    A traffic accident occurred on February 20, 2016 at 11:30 PM during rainy weather in Brgy San Isidro, Castilla, Sorsogon. A Honda motorcycle driven by Joseph Agripa Loria with a passenger, overtook an Eaglestar Transit Corp bus driven by Razel Cabith. Due to a miscalculation, the motorcycle bumped into the bus's door, injuring the motorcycle driver and passenger. They were brought to the hospital. The bus driver later surrendered to the police station. The police investigated the incident and found that both vehicles were traveling in the same lane when the accident occurred.

    BRIEF NARRATION OF FACTS:

    Elements of Sorsogon Police Provincial Office, Pro 5 by PCOL ARTURO P. BRUAL JR.
    Provincial Director attended and conducted investigation regarding a  vehicular accident
    transpired at Brgy San Isidro, Castilla, Sorsogon, February 20, 2016 at about 11:30 PM,
    Investigation conducted shows that both vehicles were traversing same lane heading to the
    direction of Sorsogon City. (Vehicle 2) Eaglestar Transit Corp Bus, bearing plate No. HVU 599
    with body No. 8908 driven by Razel Cabith holder of driver’s license with restriction code of 1 and
    3, expires on 2018-08-02 was ahead of (Vehicle 1) Honda RS 125 MC with plate No. 9785 EP,
    color black/grey, for registration driven by  Joseph Agripa Loria, 19 years old, single, without
    driver’s license and back ride Emmanuel Oquellana y Noilan, 25 years old, both resident of Brgy
    San Isidro upon reaching the place of incident on a curve lane vehicle 1 overtook vehicle 2, due to
    miss calculation/insufficient clearance  vehicle 1 bumped/hit the right glass door of vehicle 2. That
    resulted the driver of Vehicle 1 and its back ride to sustain injuries and damages both vehicles.
    Immediately after said incident injured persons were brought to Sorsogon Provincial Hospital by
    one Guelermo Nuylan. Further, driver of vehicle 2 surrendered himself after the Castilla Municipal
    Police station.

    ACTION TAKEN:

    Elements of Sorsogon Police Provincial Office, Pro 5 by PCOL ARTURO P. BRUAL JR.
    Provincial Director immediately responded to the scene of incident and traffic investigation and
    procedures was conducted.
    REMARKS/DISPOSITION:

    Investigation conducted shows that both vehicles were traversing same lane heading to the
    direction of Sorsogon City. Immediately after said incident injured persons were brought to
    Sorsogon Provincial Hospital by one Guelermo Nuylan. Further, driver of vehicle 2 surrendered
    himself after the Castilla Municipal Police station.
