    AFFIDAVIT OF FREE RENT

    I EDMUNDO T. LANTO, with residence and postal address at City Park Subd.,
    Sabang, Lipa City. Batangas do certify that:

    1. I am the owner of land and building located at City Park Subdivision, City Park
    Avenue, Sabang, Lipa City, Batangas presently occupied by KFI TRADING CORP. which is a
    Corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the Republic of the
    Philippines, with office address at City Park Subdivision, City Park Avenue, Sabang, Lipa City,
    Batangas;

    2. That said land and building is presently being used by KFI TRADING CORP., free
    of charge, upon the authorization of undersigned since he is the President of the said
    corporation.
