ARBEIDSOVEREENKOMST VOOR BEPAALDE DUUR ARBEIDERS

Poetsbedrijf Oi’llil , de werkgever, gevestigd te Antwerpen, Bosstraat 14 vertegenwoordigd door Freddy BRIELS.
en Robert ENGELEN, de werknemer, wonende te Antwerpen, Ambachtstraat 6B, komen als volgt overeen:

Artikel 1: Indiensttreding

De werknemer treedt bij de werkgever in dienst met ingang van 05/01/2019.

Artikel 2: Werkzaamheden

De functie van de werknemer is arbeider met de volgende taken: schoonmaken van het magazijn en
externe schoonmaakopdrachten.

Artikel 3: Plaats

De plaats van tewerkstelling bij aanvang van de arbeidsovereenkomst is Antwerpen centrum.

Artikel 4: Duur van de dienstbetrekking

De arbeidsovereenkomst is aangegaan voor een periode van 8 maanden (van 05/01/2019 –


05/08/2019)

Artikel 5: Opzegtermijn

Opzegging dient schriftelijk te gebeuren voor het einde van de maand. De werkgever neemt een opzegtermijn in
acht van 14 kalenderdagen .

Artikel 6: Arbeidsduur

De werknemer werkt gemiddeld 25 uren per week, van maandag tot vrijdag van 13:00 tot 18:00.

Artikel 7: Loon

7.1 Het loon bedraag € 13 per uur.

7.2 De werknemer ontvangt een vergoeding van met eigen auto gereden kilometers van € 0,35 per kilometer. De
werknemer ontvangt voorts een vergoeding van gemaakte reiskosten per openbaar vervoer gebaseerd op reizen
tweede klas.

Artikel 8 : Arbeidsongeschiktheid

Bij ziekte verwittigt de werknemer telefonisch de personeelsdienst.

Artikel 9 : Vakantie

9.1 De werknemer heeft recht op vakantie met behoud van salaris van 20 dagen per kalenderjaar. Niet
opgenomen vakantiedagen/uren kunnen worden meegenomen naar een volgend jaar, maar dienen opgenomen te
worden voor het einde van de derde maand van dat jaar.

9.2 De werknemer ontvangt jaarlijks in de maand mei vakantiegeld.

Conditions
You are entitled to receive unemployment benefits if in the period before you became unemployed

resign yourself and immediately apply for benefits, you are usually not entitled to receive benefits.
