1 . C h o o s e t h e w i r e a n d s o c k e t a c c o r d i n g

equipment. Local rules and regulations on installation and safety should be

abided. The voltage vibration is ±5%.

2. Requirements on environmental conditions:

1) Room temperature: 5℃ -40℃ .

2) The highest relative humidity: 85%.

3) No dust and contaminants in the room.

3. Connect to the power source.

Notice: check the instruments carefully before each cycle of sterilization.

6. If carbon steel instruments are to be kept in stainless steel basket, towel

or paper should be used to separate them.

7. All instruments must be sterilized in an open position.

8. Place a sterilization indicator card in each time to check the result.

1. Uncover the water tank, and fill in distilled water until th

reaches the upper position indicated in the rubber tube.

Wa t e r q u a l i t y :

◆ Electrical: Conductivity lower than 15μA/cm

◆Chloride contents: Less than 2mg/l.

◆PH value: 5—7

◆Hardness: Less than0.02mml/l

Notice: In any cases, in autoclave only distilled or pure water is used.

Otherwise impurities will block the valve, infect the steam saturation a

hold back temperature. During sterilization, there is some steam re

For a desired sterilization the originated cold air in th

F7 which can set figures one by one to set up a value of 015 (

(3) Set up time for sterilization

After the temperature is set, press F7 and LCD displays a picture for time

3) Set up temperature at which the top air exhaust valve shuts off

exhaust valve shutting off.

4. Cautions to liquid sterilization :

importance should be addressed on liquid program.

The following notice should be paid strict attention to by the users on

liquid sterilization:

1) O n l y s p e c i f i e d t r a n s f u s i o n g l a s s b o t t l e s a n d

used, those ordinarily made are not allowed.

2) S t e r i l i z a t i o n s h o u l d b e s t r i c t l y c a r r i e

temperature and pressure stipulated in the attached list

s t e a m e x h a u s t i s n e e d e d a f t e r s t e r i l i z a t i o n . I t ’s n o t l e s s t h a n 8

minutes for pressure drops to “0”.

Before starting, ensure that power is disconnected and

pressure in the autoclave.

Whenever daily work is over:

• Clean the door gasket with a soft cloth or a sponge.

• Take out the baskets.

• Clean and remove the scale in the chamber and dispel water in the tank.

• Lubricate the door bolts with molybdenum disulfide oil.

• Clean the outer cover with a soft cloth.

• Clean the valve core.

• Check the safety valve.

Periodical inspections:

4. Cleanings on the steam release valve (see the picture below)

It is located in the water tank.

equipment must be cooled down , and pressure is down to 0Mpa.

5. Check the safety valve (locates in the water tank)

For safety purpose every two months release steam from thi

time.

1) Do sterilization operation according to the manual.

2 ) To g e n e r a t e a p r e s s u r e o f 0 . 2 1 M p a i n t h e c h a m b e r.

3) Uncover the water tank.

4) Push the safety valve handle with a screwdriver in an open case for two

minutes.

5) T u r n o f f t h e p o w e r s w i t c h t o e n d t h e o p e r a t i o n w h i l e e x h a u s t s t e a m i n

t h e c h a m b e r.

6) Don’t open the door until pressure in the chamber drops to zero.

6. Replace the safety valve

N o t i c e :I n s t r u c t i o n s i n t h i s p a r t a r e p r o v i d e d t o p r o f e s s i o n a l s .

as possible.

1) Remove the cover of the water tank.

2) Remove the screws on the safety valve with a screwdriver; take do

the valve from the base.

3) Replace it with a qualified one.

7. Replace the fuse cassette

Make sure that the power is switched off, remove the bottom cover by turning

down the screw clockwise, make replacement with a new fuse, then

c o v e r f i r m l y.

8. Thermostat

for the equipment by connecting or disconnecting power in drying period.

•The controller disconnects the heater with power if the temperature on the

main body surpasses the allowed value.

•When the temperature drops to the allowed value the controller

p o w e r a u t o m a t i c a l l y.

9. Increase the working temperature of the thermostat

Notice: The operation is just related to the professionals.

10. Replacement of the heaters

tightening bolt loosened and the door can be opened.

12. Cleaning for the filter

The filter is located at the bottom of the equipment for the purpose to filte

impurities and keep the pipeline through. The cleaning can be done u

procedures: Remove the screw nut 4, dismantle the filter core 3 and take dow

the filter net, then clean the core and the net. Cleaning once a week, no need to

o p e n t h e o u t e r c o v e r.

13. Cleanings to the electromagnetic valve

1 ) R e m o v e t h e o u t e r c o v e r.

2) M o v e a s i d e t h e s t a i n l e s s s t e e l p r e s s i n g t h e e l e c t r o m a g n e t i c v a l v e

w i t h a s c r e w d r i v e r.

3) Pull out the circuit of the valve.

4 ) O p e n t h e v a l v e w i t h a s p a n n e r.

5 ) C l e a n t h e c o r e w i t h c l e a r w a t e r.

6) Restore the electromagnetic valve.
