    DEED OF DONATION INTERVIVOS

    Know all men by these presents:

    That this DEED OF DONATION INTERVIVOS, made and entered into by and
    between:

    EFREN L DURAN, of legal age, Filipino, married to LILIA C. ANOR-DURAN,


    with residence and postal address at Poblacion, Alcoy, Cebu, Philippines
    hereinafter referred to as the “DONOR”;

    - and -

    Cornelio Cartalla Anor , of legal age, Filipinos, with residence and postal
    address at Pagadian City, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the
    “DONEE”.

    WITNESSETH, that:

    The DONOR is the owner in fee simple of a certain St. Peter Life Plan covered
    under policy/contract no. N11418827Q, issued by St. Peter Live Plan Inc. at Alcoy,
    Cebu, more particularly described, as Plan type St. Francis. The value of the life plan
    with casket is P34,000.00 and the Life Plan with casket is fully paid on October 21,
    2016.

    For and in consideration of the love and affection which the DONEE inspires in
    the DONOR, and as an act of liberality and generosity, the DONOR hereby voluntarily
    and freely gives, transfers and conveys, by way of donation, unto said DONEE, her
    heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, all of the right, title and interest which said
    DONOR has in the above-described Life Policy including the benefits, and inclusions.

    The DONOR hereby states, for the purpose of giving full effect and validity to
    this donation, that he has reserved to himself sufficient property, in full ownership or in
    usufruct, which is necessary and adequate for his support and that of his family in
    consonance with his standing in society.

    The DONOR further states, for the same purpose as expressed in the next
    preceding paragraph, that this donation is not made with the object of defrauding his
    creditors, having reserved to himself property sufficient to answer for his debts
    contracted prior to this date.

    The DONEE is deceased and is herein represented by his legal heir, who hereby
    receives and accepts this gift of donation made in his favor by the DONOR, and she
    hereby expresses her deep appreciation, gratefulness and sincere thanks for the
    kindness of the DONOR.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this
