WEDDING COORDINATION PACKAGE

FULL PLANNING and COORDINATION

Full Coordination covers assistance in every aspect of the wedding planning process. All details shall be
serviced – from conceptualizing the entire details of the event, assistance in choosing the finest local
suppliers to personal budget planning and supervision of rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception.
Turn-over is at least 8 months to 1 year before wedding.

3 Banquet Assistants

Package Price: P 30,000 (within Tuguegarao only)

Tasks:

 Assistance in acquiring church and City Hall requirements.

 Ensure all church and wedding paraphernalia are complete.

 Conceptualization and designs of wedding requirements such as church arrangement, reception,


favors etc.

 Assistance in the selection and booking of reliable and professional wedding suppliers.

 Attend supplier meetings on behalf of the couple.

 Work out a timeline for preparations.

 Provide and review supplier contracts.

 Establish supplier deadlines, arrivals and agreements.

 Ocular inspection of the rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception venues.

 Supervision of all activities in the bridal suite, church and reception.

 Coordination of roles and responsibilities of entourage.

 Conceptualization of ceremony program and assistance in the preparation of reception program


in coordination with the host.

 Shall provide program script to host.

 Assistance in the making of audio-visual presentation (provide scripts or narrations)

 Assistance during the Pre-nuptial activities such as photo sessions, shower parties/stag parties

 Help in the preparation of the guest seat plan.

 Management of guests list and guests’ attendance (RSVP).

 Coordination and booking of travel and accommodations of guests.

 Assistance in lay-outing musical requirements.

 Coordination of guests’ registration during the reception.

 Ushering of guests to proper tables and seats.

 Collection of wedding gifts.

 Routing of guestbook.

 Oversee the cutting of cake, toast, first dance and garter and bouquet tosses.

 Distribution of wedding souvenirs.

 Scheduling supplier meals during the reception.

 Turnover of supplier payments.

 Event wrap up and post wedding activities (turnover of gifts, receipts, wedding paraphernalia,
conceptualization and distribution of “thank you” cards, follow-up of wedding pictures and
video)
