Coffee Jelly Salad

Ingredients:

1 tbsp (15g) unflavored gulaman powder

3 cups water

1 1/2 tbsp Nescafe classic

1/2 cup + 1 tbsp brown sugar

1 pc 125ml NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream

1/3 cup (108g) condensed milk

Procedure:
1. Mix gulaman powder with water, coffee, and sugar in a pot. Stir and bring to simmer. Pour into a container.
Set aside to cool. Cut into ½-inch cubes. (15 mins)
2. Combine Nestlé All Purpose Cream and condensed milk. (2 mins)
3. Add coffee jelly. Mix well and refrigerate overnight. Serve well chilled. (overnight)
4 in 1 Ref Cake

Ingredients:

1 pack 125ml Nestle All Purpose Cream, chilled

1/3 cup condensed milk

6 pcs graham crackers

2 tbsp crushed kitkat

2 tbsp crushed cookies and cream

2 tbsp fruit cocktail

2 tbsp strawberry filling

Procedure:
1. Whip Nestlé All Purpose Cream until condensed milk light and smooth. (5 mins)
2. Assemble in a 750ml container layers of graham crackers and Nestle Cream mixture. (10 mins)
3. Top with Kitkat, cookies and cream, fruit cocktail and strawberry filling. Refrigerate overnight. Serve well
chilled. (overnight)
Note:
Other toppings like mangoes, blueberry preserve, peaches, leche flan and chocolate shavings may be used.
Creamy Carbonara

Ingredients:

125 g spaghetti

60 g bacon, chopped

3 clovesgarlic, minced

½ cup water

1 pack NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream 125ml

2 tbsp cheese, grated

½ sachet MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®

1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper

Procedure:
1. Boil pasta according to package direction.
2. Cook bacon in a pan to render fat. Strain bacon bits and set aside.
3. Sauté garlic in the same pan. Pour water and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Stir in cheese and simmer.
Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and pepper.
4. Strain spaghetti and toss in the sauce. Transfer on a serving plate and garnish with bacon bits. Serve
immediately.
Mango Graham Ice Cream

Ingredients:

1/3 cup condensed milk

2 pcs ripe mangoes, puréed

1 pack NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream 125ml, chilled

1 pc ripe mango, diced

4 pcs graham crackers, crushed

1 tbsp butter, melted

1 tsp sugar

Procedure:
1. Mix condensed milk and mango purée.
2. Whip NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream until stiff peaks.
3. Fold whipped cream into mango puree mixture. Stir in dice mangoes and transfer on a freezer-safe
container. Freeze overnight. 
4. Mix graham crackers, butter, and sugar. Set aside to topping.
5. Scoop ice cream, top with graham and serve immediately.
MILO Ref Cake

Ingredients:

12 pcs graham crackers, crushed

3 tbsp butter, melted

1/4 cup MILO® powder

1 pack 125ml NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream

1/4 cup condensed milk

1/4 cup MILO® powder

2 tbsp MILO® powder (for topping)

Procedure:
1. Mix graham crackers, butter, and MILO® powder. Lightly press at the bottom of a serving container.
2. Whip NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream with condensed milk and MILO® powder until light.
3. Pour cream mixture in the serving container and refrigerate overnight.
4. Top with 2 tbsp of MILO® powder and serve well chilled.
Blueberry and White Chocolate Ref Cake

Ingredients:

12 pcs graham crackers, crushed

3 tbsp butter, melted

1 tbsp sugar

1 pack 125ml NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream

1/3 cup condensed milk

1/4 cup blueberry pie filling

1 bar KITKAT® Chunky White, chopped

3/4 cup blueberry pie filling for topping

Procedure:
1. Mix graham crackers, butter, and sugar. Firmly press at the bottom of a serving dish.
2. Whisk NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, condensed milk, and ¼ cup of blueberry pie filling until light and
smooth. Mix in chopped KITKAT® Chunky White. Pour into the serving container.
3. Top with ¾ cup of blueberry pie filling and refrigerate overnight. Serve well chilled.
