    Sir,
    I am Sankar V, working as an Assistant Director at the Kerala Highway
    Research Institute of the Public Works Department of Kerala. It is a great
    pleasure and honour for me to inform you that the Kerala Highway Research
    Institute (KHRI) in association with IIT Madras has been successfully
    organizing webinar lectures series during this lockdown period. The webinar
    aims to bring together the engineering fraternity and the technical experts in a
    common knowledge platform. This platform also aims to create awareness
    about innovations, good practices, conservation strategies, etc. amongst the field
    and the design engineers. 
    We are really interested to organise a webinar lecture on any field
    relevant topic with you as a speaker. Dr. Radhakrishna Pillai from IIT Madras
    has directed me to contact you , I may request you to deliver a webinar lecture
    on that topic soon as per your preferred schedule.   
    I may also request you to suggest a few good speakers who can deliver lectures
    in the relevant areas of bridge engineering.
