    PHILOSOPHY OF EDUCATION
     Northeastern College believes that quality
    education is affordable not only to those who
    are economically capable but also to those
    who are economically insufficient.
     It believes that through quality education,
    its educands could break the economic
    barrier, develop their God-given potentials,
    attain maximum growth, assume diversified
    social duties and responsibilities and
    withstand the challenges that come along
    life's varied avenues.
     
    VISION

     Northeastern College was envisioned


    to stand as one true mint of wisdom
    this part of the region could be
    proud of.
    MISSION
    Northeastern College was founded with the
    mission to:
     Contribute to the literacy upliftof the
    valley;
     Build up the social, moral and spiritual
    values of its educands;
     Produce well prepared individuals for
    economic responibilities
     Assist the community discover its
    potentials towards the enjoyment of
    sustainable, progressive and peaceful life of
    its inhabitants.
     
    COLLEGE OF NURSING
    VISION
    The college looks forward that in the years
    ahead, it shall have produced workers that can
    effectively administer the need services for a
    healthy constituency.
    Further, it also engrains with the vision of
    expanding its program to be more responsive to
    the demands and clamor of its clientele
    especifically in coming out dependable,efficient
    and knowledgeable health workers who can
    personally manage health needs as they arise
    This is its vision upon which anchored its
    operational and academic services.
    MISSION

     The College of Nursing operates on the mission of:


     Developing Health-frontier workers to administer
    the necessary measures for a healthy
    constituency;
     To help and be in support in the carryover of the
    various health programs of the government, and
     To develop _efficient health managers capable of
    running health centers, clinics, and hospitals in
    various parts of the region.
