we are a finished products and wares marketing and distribution company; We started trading business
in BIU Town of the present day southern Borno State of Nigeria by trading in Religious antics and
materials, food items mainly sea food from 1983 and got incorporated with the Nigerian Ministry of
Commerce and got our Import and Export permits by 1st June 2000 with CAC (NIGERIAN
CORPORATE AFFAIRS COMMISSION) PERMIT No: RC382944 this Incorporation is made under
the COMPANIES AND ALLIED MATTERS ACT, which was promulgated in 1990 to regulate the
formation and management of companies in Nigeria and the company is Limited by Shares.

We are one of Northern Nigeria's largest Export/Import Company as we indulge in product Sourcing and
distribution Consultancy: We are committed to marketing and distributive Research Development and

purchase payments and disbursements as they pool in all funds needed for the purchase and
procuring of products that has been certified fit for distribution by the company and the board of
distributors. The BOI does not interfere or interface with customers or the day to day distributive

with a well Humidity Control, 24 Delivery Vans, 18 Heavy Trucks, 12 nos 70,000 pounds Low-bed Trailer
and well over 162 Staffs as we wish to extend marketing / distributing networks through other 6 major West
African markets where we are active in making sales, Cotonou, Ivory Coast, Mali, Ghana and Togo.
