    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    That I, REY LANGIT, of legal age, widower, Filipino


    and resident of Bayswater Street, Metro Ville Subdivision,
    Paranaque City, do hereby name, constitute and appoint my
    daughter ANDREA LANGIT, Filipino, of legal age, single,
    and a resident Bayswater Street, Metro Ville Subdivision,
    Paranaque City to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for
    me and in my name, place and stead and perform the
    following acts and things, namely:

    (a) To do all acts of administration for my assets for


    ten (10) years.

    (b) To make, sign, execute and deliver any papers


    and/or documents necessary thereto.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said


    attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and perform
    all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect
    the foregoing authority as fully to all intents and purposes as
    I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with full
    power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying
    and confirming all that our said attorney-in-fact shall
    lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
