PR MOTORCYCLES
Answers:

1. What if any did the president failed to do?

 Looking back, we noticed that out of the 12 regional managers, only1

contradicted to the polices laid by Amelia and with this circumstances we have
observed that the president made its decision in favor on contradiction - in the
person of Mr. Reyes with this given we can really refer that the president himself
failed, in a sense that he didn't consider those 11 regional managers who are in
favor of Amelia, but instead his decision based on what Mr. Reyes said. The
president failed to consider the interest of a person who always thinks of himself
as irresponsible and high performer, when he is not. And as a result, he did fail to
consult Amelia as HR manager, as just have its decision without the HR
manager’s prior concern.
As a HR manager, Amelia must have been informed about the promotion, but
the president failed to do such.

2. Do you agree with Amelia's action?

 Amelia was just right in taking her actions confidently that she was not given her
concern as an HR manager approved such promotion done by the president
himself. Knowing the fact that Amelia was being hired for such decision, she
should have been informed about the decision. And if I were on Amelia’s shoes,
we should also do the same, since the president on HR manager. So why should
we stay longer in a position where no one really needs our experienced.

co-worker wills also active in participating what he worked than to do for the
University. But with his present job, we can really notice that members of the
council are not active, in a sense that they didn't have regular meetings. That is
why Ernie has a difficult time having his current position, since he cannot directly
consult his members also whit he wanted for the company.

2. What must Ernie do?

 Ernie must lay out policies regularly absences of the member, he must provide

HIT AND MISS MANUFACTURING: A Star is Born

1.) What error have been committed by the committee members?

 The error that being committed by the committee members is that they cannot
devote the time being required to finish within the time frame given by the
President. And this output is not convincible by the president and the president
us very disappointed; and they are no united in working the assigned task.
And the president's error is designating the person in that particular position
without asking if they can really do their part in doing the assign job. And the
accountant has a big mistake because he did not explain the reasons why he did
not attend the meeting during the discussion of the matter and the accountant
did not feel the feelings of his co' committee without his participation in doing
the work.

2.) Who should be held responsible for the errors?

 The responsible for the error in the members of the committee, because they did
not make a way to make the work a successful one. They are all have faults each
of them we can't just pen point the accountant that it is his fault because they
did not help in working the output it's all the committee have the responsible for
the error they did not do their part in working the output, we can consider then
as the responsible for the errors.
