    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, ANNA LIZA V. ALID, of legal age, single, Filipino, and with residence at
    Xavier Estates, Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines, do hereby appoint, LEAH
    CATHERINE GARRIDO, likewise of legal age, Filipino, and with residence at Davao
    City, Philippines as my true and lawful attorney (Attorney-in-Fact) to act for and in
    my name and stead and to perform the following acts;

    1. To represent me and in my behalf in the processing of my business


    registration on the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Davao City;

    2. To receive and execute any and all documents related to the application
    and/or registration of my business to any concerned government
    agency/office;

    3. To pay any and all expenses that may be necessary to effect the application
    and/or registration of my business;

    4. To sign, seal, execute and deliver any document or instrument necessary in


    carrying out into effect the power and authority herein granted;

    HEREBY GRANTING AND GIVING unto my said Attorney-in-fact full power


    and authority to do and perform any and all other acts and things necessary or
    proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I
    might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and
