. Ich kann also in
Oesterreich verhaftet werden im Moment wo ich Fuss auf dem Boden betrete und
zuruck nach Griechenland gebracht und im Gefangnis hier gesteckt ohne alle
Rechte auf ein faires Prozess oder uberhaupt ein Prozess. Das Nicht Erscheinung
kann als Schuldgestandnis bewertet werden und eine Verurteilung mit sich
bringen. Sie empfehlen mir also Schritten zu unternehmen, welche nicht nur Ihre
masslose Misachtung des Gesetzes zeigen sondern mir in grossen praktischen
Schwierigkeiten bringen werden.
Es ist keine Hilfe mich an eben diejenigen Behorden in Griechenland zu verweisen

wie Sie es wieder machen, die mich nachweislich entrechtet haben, nachweislich ein
Mordversuch gegen mir vertuscht haben und somit mein Leben weitere
Mordversuche ausgesetzt haben. Das ist keine Hilfe sondern ein Todesurteil, ein
Freibrief an den Tater. Das Einhalten des Gesetz und Recht ist eben so wichtig um
weitere Verbrechen abzuhalten. Nur die Furcht vor der Strafe halt oft Verbrecher
ab. Aber ich soll auf Ihr Drangen auf meine Recht auf ein faires und schnelles
Prozess ganz verzichten. Ich soll die ganze Welt signalisieren, jede kann versuchen
mich zu toten, schlagen, es wird Ihnen nichts passieren. Ja, ich soll nach Wien
kommen wo die gleichen Verbrechen sich wiederholen wie der Fall wie Lukas

Guarantieren Sie mir, dass der Fall Kenner in Wien wieder eroffnet wird? Dass es
ein faires Prozess sein wird? Zeigen mir die Gerichtsdokumente, dass es zu einem
Gerichtsverhandlung gegen Lukas Kenner kommt und ich komme (mit Personen
Schutz) nach Wien fur diese Verhandlung und um Lukas Kenner im Gefangnis zu
stecken.
Ich soll auch Ihrer Meinung nach auf 150 000 euro einfach abschreiben? Ich soll
die Tater in Griechnland einfach 96,000 euro und viel mehr von meinem Geld
stehlen lassen und die gesamte zirka 60,000 euro an Gerichts Kosten seit dem
abschrieben und gegen allen meinen Rechte? Wenn Sie mir so einen schlechten Rat
gegen Ihrer Verpflichtung geben, erwartet ich das Sie mir personlich aus Ihrer
Tasche kompensieren und mir das Geld zahle.
Sie behaupten mir mehrfach schriflicht und in zahlreichen Telefonate moglichen

Schritten aufgezeigt haben. Schicken Sie mir Kopien Ihre Briefe wo Sie mir
Schritte aufgezeichnet haben, welche meinen Rechte gewahrleistet sind?
Nur der Konsul Christian Vlazny sichert mir Hilfe Anfang Sommer zu aber er
wurde vom Athen entsandt.
Erklaren Sie mir, Herr Wojda, warum Sie in ihrer Empfehlung, dass ich auf allen
meiner Rechte verzichten soll, so sehr abgewichen sind vom Herr Vlazny, der
durchaus meinte, ich hatte einen Recht auf Hilfe als ein Burger im Ausland,
welcher faktisch entrechtet wird?
Ich habe ausserdem mehrmals bewiesen, dass meinen ersten Anwalt Konstantinos
Christopoulos, der auch vom Deutschen Konsul empfohlen wurde, und
nachweislich bestochen wurde. Ein bestochener Anwalt ist gefahrlich, denn er hat
Vollmacht. Aber Sie empfehlen mir diesen wahlhalsigen Schritt wieder zu machen
und ein Anwalt von Ihnen der so rechtlos ist, empfohlen vertrauen statt dass Sie
mir Hilfe anzubieten welcher mir vom Recht zusteht.
Die Rechtsabteilung im Aussenministerium in Wien hat ausserdem gesagt, dass sie

mir helfen mussen eben weil die griechischen Behorder nachweislich in meinem
Fall Amok laufen und somit mein Leben als Journalistin, die in heikle Frage
recherchiert, gefahrden.
Aussenminister in anderen Lander schlaten sich in eben solcher eine Situation ein
und machen politischen Druck auf eine Regierung im Ausland. Es ist seine Pflicht
meine Rechte und Leben in Ausland zu schutzen mit seinem politischen Einsatz.
Herr Kurz schickt den verheernden Signal ins ganzen Ausland, dass ,
Oesterreichischen Burger freie Wild sind. Man kann Ihnen erschlagen, bestehlen,
ermodern versuchen ohne dass das Aussenministerum ein Finger ruhrt. Wird das
von den Burger toleriert?
Zum Schluss, fordere ich
- dass der Aussenminister Kurz sich personlich fur ein ordentliches Verfahren fur
mich in Griechenland einsetzen und sofort - dass er personliche den Schutz auf
Leben von einer Journalistin zu Prioritat erklart in einer offentlichen Aussendung
- dass politische Druck auf die Regierung von Alexis Tsipras auf allen Wege
gemacht wird um meinen Verfahren in ordentlichen Bahnen zu bringen oder einen

Anfang September schrieb Herr Peter Waas Amtsdirektor in der Rechtsabteilung

in Aussenministerium in Wien, dass alle zustandigen Behorden uber mein Fall
“Journalistin in Lebensgefahr in Griechenland” informiert wurden. Bitte sehen Sie
seinen Brief im Anhang ("Erl. an Es").
Am Telefon sagte Herr Waas, dass er auch Anweisungen gegeben hat an die
Botschaft in Athen mich zu helfen.
Leider is bis jetz alle Hilfe ausgeblieben. Die Botschafterin weigerte sich fur mich
politisch oder praktisch einzugreifen trozt die durch Polizei- und
Gerichtsdokumete belegte Gefahrdung meines Lebens durch den Premier Minister
Alexis Tsipras, George Soros und anderen, vorwiegend in der Polizei und
Staatsanwaltschaft, hier in Larisa, Griechenland, er suche ich Sie dringend um
Hilfe. Es ist sicher organisatorisch schwierig besonders jetzt bei der Bildung einer
neuen Regierung schnell zu handeln. Dennoch bitte ich Sie es ein Prioritat zu
machen.
Dokumente belegen wie die Polizei in Larisa alle wichtige Beweise von einem
Mordversuch gegen mir in April 2015 wegen meiner journalistischen Tatigkeit
unterdruckte um eben neue Versuche zu ermoglichen. Viele anderen kriminellen
Handlung seitens der Polizei sind durch Dokumente belegt. (Bitte sehen Sie die
unten weitergeleiteten Email) Deswegen kann ich ja nicht erwarten, dass die
Polizei oder Staatsanwaltschaft in Griechenland mich wirklich schutzen wird. Sie
sind ja selber Tater in meinem Fall. Dieser Vorschlag der Botschafterin ist
eindeutig rechtswidrig. Es gilt der Prinzip. Tater konnen nicht in ihrem eigenen
Fall ermitteln. Mein Fall war zweimal beim Hochstgericht und die Korruption
setzte sich nur fort.
Ausserdem wurde mein damaligen Anwalt Konstantinos Christopoulos

nachweislich bestochen. Er gibt ein Bestechungsversuch selber zu. Er sagte mir, die
Bestechung ist der Regelfall in Griechenland. Also, ich muss mich hier in meinem
Fall selber vertreten ohne Anwalt. Der Vorschlag ich soll den “Vertrauensanwalt”
des Botschaft, dessen Lizenz auch von der Griechischen Regierung abhangt,
Vollmacht geben ist nicht nur gefahrlich, es wird nichts nutzen angesichts dieser
Korruption. Bitte finden Sie unten ein Email an den damaligen Konsul in Athen
Christian Vlazny, der mir durchaus Hilfe in Aussicht stellte worin ich vielleicht
am ubersichtlichsten die Unregelmassigkeit in meinem Fall und die wesentliche
Dokumete in Griechisch geschildert habe. Ein Staatsanawalt in Larisa Kostas
Gogos had auch gesagt mein Fall darf von Oesterreich ubernommen werde wegen
den nachweisclichen Gefahrund meines Lebens.

Information an Peter Waas und anderen per Email geschickt. Ich werde Ihnen

Fazit. Ich bitte um sofortige Hilfe um mein Recht auf Leben in Larisa zu schutzen
und mein Recht auf ein Ordentliches Prozess. In Mai wurde den Trick wieder
angewandt eine Ladung fur eine falsche Bezichtigung an eine falsche Addresse zu
schicken um einen Grund zu haben mich verhaften zu lassen. Deswegen kann ich
Larisa nicht verlassen.
Ich bitte Sie ausserdem mein Tod in Larisa, sollte ich sterben, als Mord zu
betrachten. Diese Befurchung ist angesichts die vielen Beweise gegen Alexis Tsipras
und George Soros und anderen berechtigt. Lassen Sie sich einreden ich habe mich

A friend, Mag Gunthilde Schmidt, rang the Austrian Foreign Ministry on my

behalf but the person she spoke to , unknown to me, made slanderous statements,
falsely claiming I was behaving in an impossible way using a familiar tactic of
portraying me as a querulant to deny me help I was entitled to.

In an email on 31stJuly 2020,I asked Anscober, Zadic and Koglerto make a

correction pointing out the threat to my life by a failure to correct.
They have the resources, staff and obligation to investigate and respond to
evidence of massive violations of fair trial guarantees and that the coronavirus is a
disease plot.
Instead, they have held their protective hand over the plot and even actively
participated in it
On 31st July 2020, I sent an email to Rudolf Anschober, Health Minister, Werner
Kogler, Vice Chancellor, Alma Zadic, Justice Minister, asking for help to protect
my fair trial guarantees and freedom of the media.
As of 17th October 2020, none of them have replied.
They have the staff, the resources and the obligation to take action to correct the
mistakes of their coalition partner and protect the life of a journalist threatened in
Greece for giving information the Austrian public has a right to.
By their inaction, omission and silence, they have advanced the plot to put me on a
rigged trial on December 16th 2020.
That, I allege, precisely in order to deprive the public of information about the covid
vaccines which Anschober has procured and stockpiled, including Astra Zeneca's
vaccine, whose developer Oxford Professor Sir John Bell said on Channel 4 on 24th
August was designed to sterilize entire populations before Anschober announced the
purchase.

Instead, I allege, Anschober willfully, deliberately ignored not just my warning but
also the statement of Sir John Bell on UK TV that the Astra Zeneca vaccines were
designed to sterilize precisely in order to advance the plot to cause mass injury and
harm under a campaign of deception.
He has engaged in a campaign of deception, misrepresenting the AZ vaccine as fit to

be given to 6 million people, proven to be safe and effective when it carries the risk
of sterilization and poison, injury and perhaps death as Sir John Bell has indicated.
CONLCUSION
Emails and letters from the Austrian embassy as well as from the Foreign Ministry
in Vienna in 2017 prove
·that I was deliberately, knowingly denied help in upholding my fair trial

guarantees in Greece
·deliberately exposed to trials in Greece which were designed to culminate in

verdicts finding me guilty, draconian prison sentences, and which did find me
guilty (Delta 15 218 on February 2020 paving the way for criminal defamation and
other charges against me under massive violations of rights and due process)
·am being deliberately exposed to trials in the future, specifically on December

16th 2020, the new date set for the trials after they were postponed on March 13th
2020 at the last moment
That
·in order to silence me and deprive the Austrian public about information which
they have the right to have, namely, that there is an epidemic disease plot involving
powerful actors like Trump,Putin, Soros and Tsipras and Faymann
·in order to be able to proceed with the plot
A central part of that plot is a campaign of deceit and propaganda.
Under a veil of deceit, a disease is deliberately spread by
breaching standard epidemic control protocols, which Sweden used to
successfully contain the coronavirus.
To succeed n a campaign of deceit reques repressing, censoring and
silencing journalists, like myself, whistleblowers and others who report on

standard epidemic protocols and the introduction of error as well as the risks of the
experimental vaccines.
There is no reason to believe that members of his cabinet, including Bernhard
Bonelli, and of the embassy in Athens did not inform Kurz as the head of the
Foreign Ministry and government and ask for his instructions when they received
my emails and documents proving that I was set to be summarily arreste in trials
and also n March 13th, imprisoned under massive violatins f due process for
reporting on a global disease plot.
There is no reason to believe they all made the personal, individual decision to
violate their obligations and ignore the threat to a citizen in Greece. On the
contrary, the uniformity of their response and wall to wall refusal to fulfil their
obligations and uphold my fair trial guarantees and freedom of media rights in
Greece strongly suggests that they took their orders fom a central, higher
authority, namely, and that central, highest authority in the government is Kurz.
As Foreign Minister and later Chancellor he is responsible for the actions of his
staff, responsible for ensuring he is informed and responsible for correcting
mistakes.
An investigatin should include whether soft pressure pyschological tactics of using a
patronising tone and brushing aside all discussion of the subject (too busy, more
important things to do) or personal slander, labelling me and other critics as a
"conspiracy theorist," "crazy", "querualent", "extreme right," "anti semitic" were
used by Kurz and others to suppress an investigation and deny me help in
upholding my fair trial and freedom of the media guarantees
The same hold true for Rudolf Anschober, Werner Kogler and Almma Zadic who
received the documents related to E 17 449 on July 31st and who have an
obligation, the staff and resources to review them urgently and give them reports in
timely manner.
Specifically, I ask for police and prosecutors to request and to secure all
communications, phone, phone records, emails, texts, Whatsapp other encrypted
messages related to the Larisa prosecutor documents, I sent to the government
from May 2017 the trials and the decisions to deny me help to uphold y fair trial
guarantees.
An investigation is need to ascertain how much personal, direct knowledge of the

criminal probes and trials and so of my information Kurz has had as the recipient of
this information and as theformer Foreign Minister and now Chancellor responsible
for the correct handling and review of information affecting Austrian interests
and citizens.
His staff are obliged to review, evaluate and record emails and documents
information of substantial significance and brief Kurz. The number of government
officials copied in also in Athens embassy and sent the documents of prosecutors in
Greece documenting serious crimes, means that even if one or other official had
been lax, incompetent, failed to pass on the communications, the others would have.
. So, any claim by Kurz that he does not know about the problem of flawed
protocols, probes, trials etc because he has not had the time, can t be bothered etc is
not credible and not plausible since he has a staff and resources and obligation to
review the documents and report to him.
If then European Commissioner Jean Claude Juncker can take the time to write a
letter to me in 2015, if the then Chair of the UK Parliament's Health Committee

IS THE CORONAVIRUS PLOT BASED ON THE SWINE FLU PLOT OF

2009? SIMILARITIES
In May 2017 already, Kurz and other members of the Austrian government knew
from emails and evidenc in criminal probe E 17 449 that the Kremlin based
journalists Alexander Zamyslov and Christina Fadeeva were looking for a report I
wrote about the swine flu plot in 2009, which they obtained from me, as part of their
preparation activities for a documentary and they also looked at the Ebola, bird flu
and black plague.

notion that the Kremlin based journalists linked to Trump and Kushner and

THE KEY ROLE OF KURZ IN SPREADING COVID FROM ISCHGL ON

MARCH 13TH 2020
Ischgl became the Ground Zero of the first wave of the coronavirus which
spread to 40 countries infecting 11,000 people and killing 30

coronavirus
 tourists, skiers and staff were not given information about the need
to monitor their symptoms and self isolate

These actions caused Ischgl to become the “Ground Zero” of the first wave of the
coronavirus in Europe.
The commission found that the spread of coronavirus could have been prevented
with the correct procedures and protocols.
The commission recommended that the government learn from its mistakes to
prevent a repeat.
But the evidence presented here shows
Kurz and other members of the Austrian government were verifiably fully
informed about these very same “mistakes” and the role flawed protocols played
in spreading epidemic diseases deliberately, specifically Ebola in 2014 as part of
the police and prosecutor documents into Delta 15 218 which they received from
May 2017.
They had the opportunity, resources and obligation to investigate, assess,

evaluate and improve the country’s epidemic response to prevent such
“mistakes” from May 2017.
Instead, they suppressed these reports as well as the country’s existing pandemic
plan from 2006 altogether from 2018 until the present under the pretext of
revising it knowing this would add to the confusion and risk spreading a disease.
At a minimum, Kurz and other members of the Austrian government are guilty
of gross negligence for ignoring the warnings they had received since 2017.
The totality of the evidence, however, strongly suggests the notion that Kurz and
other members of the Austrian government are acting systematically,
purposefully to advance the plot researched by the Kremlin based journalists in
2016 to use a disease for a political power grab and to declare martial law and a
authoritarian police state.
KURZ USED A METHOD TO SABOTAGE STANDARD EPIDEMIC
CONTROL MEASURES AND SPREAD CORONAVIRUS
Gross negligence has been blamed on turning cruise ships,the Diamond Prince, the
Grand Princess, Ruby Princess into large source of covid infections and of deaths,
due to mismanagement of passengers, sparking a criminal homicide probe as well as
an inquiry in Australia.
The inquiry into the Ruby Princess cruise ship found as in Ischgl, Ruby Princess
and Public Health officials downplayed potential coronavirus cases before letting
thousands of passengers disembark in Sydney, board planes and spread the

Just hours after NSW Health gave the green light for the Ruby Princess to
disembark despite awaiting the results of several COVID-19 tests, 13 of its

Austrian doctors and nurses reported a shortage of basic protective gear exposing

Anschober has procured and stockpiled, including Astra Zeneca's vaccine, whose

put under a national lockdown from March 16th due to the rapid spread of

being repeated in Ischgl, leading to the infection of 11,000 people in Europe,
the USA and other places, on the very date March 13th 2020 for a trial in
Larisa known by Kurz from May 2017 to involve massive violations of

deprive the public of this very information , Kurz just has I had intensify my

The plot was stopped at the last moment, when I did divert energy from
reporting on the way coronavirus was being spread by flawed protocols
around the world, to defending myself in the upcoming trial. I had to spend
hours finding out the exact time, preparing the documents, my defence etc
under the assumption it would go ahead on March 13th 2020, time I could not
spend on informing the public or analyzing news reports or information,
also information about Ischgl.
In addition, it is an enormous pyschological and emotional burden to face a
trial rigged designed to find you guilty and to expect to be imprisoned with
days, hours and then murdered, for that is the point of the entire rigged
tials, to have an opportunity to murder with impunity with murder being
reframed as suicide, a burden which hampers reporting..
Despite repeated warnings of the need to check protocols from me from May
2017, Kurz and the government did not warn skiers about the coronavirus
outbreak. They did not put into place any quarantine requirements, social
distancing protocols, or introduce more hygiene and cleaning and
disinfectant practices. Instead, they encouraged skiers to continue to go to
the Kiez Bar to participate in parties, exposing them deliberately to infection.
At a minimal, the actions of Kurz and the government are guilty of gross
negligence. But in the context of the information they received as part of
probes E 17 449 and Delta 15 218, concerning the existence of an epidemic
disease plot which involved also spreading a disease by flawed protocols, and
concerning the evidence of a conspiracy to silence me, a journalist, for
reporting on this information, they can be accused of intentionally ignoring
the warning, intentionally spreading an epidemic disease in Ischgl virtually
at the same time as in Greece, a rigged trial which Kurz and the government
knew about, had been arranged, which, if it had proceeded as planned, and
not been postponed at the last moment on March 13th, would have resulted
in my summary arrest because the lawyer Eleni Matraki who was supposed
to represent me told me deliberately the wrong date.
Kurz and his government could have been foreseen that protecting my fair
trial guarantees from May 2017 and encouraging my information and other
journalists and whistleblowers to report on pandemic preparedness would
have generated more attention, more scrutiny of police, of the pandemic
plan and would have led to better pandemic preparedness. And so have
prevvented the chaos of Ischgl.
They knew or should have known about the importance of the correct
protocols, quarantine and isolation, just from the information related to the
criminal probes E 17 449 and D 15 218 which they had an obligation to
review as documents showing that serious crimes had been committed
against an Austrian journalist and citizens.
They should have known to warn skiers and staff immediately they found out
that covid was spreading in Ischgl and to organize an orderly departure from
the resort. They could have followed my information on social media.
Instead, they continued and intensified their plot in the second week of
March 2020
They deliberately deprived me of help to correct massive violations in
knowing that my imprisonment was imminent would limit and deprive the
public of information it had a right to know w in order to proceed with the
plot to spread a disease deliberately under a campaign of deception in order
to implement martial law measures and proceed to a mass vaccination
campaign..
The fact that the rigged trials have only been postponed until December 15th
2020 and not stopped altogether underlines, I suggest, their determination to
continue with the disease plot under a veil of deception.

According to WHO, most of these patients will suffer only mild

symptoms. The coronavirus has a death rate of only about 2.5%.
Most of the fatalities are elderly and have previous health

conditions.
That said, a few severe cases do require intensive care treatment,

care which only hospitals can give.
Patients who are coronavirus positive are best served by spending

their quarantine in hospitals where any who develop severe
symptoms can get the specialized medical care they require.
To put them in a community building like the Fairview centre

without such specialized medical assistance at hand is to
recklessly endanger their health too.

But a lockdown may also be the response of the US federal and

state officials if there is any outbreak of coronavirus in Costa
Mesa, in California or in another part of the USA even if the
outbreak is a result of their own failure to comply with existing
protocols and send coronavirus patients to hospitals.
It is possible that CDC, federal officials also order a mass

quarantine of the entire county, allowing no one to leave or enter
in response as has now happened to the region of Lombardy. The
entire world is now under the same WHO epidemic emergency measures
after WHO declared the coronavirus a Public Health Emergency of

Italy shows it is also possible US soldiers or National Guard

armed with weapons will start to patrol San Francisco and other
cities with weapons and face mask as has happened in Milan, a city

Emergency measures included forced vaccination with a vaccine

Costa Mesa, it is imperative in my view that the CDC, State
officials are compelled by legal means to adhere to the correct
protocols and send all patients to hospitals where they will
receive the right treatment and where staff know how to protect
themselves, something that requires significant training as well
as the right equipment.
Furthermore, I would like to draw your attention to the importance

of knowing and applying all the correct protocols, including
distinguishing between people who have tested positive for
coronavirus and people who may have come in contact with such
people but who are healthy and the need for them all to be
physically separated during quarantine to prevent cross
infections.
A serious flaw in CDC, WHO protocols is that this distinction has

not been made.
Finally, I ask all residents of Costa Mesa county to get behind

the Mayor, since all residents are potential victims if
coronavirus spreads due to faulty state and federal protocols.
Whether it is parents, school children, firefighters, sheriffs,
businesses, retirees, everyone will be impacted by any spread of
coronavirus in their neighbourhood.
Experience shows that when it comes to profits and political
power, lies, bullying, intimdiation are all par for the course.
People cannot assume mayors, judges, sheriffs, journalists and so
on will be allowed to do their job without pressure, smear
campaigns and threats in the background.

criminal offence.
EODY and the Greek authorities may try to claim ignorance of basic
infectious diseases measures, even though they are splashed all
over the media (see above). Yet, actions which spreada disease and
harm people even when done only through negiglence can also be
prosecuted in criminal as well as civil courts.
Schools, universities and libraries have already been closed in

Greece due to the perceived threat of coronavirus spreading,
underlining how important it is for you to be informed about your
responsibilities to stop spreading the disease.

THE FACTS WHICH SUGGEST THAT KURZ ALMOST CERTAINLY HAS

DIRECT, PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE OF MY SITUATION AND MEDIA

I strongly suggest that the totality of facts indicate that Kurz and other members of
the government know very well about the probes, trials , violations and follow my
reports and information on social media. This notion is reinforced by the fact that
Kurz's dramatic intervention in Ischgl occurred on the very same date as my rigged
trial in Larisa which he had every reason to expect would spell my end until the
postponement occurred that very morning..
I invite you to consider the following sequence of events.

 followed my reports on social media and tweets warning that the

coronavirus was being spread through flaws introduced into standard
epidemic disease protocols
 considered my information a threat to their plans
 knew that I had said a lockdown was pointless, illogical as Sweden which
had no lockdown or masks but contained the coronavirus has since proven t
be the case
 knew about my trial date on March 13th, 2020
 knew that I was set to be found guilty given the massive violations of
procedure and rights they had been informed of since May 2017
 held their protective hand over the organizers of the trial by their
 silence, inaction and omission
 wanted, intended and desired me to be summarily arrested, imprisoned and

likely murdered from the evening of March 13th 2020

 conscripted the lawyer Eleni Matraki into their conspiracy to give me
the wrong court date to have an excuse to summarily arrest me immediately

and Europe to impose a lockdown
2. decided to panic people into leaving Ischgl knowing many were incubating
the disease by threatening to force them to stay in Ischgl for a long period of
time under a campaign of deceit pretending that there preparations in place
to look after them knowing there were not
3. Kurz phoned Gunter Platter, assumed personal control of the management of

the coronavirus that same mornng
4. ignored his request for more time to prepare for an orderly evacuation to
control the disease
5. scheduled a press conference at 2 pm to give skiers the opportunity to leave

hastily, ensuring that people incubating the disease would leave hastily
spread out throughout the region, Europe and world
6. used the same press conference to hype the threat of coronavirus, spread
fear and announce a power grab and a lockdown knowing there
was no justification for it and no legal basis for a lockdown, for establishing a de
facto dictatorship, suspending the rule of law and democracy, restricting rights and
crushing the economy
Futhermore, I invite you to consider the following
Kurz, Anschober, Zadic and other members of the Austrian government
1. know about my trial date on December 16th, 2020
2. know that I was set to be found guilty given the massive violations of
procedure and rights they had been informed of since May 2017

In the previous part I showed how Sebastian Kurz and other politicians and civil
servants in the Austrian government from 2017 joined in the conspiracy to deprive
me of protection I was entitled to in Greece to correct the massive violations of my
fair trial and media guarantees despite having all the documents related to E 17
449 and Delta 15 218 as well as an obligation to review them thoroughly, and that
they could have reasonably foreseen that, as a result, I would face, and still face,
false imprisonment with the trial date of March 13 th 2020 postponed until
December 16th 2020
The result of their actions has been to force me to invest enormou senergy and
time in defending myself and so to limit, hamper, impede my capacity to report on
tan epidemic disease plot using flawed protocols and culminating in a mass
vaccination campaign with a risky jab and so to deprive the public of information
they have a right to know.
I have also showen how Kurz specifically, has played a key role in that same global
epidemic disease plot spreading covid from Ischgl all around Austria and Europe
by a dramatic intervention for which he had no authority and which prevented
local authorities from organizing the orderly departure of the skiers, prevented
them from properly organizing forms for contact tracing, information for
departing skiers about the need to self isolate for the incubation period etc.
Indeed, the Ischgl commission found that the Kurz government did not pass on to
health authorities the contact forms which the police did collect.
Furthermore, the Kurz government allowed covid to spread in Ichgl by failing to

close the ski resort quickly, downplaying the reports from Iceland, and
encouraging skiers to mix exposing them to infection.
Kurz and his government then moved to exploit the very panic they had caused in
Ischgl to introduce de facto martial law and start ruling by decree under the
pretext of a covid emergency they promoted, facilitated and helped covid to spread
when they could have prevented it.
In addition, the Kurz government has continued over summer with its
preparation activities for mass vaccination campaign, the final phase of the global
epidemic disease plot researched by the Kremlin based journalists in 2016 as
documents in E 17 449 prove.
In this section I show that Kurz and other members of the Austrian government
have been continuing the same disease plot and also using the same method of
persecution as their predecessor, specifically Werner Faymann, began in 2009 with
the Baxter and swine flu plot as I discuss below.
Indeed, as I show below, concrete evidence collected by prosecutors as part of

criminal probe Delta 15 218 opened by prosecutors in Larisa in 2015 implicated

Apart from evidence that Faymann and Soros as well as then Greek Prime
Minister Alexis Tsipras had direct, personal knowledge of my blog and reports
which emerged and is disussed below, the attempt to have summarily arrested
involved the same method that Professor Lukas Kenner, member of the
government's Bioethtics Commission used in 2010 as documented in my report for
the police in July 2015,.
The same method of suppressing police reports has been used in Greece as was
used to suppress the charges against Lukas Kenner for trying to use criminal
means to repress my information about the risks of the swine flu vaccine in 2009.
Professor Lukas Kenner was charged by a Vienna police Inspector in 2010 for
seeking to use false statements to have me de facto summarily arrested, for
giving factual information about the risks of the swine flu vaccine in 2009
as I show below. But the charges were illegally suppressed, depriving me of
the protection of the law and allowing him to continue in his position, progress in
his career and advance the coronavirus plot.
As a member of the Austrian Bioethics Committee since 2009. Bioethics

Committee, Lukas Kenner has been responsible for helping to formulate key
guidance on how the government handles epidemics and is a figure of continuity
in the epidemic disease plot, culminating in mass vaccination also using force.
The head of Bioethics CommissionChristine Druml, has presumably spoken for

Kenner and others when she said that she can envisage making the coronavirus
vacccine obligatory for all Austrians in media interviews with Profil in May 2020
and Die Presse in August 2020.

The fact that Kenner used criminal means to try to silence a journalist,
myself, in 2009 for giving factual and accurate information about the risks
of the swine flu vaccine raises questions about his integrity, truthfulness
and the quality of f his recommendations about coronavirus and the entire
decision making processes of the Bioethics Commission and government as a
whole. The Committee has a duty of care and that includes identifying and
rejecting as members scientists who have used criminal means to try to silence a
journalist to deprive the public of information which they are entitled to know.
The Bioethics Committee must know that the fact that Kenner sits on it despite the
charges against him, despite the way the charges were illegally suppressed,
tarnishes the reputation of the entire Committee and calls into question their claim
to be an independent scientific body making recommendations also for mass
coronavirus vaccination.
It must be feared that Kenner and other members of the Bioethics Committee
are actually committed to an agenda which involves using the coronavirus
crisis as a pretext to give vaccines that they know to be harmful, kill,
sterilize and injure and which can only be given under emergency rules,
which like, the swine flu vaccine in 2009, do not require proof of safety
or efficacy.
It must be feared that not just Kenner but other members of the Bioethics
Committee are also committed to an agenda which involves using criminal means
to silence journalists and whistleblowers giving information about the risks of the
coronavirus vaccines which they see as a threat to their plans and that
whistleblowers in Austria may be being threatened this very moment by them or
even targeted for summary arrest, false imprisonment and murder.
I urge an immediate investigation into
 the evidence in Delta `5 218 against Faymann's initated the attempt to have
me summarily arrested in Greece in 2015 and even helped with the cover up
 the evidence that Vienna honorary citizen George Soros is a key actor in the
epidemic disease plot as well as the cover ups of those plots
 the evidence that PROFESSOR LUKAS KENNER and other members of
the Bioethics Committee are c conspirators in that global disease plot and
while posing as neutral scientists seeking the best for Austrians actually
intend to persuade or even force them to take a covid vaccine they know to
be risky

All of this evidence has been suppressed to result in a rigged trial held on the same
day as the rigged Kushner, Putin, Trump triall E 17 378 nvolving massive violations
of my rights.
In the July 2015 police report, I note that the same method was used to effect my
summary arrest and spirit me away while I was blogging about the Ebola false flag
in 2015 by the Abbess Theodekti as Lukas Kenner had used in 2010 resulting in
police in Austria filing criminal charges against him, which were suppressed as
discussed below. I also note that Theodekti knew that the method she was using was
criminal because I had told her about the Kenner case and the charges filed against
him and because her plot was foiled by the local police who refused to effect my
summary arrest without a prosecutors s signature and Theodekti never contacted a
r prosecutor to obtain that signature precisely because she feared an investigation,
feared the witnesses being question and feared charges against her, enabling me to
leave the monastery and file charges against her
I noted that Kenner had a motive to seek to use whatever network he has in Greece
to sience me as I had tried to return to Vienna t have the case against him reopened
with the help of Dr Verena Strausz, who also accused him of serious crmes
I said a letter to UK MPs warning about the experimental Ebola vaccine in the
context of the Saatchi Bill was the trigger for the attempt to spirit me away without
right of appeal in April 2015 which triggered Delta 15 218, and this
letter ended with my saying that I feared for my life, specifically mentioning the
events and crimes related to Werner Faymann (Austrian government) and Lukas
Kenner (government researcher)
“In this context, I would like to draw your attention to evidence that reprisals are
being conducted against whistleblowers. I am an experienced science journalist (
adual Austrian and Irish citizen, grew up in London, graduate of Edinburgh
University) and my warning s about the swine flu vaccine in 2009 were accurate,
yet several attempts were made by the Austrian government to psychiatrize me
using illegal means in 2010. Austrian police charged an researcher employed by the
government and with links to pharmaceutical organizations for his illegal attempt
to confine me in 2010, but my case has not come to court. I felt foced to leave
Austria in 2012 and now live in fear of my life.”
The letter also ended with a request for an investigation into George Soros
“ Given the huge amounts of money involved in the Ebola declaration, I ask for an
investigation also into the role played by non state actors, specifically philanthropic
organizations such as the Bill and Meldinda Gates Foundation, George Soros, the
Wellcome Trust as well as NGOs such as Doctors without Borders, in funding key
personnel in a bioweapons lab in Sierra Leone, in inflating the Ebola threat and in
seeking to profit from a declaration. “
In the police report, I noted that Tsipras visited Faymann almost immediately after
obtaining office in January 2015. That precisely because I suspected Faymann
would seek to influence him in relation to my work though I did not say so explicitly
in my post.
This statement of fact about the visti was removed from the Greek translation of
my report given to the Larisa police in 2015 without my knowledge or consent.

It was after I had named Faymann and the Austrian government as well as Tsipras

At the end, I warned that if Faymann is involved, the police reports could be
suppressed as had happened to the criminal charges against Lukas Kenner.
The police and prosecutor reports have all verifibly suppressed in massive
violations of my rights
While my report for Greek prosecutors focuses on Tsipras, the evidence implicates
Faymann as it involves proof that Tsipras began to misspell the name Faymann
replicating my spelling mistake, adding an N, only after Tsipras met Faymann in
Vienna in January 2015, a meeting about which I put up a blog post with the above
mentioned spelling mistake FayNmann.
I demonstrated that
 in his tweet announcing his upcoming meeting with Faymann, Tsipras

spelled the nameof Faymann correctly.
 after his meeting with Faymann, Tsipras spelled the name Faymann
incorrectly as FayNmann on his twitter feed, specifically in two tweets about his
meeting with Faymann in Greece in October 2015 to discuss migrants
 he mis spelled FayNmann in precisely the same incorrect way as I had

misspelled FayNmann in a blog post reporting on Tsipras' meeting with Faymann
in Vienna in February 2015
Tsipras added the very same wrong letter and in the very same wrong place as I
did, that is he did not FNaymann or FaNymann or FaymNann or FaymannN but
FayNmann
 Tsipras replicated my spelling mistake in Greek letters
Probability theory shows there are virtually infinite combinations of letters

possible with an alphabet of 26 letters as well as with an alphabet of 24 letters in
Greek. The likelihood of the same random mistake of the same letter appearing in
the same place in the same name in both alphabets are infinitesimal.

I allege that George Soros, but not exclusively Soros, was a leader, principal agent
and organizer of the plan to silence me, a journalist, as I was performing a public
watchdog function on the internet. Werner Faymann and Alexis Tsipras were
accessories, ordered, abetted and took a consenting part in the formulation and
execution of the actual plan by activating their networks to influence Theodekti
Vallianatou to silence me.
I allege they activated Theodekti Vallianatou and summoned her to Athens to

discuss detailed plans immediately after I made an apparently successful
intervention in the form of an Open Letter to Dr Sarah Wollaston, the Chair of the
Common's Health Committee and in the form of emails, to block Lord Maurice
Saatchi's Medical Innovation Bill in February 2015.
In this report, I will demonstrate that Soros and Tsipras had

To conclude, the rare spelling mistake of the surname of the Austrian
Chancellor Werner Faynmann that I make and that Tsipras reproduced in a tweet
in October reinforces the notion that Tsipras was given his instructions on how to
deal with me from Faymann. Austrian government officials, including Lukas
Kenner, made three unsuccessful attempts in 2010 to have me forcibly
pyschiatrized, including two attempts to offer inducements to a pyschiatrist. All
attempts to have imprisoned using false testimony failed because the evidence was
so strong that I was acting as a journalist investigating sensitive issues. But these
cases have all been suppressed by Austrian justice officials. The pyschiatrist lost
her license without a fair hearing or due process. The non prosecution of the
culprits has encouraged repetitions as I noted in my letter to European
Commission President Jean Claude Juncker.
Encouraged by the non prosecution of the culprits, a criminal elite centering

around George Soros and his close associate Alexis Tsipras, decided to use the
same means to silence me in Greece. (8)

The proof that Alexis Tsipras has knowledge of my blog comes in the form of
tweets that Tsipras sent on 6th October, 2015, reproducing in the Greek language
exactly the same spelling mistake of the surname of Austrian Chancellor Werner
Faymann that I also made on my blog posts in the English language reporting on
9th February 2015 on their meeting in Vienna. 4)
Crucially, Tsipras spelled the surname of Faymann correctly in his first tweet in
the Greek language before his meeting with Faymann.
I misspelled Faymann by adding an extra "n", in my report about the meeting

and notes that even Soros reads it as a textual analysis in the previous part of the

Tsipras started to add the extra "n" in his tweets in Greek after his personal
meeting with Faymann in Vienna on 9th February 2015.
In his first tweet in the Greek language on arriving in Vienna, and apparently
before his personal meeting of Faymann, Tsipras spelled Faymann's name
correctly, that is, he did not add an "n" in his tweet. 6)
The fact that Tsipras spelled Faymann in Greek letters correctly in his first tweet
raises the question of how he came to introduce a spelling mistake and exactly the
same one I make.
Since Tsipras first spelled Faymann correctly, it means that any Google searches
he may have made would have used the correct spelling Faymann in Roman or
Greek letters.
So, where exactly did Tsipras get the idea that the correct spelling was, in fact,
Faynmann? I believe the most plausible explanation is that Tsipras read my post
about the meeting between him and Faymann in February, saw my incorrect
spelling in Roman letters and reproduced it exactly using Greek letters.
My misspelling is very rare. There are only 620 cases of Faymann misspelled as
Faynmann on non Greek language Google search engines as of 15th December
2015. 9)
This compares to 482,000 correct spellings of Faymann. 10)
In Greek letters, the incorrect spelling Faynmann appears in 11, 800 Google
searches. 11)
Werner Faymann is spelled correctly in 89,000 Google searches in Greek letters.

Tsipras has 325 000 followers on Twitter as of today, about two months
after his visit to Lesbos. 13)
The most likely explanation for the unusually large number of cases of the
misspelling of Faynmann in the Greek speaking world is, therefore, that Greek
speakers reproduced Tsipras' spelling mistake after reading it on his twitter
account.
Searching in the Greek language Google with "Werner Faynmann" in quotation

marks in Roman letters produces results similar to 620 in the German and English
language. But a search in Greek language Google for Werner Faynmann without
quotation marks and in Roman letters produced about 480,000 results. It is not
clear why so many cases of Faynmann appear in the Greek language Google when
there are so few cases, just a few hundred, in the non Greek language Google. It is
not clear what factor has skewered the result.
With respect to these searches, Google uses server location as one of the factors
determining the location and targeting of the site. Google also uses Page Rank
algorithms to rank sites based on each site's so called truth factor score. After I
published evidence on my blog that Tsipras reads my blog, the search results I
obtained for Werner Faynmann were significantly different depending on whether
I used a wifi connection in a familiar location (hacked?) or a wifi connection in an
unfamiliar one. Using familiar and possibly hacked wifi connections, the results for
the wrong spelling Faynmann were suddenly much higher at about 1,700
compared to 620 in may be be a bid to skew the evidence by filtering results.
However, the fact is established tha Tsipras spelled Faymann correctly in his first
ever tweet in February 2015 in Greek letters, and began to make my same, rare
spelling mistake after the meeting.
The date when Tsipras picked up the spelling mistake establishes the basis for
believing that Tsipras may have became familiar with my blog in February 2015
through Faymann himself. It is also possible but less likely that he became familiar
with it through George Soros given the evidence that Soros reads my blog.
The evidence strongly suggests, however, that Faymann himself showed Tsipras
my blog. Tsipras read my blog post on his meeting between himself
and Faymann on 9th February 2015, saw my wrong spelling of Faynmann and
reproduced it understanding my blog was considered credible by Faymann. He did
not search for the correct spelling of Faymann but simply assumed my spelling was
correct and began to reproduce it in Greek letters. In the light of subsequent
events, I believe Faymann suggested to Tsipras the need to remove me as well as
the use of the method.
I note the same method as Theodekti Vallianatou used was used by Austrian
government officials, including Professor Lukas Kenner, a member of the
government bioethics committee. Kenner twice attempted to deprive me of my civil
liberty without due process when I was performing a public watchdog function on
the internet as a journalist. He offered inducements to a pyschiatrist Dr Verena
Strausz to confine me illegally. She twice refused, recognizing it was illegal.
In the light of the evidence that both Tsipras and Soros read my blog, I would like
to draw your attention to the fact that I reported on alleged links between Tsipras
and Soros in my blog post on 29th January 2014. 16)
I argued that Tsipras and Yannis Varoufakis were working for the banks and were
injuring the interests of the Greek people. I said they performed a function of a
puppet or controlled opposition in my blog posts in January and February 2015.

If a powerful and prominent figure is concerned by reports on the internet about

them, but cannot file defamation charges over them precisely because they are
based on accurate reporting and, so, are protected by the right to freedom of the
press and speech, might that person not resort to illegal methods to silence a critic?
Might that person not resort to a murder attempt? If he or she could not do it
directly, might that person seek to influence others in his network to do it for him
by offering financial and other benefits?
Faymann also has a motive to eliminate me as I had the intention of pursuing the
Lukas Kenner case in Vienna.
In Athens, Theodekti would have had the opportunity to meet her brother a
lawyer, Grigoris Vallianatos, and other figures to work out a plan based on the
ideas that Tsipras received from Faymann in his meeting in February 2015 and
which were communicated to Vallianatos through Tsipras's network.
I have offered proof that both Soros and Tsipras read my blog, underlining that
they are factual and accurate.
I allege that Tsipras and Soros felt threatened by my reports on my blog and
decided to silence me. I allege that Tsipras and Faymann discussed the method
during their meeting in Vienna in February. I note a similar method was used to
silence me as was used by Professor Lukas Kenner and other Austrian government
officials with links to Werner Faymann in 2010 after I exposed the Baxter bird flu
scandal and the swine flu scandal in 2009. The similarity of method reinforces the
notion that Faymann and Tsipras discussed the method for silencing me together
during their meeting in Vienna in February.
I allege that it was during this meeting with Faymann that Tsipras became
acquainted with my blog. Either during the meeting or immediately afterwards, he
read my blog and saw my rare misspelling of the name Fay(n)mann and
reproduced that misspelling in Greek letters from then onwards. Again, I note
Tsipras had spelled Faymann correctly in his first tweet from Vienna before his
meeting with Faymann.
There is only one likely explanation why Tsipras had become convinced that
Faymann was spelled Fay(n)mann and that is that he read it on my blog.
Understanding that my blog gave credible and accurate information, he was
inclined to believe my spelling was also accurate and made a conscious, deliberate
effort to reproduce it, adding an exta "n" to his Greek spelling of Faynmann in his
tweets in October.

Σην πξώην ηνπ tweet ζηα Διιεληθά θηάλνληαο ζηε Βηέλλε, θαη εκθαλώο πξηλ ηε
ζπλάληεζε ηνπ κε ην Faymann, ν Τζίπξαο έγξαςε ην όλνκα ηνπ Faymann ζσζηά,
δειαδή, ρσξίο λα πξνζζέζεη έλα «λ» ζην tweet ηνπ. 6)
Σν γεγνλφο φηη ν Σζίπξαο έγξαςε Faymann ζηα ειιεληθά ζσζηά ζην πξψην ηνπ
tweet ζε θάλεη λα αλαξσηηέζαη πσο άξρηζε λα θάλεη ην νξζνγξαθηθφ ιάζνο πνπ
αθξηβψο θάλσ θαη εγψ.
Αθνχ ν Σζίπξαο άξρηζε λα γξάθεη Faymann ζσζηά, ζεκαίλεη φηη νπνηεζδήπνηε

αλαδεηήζεηο κπνξεί λα έθαλε ζην Google ζα είραλ ρξεζηκνπνηήζεη ηε ζσζηή
νξζνγξαθία Faymann κε ιαηηληθνχο ή ειιεληθνχο ραξαθηήξεο.
Πσο έκαζε ν Τζίπξαο όηη ε ζσζηή νξζνγξαθία ήηαλ, όλησο, Faynmann. Πηζηεύσ
όηη ε πην πηζαλή εμήγεζε είλαη όηη ν Τζίπξαο δηάβαζε ηελ αλάξηεζε κνπ ζρεηηθά
κε ηε ζπλάληεζε αλάκεζα ζηνλ Faynmann ην Φεβξνπάξην, είδε ην ιάζνο κνπ ζηνπο
ιαηηληθνύο ραξαθηήξεο θαη ην αλαπαξήγαγε αθξηβώο ρξεζηκνπνηώληαο

Werner Faymann γξάθεηαη ζσζηά ζε 89.000 αλαδεηήζεηο ηνπ Google ζηα

ειιεληθά.
Ο Σζίπξαο έρεη 325.000 αθνινχζνπο ζην Twitter απφ ζήκεξα, πεξίπνπ δχν κήλεο
κεηά ηελ επίζθεςε ηνπ ζηε Λέζβν. 13)
Η πην πηζαλή εμήγεζε γηα ηνλ αζπλήζηζηα πςειφ αξηζκφ πεξηπηψζεσλ ηεο
ιαλζαζκέλεο αλαγξαθήο ηνπ Faynmann ζηα ειιεληθά είλαη φηη νη ειιελφθσλεο
αλαπαξήγαγαλ ην νξζνγξαθηθφ ιάζνο ηνπ Σζίπξα αθνχ ην δηάβαζαλ ζην
ινγαξηαζκφ ηνπ twitter.
Φάρλνληαο ζην ειιεληθφ Google γηα «Werner Faynmann» ζε εηζαγσγηθά ζε

ιαηηληθνχο ραξαθηήξεο παξάγεη απνηειέζκαηα παξφκνηα κε ηα 620 ζηα
γεξκαληθά θαη αγγιηθά. Αιιά ε αλαδήηεζε ζην ειιεληθφ Google γηα Werner
Faynmann ρσξίο εηζαγσγηθά θαη ιαηηληθνχο ραξαθηήξεο παξήγαγε 480,000
απνηειέζκαηα. Γελ είλαη μεθάζαξν γηαηί ηφζεο πνιιέο πεξηπηψζεηο ηνπ
Faynmann εκθαλίδνληαη ζην ειιεληθφ Google φηαλ ππάξρνπλ ηφζν ιίγεο
πεξηπηψζζεηο, κφλν κεξηθέο εθαηνληάδεο, ζην κε ειιεληθφ Google. Γελ είλαη
μεθάζαξν πνηνο παξάγνληαο πξνθάιεζε απηφ ην απνηέιεζκα.
΢ρεηηθά κε απηέο ηηο αλαδεηήζεηο, ην Google ρξεζηκνπνηεί αλεχξεζε

δηαθνκηζηή σο έλαλ απφ ηνπο παξάγνληεο πνπ θαζνξίδνπλ ηελ ηνπνζεζία θαη
εζηηάδνληαο ηελ ηζηνζειίδα. Σν Google επίζεο ρξεζηκνπνηεί αιγφξηζκνπο
ηαμηλφκεζεο ζειίδαο γηα λα ηαμηλνκήζεη ηζηνζειίδεο κε βάζε θαη ηελ
επνλνκαδφκελε βαζκνινγία παξάγνληα αιήζεηαο θάζε ηζηνζειίδαο. Αθνχ δεκνζίεπζα
απνδείμεηο ζην blog κνπ φηη ν Σζίπξαο δηαβάδεη ην blog κνπ, ηα απνηειέζκαηα
αλαδήηεζεο πνπ απέθηεζα γηα ην Werner Faynmann ήηαλ ζεκαληηθά πην
δηαθνξεηηθά αλάινγα κε ην πνπ ρξεζηκνπνηνχηαλ κία ζχλδεζε wifi ζε κία γλσζηή
ηνπνζεζία (απφθηεζε παξάλνκεο πξφζβαζεο;) ή κία ζχλδεζε wifi ζε κία άγλσζηε.
Υξεζηκνπνηψληαο γλσζηέο θαη πηζαλψο παξάλνκεο wifi ζπλδέζεηο, ηα
απνηειέζκαηα γηα ηε ιαλζαζκέλε γξαθή Faynmann ήηαλ μαθληθά πνιχ
πεξηζζφηεξα πεξίπνπ 1.700 ζε ζχγθξηζε κε ηα 620 ζε κία πηζαλφηεηα παξαπνίεζεο
ησλ απνδείμεσλ θηιηξάξνληαο ηα απνηειέζκαηα.
Όκσο, ην γεγνλόο εδξαηώλεηαη όηη ν Τζίπξαο έγξαςε ζσζηά Faymann ζην πξώην
ηνπ tweet ην Φεβξνπάξην ηνπ 2015 κε ειιεληθά γξάκκαηα, θαη άξρηζε λα θάλεη ην
δηθό κνπ, ζπάλην νξζνγξαθηθό ιάζνο κεηά ηε ζπλάληεζε.
Ζ εκεξνκελία όηαλ ν Τζίπξαο πηνζέηεζε ην νξζνγξαθηθό ιάζνο εδξαηώλεη ηε βάζε

γηα ηελ πεπνίζεζε όηη ν Τζίπξαο έκαζε γηα ην blog κνπ ην Φεβξνπάξην ηνπ 2015
κέζσ ηνπ ίδηνπ ηνπ Faymann. Δίλαη επίζεο δπλαηό αιιά ιηγόηεξν πηζαλό λα ην
έκαζε κέζσ ηνπ George Soros δεδνκέλσλ ησλ απνδείμεσλ όηη ν Soros δηαβάδεη ην
blog κνπ.
Οη απνδείμεηο δείρλνπλ, όκσο, όηη ν ίδηνο ν Fayman έδεημε ην blog κνπ ζηνλ
Τζίπξα. Ο Τζίπξαο δηάβαζε ηελ αλάξηεζε ζην blog κνπ ζηε ζπλάληεζε ηνπ κε ην
Faymann ηελ 9ε Φεβξνπαξίνπ 2015, είδε ην νξζνγξαθηθό κνπ ιάζνο ζην Faynmann
θαη ην αλαπαξήγαγε θαηαλνώληαο ην blog κνπ ζεσξνύηαλ αμηόπηζην από ην
Faymann. Γελ έςαμε ηε ζσζηή γξαθή ηνπ Faymann αιιά απιά ππέζεζε όηη ε γξαθή
ήηαλ ζσζηά θαη άξρηζε λα ην αλαπαξάγεη ζηα ειιεληθά. Υπό ην θσο ησλ
κεηαγελέζηεξσλ γεγνλόησλ, πηζηεύσ όηη ν Faymann πξόηεηλε ζηνλ Τζίπξα ηελ
αλάγθε ηεο απνκάθξπλζεο κνπ θαζώο θαη ηε ρξήζε ηεο κεζόδνπ.
΢εκεηψλσ φηη ε ίδηα κέζνδνο κε απηή ηεο Θενδέθηεο Βαιιηαλάηνπ
ρξεζηκνπνηήζεθε απφ Απζηξηαθνχο θπβεξλεηηθνχο αμησκαηνχρνπο,

ζπκπεξηιακβαλνκέλνπ ηνπ Καζεγεηή Lukas Kenner, κέινο ηεο θπβεξλεηηθήο
επηηξνπήο βηνεζηθήο. Ο Kenner πξνζπάζεζε δχν θνξέο λα κνπ ζηεξήζεη ηελ
πνιηηηθή κνπ ειεπζεξία ρσξίο ηε λφκηκε νδφ φηαλ εθηεινχζα κία ιεηηνπξγία
δεκφζηνπ θξνπξνχ ζην δηαδίθηπν σο δεκνζηνγξάθνο. Πξνζπάζεζε λα δσξνδνθήζεη
κία ςπρίαηξν ηε Γξ. Verena Strausz γηα λα κε πεξηνξίζεη παξάλνκα. Απηή
αξλήζεθε δχν θνξέο, αλαγλσξίδνληαο ηελ παξαλνκία.

Ο Faymann έρεη θαη απηφο θίλεηξν λα κε εμνπδεηεξψζεη θαζψο είρα ηελ πξφζεζε
λα ζπλερίζσ ηελ ππφζεζε Lucas Kenner ζηε Βηέλλε.
Μία άιιε ππφζεζε πνπ ζα κπνξνχζε λα αλνίμεη είλαη ε κφιπλζε 72 θηιψλ εκβνιίσλ
επνρηαθήο γξίπεο κε ην ζαλαηεθφξν ηφ ηεο γξίπεο ησλ πηελψλ ην 2009 ζε
εγθαηαζηάζεηο βηναζθάιεηαο επηπέδνπ 3, ζρεδφλ πξνθαιψληαο κία παλδεκία
γξίπεο ησλ πηελψλ. Αθνύ ππέβαια κήλπζε ηνλ Απξίιην ηνπ 2009, ν εηζαγγειέαο ηεο
Βηέλλεο μεθίλεζε κία έξεπλα. Γελ είλαη μεθάζαξν πσο ε ππφζεζε έθιεηζε ην

Έρσ απνδείμεη ηε βάζε ηνπ επηρεηξήκαηνο φηη ν Σζίπξαο θαη ν Soros είραλ άκεζε

blog κνπ θαη απνθάζηζαλ λα κε απσζησπήζνπλ. Τπνζηεξίδσ φηη ν Σζίπξαο θαη ν
Faymann ζπδήηεζαλ κία κέζνδν θαηά ηε δηάξθεηα ηεο ζπλάληεζεο ηνπο ζηε
Βηέλλε ην Φεβξνπάξην. Σεκεηώλσ όηη κία παξόκνηα κέζνδνο ρξεζηκνπνηήζεθε
γηα λα κε απνζησπήζνπλ όπσο έγηλε από ηνλ Καζεγεηή Lukas Kenner θαη άιινπο
θπβεξλεηηθνύο αμησκαηνύρνπο κε δεζκνύο κε ηνλ Werner Faymann ην 2010 αθνύ

2009. Ζ νκνηόηεηα ηεο κεζόδνπ εληζρύεη ηελ εληύπσζε όηη ν Faymann θαη ν
Τζίπξαο ζπδήηεζαλ κία κέζνδν γηα λα κε απνζησπήζνπλ θαηά ηε δηάξθεηα ηεο
ζπλάληεζεο ζηε Βηέλλε ην Φεβξνπάξην.
Υπνζηεξίδσ όηη θαηά ηε δηάξθεηα απηήο ηεο ζπλάληεζεο κε ηνλ Faymann έκαζε ν

δηάβαζε ην blog κνπ θαη είδε ην ζπάλην νξζνγξαθηθό κνπ ιάζνο ηνπο νλόκαηνο ηνπ
Fay(n)mann θαη κεηά από απηό αλαπαξήγαγε απηό ην ιάζνο ζηα ειιεληθά. Ξαλά,
ζεκεηώλσ όηη ν Τζίπξαο έγξαςε ην Faymann ζσζηά ζην πξώην ηνπ tweet από ην
Βηέλλε πξηλ από ηε ζπλάληεζε ηνπ κε ηνλ Faymann.
Υπάξρεη κόλν κία πηζαλή εμήγεζε επεηδή ν Τζίπξαο πείζζεθε όηη ην Faymann
έγξαςε Fay(n)mann θαη όηη ην δηάβαζε ζην blog κνπ. Ζ θαηαλόεζε όηη ην blog κνπ
έδσζε αμηόπηζηεο θαη αθξηβείο πιεξνθνξίεο, πίζηεςε όηη ε γξαθή κνπ ήηαλ ζσζηή
θαη έθαλε κία ζπλεηδεηή, ζθόπηκε πξνζπάζεηα λα ην αλαπαξάγεη, πξνζζέηνληαο
έλα επηπιένλ «λ» ζηελ ειιεληθή γξαθή ηνπ Faymann ζηα tweet ηνλ Οθηώβξην.
DISCUSSIO
Given the context, background and totality of facts, I suggest the most plausible
explanation for Tsipras replicating my rate spelling mistake of Faymann was that
Tsipras had seen this spelling mistake somewhere else, namely my blog, believed
the source to be accurate, and had, in a mental note, incorrectly "corrected" his
original correct spelling to replicate in Greek letters my error adding an “N” in
exactly the same place.
The most likely place where that happened was during the meeting with Faymann
when Faymann showed him my blog post on that same meeting in which I had
made the spellingmistake FayNmann.
After that meeting, Tsipras began to replicate the very same spelling mistake that I
had made and include an N.
This spelling mistake FayNmann was made in Tsipras two tweets in the Greek
language about the visit of Faymann to the Greek island of Lesvos in October 2015
to tour the refugee camps when Tsipras accompanied him.
The following sequence of events seems plausible
1. Faymann invited Tsipras to Vienna precisely to give him instructions in private

and secret to silence me in Greece for exposing the Ebola plot in 2014 which was a
continuation of the Baxter bird flu and swine flu global epidemic plot of 2009
2. Tsipras went to the meeting without any or much idea about the epidemic
disease plot or about my existence in Greece
3. During the meeting, Faymann gave Tsipras showed him my birdflu666 blog
and gave him his instructions to silence me using the same method as Lukas
Kenner
4. Tsipras saw my latest blog post, which happened to be about their meeting in
Vienna
5. He saw my misspelling FayNmann

6. He remembered that he has just spelled the name Faymann on his tweet.
7. He asked himself which is the correct spelling. FayNmann or Fayman8. The fact
that I am half Austrian,the intensity of Faymann and the atmosphere of panic at
the mention of my name and blog made Tsipras decide on a psychological and
emotional level, that I write must be accurate that he need not double check the
spelling. It must be FayNmann as I spelled it.
 Tsipras returned to Greece and focused on organizing an attempt to silence

me using the plan Faymann has given him repeating the approach of Lukas
Kenner to de facto spirit me away using false statements and imprison me using
emergency laws in a way which deprives me of due process and the right of appeal.
This approach requires either a pyschologist or a person who is in a position of
familiarity.
In Greece,emergency laws require only two people to give false witness for a
person to be confined by force for one month without being shown to a judge. By
that time, they can be drugged to ensure they never leave.
10 Tsipras activated his contacts and network, specifically journalist and gay rights
activist Grigoris Vallianatos, brother of the Abbess of the monastery in which I
was staying, and close to left wing parties and so also Syriza, to contact his sister,
Theodekti,and persuade her to give false witness.
11. The belief that UK MPs had taken my warnings in an Open Letter at the end of
February 2015 seriously heightened the feeling of threat to Faymann, Soros and
also Gates. They intensified their efforts and put the date for the plot forward to
the earliest possible one after visitors from Athens who knew about my blog etc left
the monastery after Orthodox Easter.
12. The confinement attempt was thwarted in April 2015 after police refused and
told Theodekti she had to get a prosector s order. Knowing she was committing a
crime,she did not contact any prosecutor.. I managed to escape the monastery and
file charges and the police and prosecutors open an investigation Delta 15 218
13. Tsipras and Faymann followed the investigation closely by reading my own
blog updates and through their control of all branches of government and asked
my then lawyer, since known to have be bribed, Christopoulos to send him and
others a copy of my July 2015 police report, sent by email from Ireland.
14. Faymann saw his name and the mention of his meeting with Tsipras in Vienna,
recognized their incriminating content and instructed for that passage to be
removed along with the especially incriminating information onpages 31,32 and 33
of my police report called "The circle of Grigoris Vallianatos
15. Faymann and Tsipras learned of my return from Ireland to Greece in early
September to get justice
He feels under pressure and activates his network of hand picked police and
prosecutors to weaponize the justice system and speed up my summary arrest
through false statements.
13. In September 2015, when I posed up blog posts with the evidence George Soros
copying almost word for word also the same multi phrases from a blog post on the
same topic albeit in a different order, Faymann visited Tsipras in Greece to give
him more instructions, to
16. Tsipras tweeted two times about his meeting with Faymann in Greexce on
Lesbos but this time spelling his name FayNmann in Greek letters and I posted up
sceenshots
17. Tsipras and Faymann looked at my blog post with screenshots of his spelling
misake FayNmann and discussed the implications of Tsipras having direct
personal knowledge of my blog, and felt threatened
18. Tsipras and Faymann saw in January 2016, the prosecutor has accepted the
evidence against them and also George Soros and Bill Gates.
 They saw that I even mention that Faymann and Lukas Kenner and warn
that police reports and evidence could be suppressed.
19.Confident, they could embrace of the justice system to silence me, Faymann and
Kenner proceeded with their plot and suppressed all the evidence and police

Kurzs actions from 20157 are a continuation and intensification of a plot which

In May 2009, it emerged from answers to parliamentary questions that the

quantity that Baxter sent out was 72 kilos.

As the Vienna prosecutors investigated the Baxter incident, Faymann from Apr
2009 participated in a plot to use the swine flu to implement global medical martial

Faymann promoted the swine flu vaccine. He and government officials, specifically
Pamela Rendi Wagner, then head of the government section handling epidemics,

refused. His death triggered an attempt to put me under a court
guardianship in a process involving false statements, lies and

The decision by the judge in Dobling shows that the decision to put me under a
court guardianship was directly linked to my investigation of the swine flu vaccine
risks and publicity earning me the official label of conspiracy theorist. The judge
notes that I am a journalist investigating matters in the public interest (as can be
seen by googling my name in Google Scholar). The guiding principle of the
persecution since 2009 to now has been to deny me recognition as a journalist and so
deprive me of the protections afforded to journalist and portray me as a
conspiracy theorist which is equated automatically with mental illness opening the
door to de facto summary arrest under emergency mental health laws without

Professor Lukas Kenner prepared and organized and carried out the plan of asking
a psychologist he was on friendly terms with Dr Verena Strausz to have me forcibly
confined without every having met me offering her financial and other inducements
in January 2010.
When she refused because it was illegal as neithr she nor Kenner had ever met me,
communicated with me in any form, or had any contact with me or were even
known to me, Kenner organized,persuaded and arranged for my brother Michael
Buergermester to go to Dr Strausz and ask for my forcible confinement offering
him financial and other inducements,including the inheritance o f my late
father,Dr Mathias Buergermeister, who had died in mysterious circumstances as
the swine flu vaccine campaign began. This plan failed when Sr Strausz identified
my brother as a drug addict from his behaviour and rejected his testimony as
biased and motivated by financial gain connected with the inheritance.
Michael Burgermeister told me ANDREW MEZVINSKY, brother of Marc

Mezvinsky, husband of Chelsy Clinton, had encouraged him to join in the
conspiracy against me. Andrew Mezvinsky has, indeed, been resident in Vienna
from 2013 and was a frequent visitor beforehand.

I was told he was indicted for a minor crime and found not guilty,that is, he got

In January 2014 I arranged with Dr Strausz to go to Vienna to coooperate in

getting justice against Lukas Kenner, specifically also to get the criminal probe
reopened.
Dr Strausz told me onthe phone while I was still in Greece that Lukas Kenner had
come up behind her in a street at night when it was empty close to the Schottentor,
and gave a violent push against her back throwing her to the ground. She managed
to get up and turn around and recognized him as he fled. She was able to get to her
flat close by where, apart from shock, she determined that she had not suffered any
injury.
Dr Strausz offered me a room in her flat. Dr Strausz was taken to intensive care,
had to be operated on and could not receive visitors on the day before I was due
to fly to Vienna, and I only found out by chance from her cleaning lady.
The timing,the circumstancesand the detailsof Mane Smile suggested that she had
been targetted to stop action again t Lukas Kenner and to allow for me to be more
easily seized, arrested,imprisonment or murdered in Vienna on my arrival since
they did not reckon with Mane Smile ringing me to warn me not to go at the lastm
oment but fully expected me to stick to the plan to meet Dr Strausz immediately

Since 2010,Lukas Kenner has been promoted to the highest levels in the Austrian
and EU science institutions. I allege these promotions are a form of bribery or
reward for his criminal actionss.
Kenner made these attempts because I was doing my job as a journalist

reporting on facts of public interest, facts that showed that the Austrian
government had misrepresented the risks of the swine flu vaccine which the
government wanted to give to every single Austrian while denying them the right
to claim compensation from the pharmaceutical companies if they did suffer
damage.
The swine flu vaccine campaign was called a medical tragedy by Swedes because
it left so many young people sick, causing an autoimmune narcolepsy of the kind
that I and other whistleblowers had predicted from looking at the track record

Freedom of the media and expression is a basic right enshrined in the
Constitution.
Kenner has threatened press freedom and sought to use criminal means to

I ask for the probe into Lukas Kenner and the cover up to be reopened because he
is a key member of the Bioethics Committee making policy recommendations with
wide reaching implications for the health of the Austrian public, including
recommending masks. His committee has said that they can envisage making the
coronavirus vaccine obligatory forall Austrians.
Since Kenner has used criminal means to silence a journalist giving factual and
accurate information of risks of f these same class f vaccines in 2009, it is plausible
that he still is using criminal means to silence whistle blowers in Austria, and also in
Grece, myself, in 2020 helped by Kurz and that the Austrian public is being
deprived of information t has a right to know.

second thoughts about reporting on the risks of the covid vaccines and other
issues in the public interest,

 investigate Kurz, Rudolf Anschober and others for planning a mass vaccinate

and be informed as duty of care, that the vaccine is meant to sterilize entire
