1. Explain why it is essential to understand the self;

At the point when you don't set aside the effort to get yourself and what your identity is, your
feeling of uniqueness debilitates. You become effortlessly impacted and driven into a way of life
that doesn't speak to what your identity is. The uplifting news is you can progressively change
into the existence you need by occasionally "checking in" with yourself, the better you get
yourself, the simpler it will be to control your life the correct way. Mindfulness is significant on the
grounds that when we have a superior comprehension of ourselves, we can encounter ourselves
as novel and separate people. We are then enabled to make changes and to expand on our
territories of solidarity just as distinguish zones where we might want to make upgrades.

1. How would you characterize yourself?

I am a person of many facets. I’m shattered and broken into shards that cut me open bloodily,
and sometimes others can cut from them if they reach in too deep… Even if I try and remove
the shards, you of not careful on the handling of my heart, naybcur yourself so please take
care to it because I do not wish you pain and unwelness.I’m a human being. No better or worse
than any inherent soul that has incarnated onto this earth, though my perception of self can
fluctuate depending upon the energy my emotions emit...

2. What makes you stand out from the rest? What makes yourself special?

What makes me stand out from the rest is because is that I could be a helpful person, I may not be
that confident but I do want to try being like others, because everyone's unique. What makes my
self is I’m trying to be a normal, trying to be me. PeoplePeople might have similar personalities but
never the exact same, my personality is special in my own way of handling things, communicating
and many other stuff but no one in the world is like me.
