name, constitute and appoint HILDA MALLARI , of legal age, Filipino, with provincial residence at May Cawayan Bulacan,
Philippines, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for and in my name, place and stead to do and perform the
following acts and things to wit:
To process any legal transaction the TAX Clearance and others in Bureau of Internal Revenue and to sign
on my behalf any and all documents in connection with or pertaining to process the clearance and others as
bookkeeper.
To receive, make, sign executed and deliver contracts, documents agreements and other writings or
whatever nature or kind with any and all third person, concerns or entities, upon terms and conditions
acceptable to my said attorney

1. That I am the duly elected Corporate Secretary of HIGH PROFILE SECURITY AGENCY, INC., located at Block
49 E Lot 8, Phase 3 E2 Pampano St., Kaunlaran Village, Malabon City both branch in Gov. Villavert St., San
Jose, Antique, a corporation existing nationwide operation by virtue of the laws of the Philippines, with
office at the above address.
2. That on June 19, 2020 during a meeting of the Board of Directors of the aforementioned corporation at its
principal office, in which a quorum was present, the following resolution was approved and adopted.
BE IT RESOLVED that HILDA MALLARI, Bookkeeper of High Profile Security Agency Inc. is duly authorized
secure TAX Clearance and other transaction in Bureau of Internal Revenue.
3. That the aforequoted resolution is still valid and in effect, and has not been repeated, amended or
suspended.
