    Please try to strictly comply with Social Distancing. I strongly discourage travelling
    because we really want to be able to contain the virus and limit its spread. Community
    quarantine also helps contact tracing. This will allow easier identification of those who
    may have been exposed or infected, thus making early intervention possible.

    The purpose is both to protect ourselves, and to protect others.

    We have to also consider how we may be the ones spreading the virus, and how we
    want to limit exposure of those in vulnerable groups—the elderly and those with other
    existing health conditions.
