    Tournament Rules:
    System of Play:

    The tournament will be conducted as per FIDE Laws of Chess and FIDE Swiss
    System with 9 rounds.
    Time Control :

    90 Minutes with 30 second increment from move 1

    Tie Break:

    In case of a tie, the latest FIDE Rules shall come in to effect. The Cash prizes
    however will not be shared and one player will be eligible for one higher prize only.

    Accommodation:
    Lodging will be provided for participants of this event on triple sharing/dormitory.

    Entry Registration
    All the entries to be forwarded along with entry form and entry fee by DD (Delhi
    Cheques will also be accepted) favoring Grandmasters Chess Academy, payable at
    Delhi. Address for sending the entries is the Secretary, Chess Specific, C/O Hotel
    KC PLAZA, 5588, Basant Lane, Pharganj, New Delhi-110055.

    Entries also can be forwarded by email along with scanned copy of bank deposit
    slip. Bank Account Number for remitting entry fee is

    Those who are forwarding entry by bank deposit are to carry the original proof
    of deposit during the event for verification.
    Entry Fee Form

    As per new FIDE Regulations, Registration and Licensing of Players are mandatory.
    So it is mandatory to forward the entry form in the given format with all details for
    accepting the entries along with prescribed entry fee. Those don’t have FIDE ID &
    AICF ID can leave the column blank. Organiser’s have the right to accept or reject
    any entry without assigning any reason.
    AICF Registration:
    AICF registration fee for 2014-15 is compulsory for all Indian participants. Those who
    not registered with AICF before, have to complete their registration before first round
    pairings. The registration fee of Rs. 250/- will be accepted at Hotel KC Plaza/venue
    for the convenience of the players till 0800 hrs on 25th March 2015. All players below
    the age of 20 years have to submit their DOB certificate along with AICF Registration
    Form.

    Participation of Foreign Federation Players :

    Foreign Federation players those having FIDE ID are only allowed to participate in
    the tournament.

    Reporting :

    Players who require accommodation are to report at Hotel KC Plaza, 5588, Basant
    Lane, Paharganj, New Delhi (Opposite to New Delhi Railway Station and Near Karnail
    Singh Stadium) as per arrival schedule.

    The venue of the tournament will be Major Dhyanchand National Stadium, India Gate,
    New Delhi.
