    MOTION TO RESET HEARING

    PLAINTIFF, through the undersigned counsel, and unto this


    Honorable Court most respectfully alleges that:

    1. The continuation of Presentation of Plaintiff’s Evidence was set to


    January 20, 2021 at 8:30 in the morning;

    2. However, the undersigned Counsel for the Plaintiff has been exposed
    to a client who have tested Positive for Covid-19 on January 16, 2021
    in the city of Tuguegarao;

    3. Although the Counsel’s Rapid Test result turned out to be negative,


    Counsel decided to keep himself isolated while waiting for his SWAB
    result;

    4. Therefore, it is hereby requested of this Honorable Court to reset the
    next hearing to February 3, 2021 or at the convenience of this
    Honorable Court;

    5. This motion is not intended to delay any further proceedings of this


    case;

    WHEREFORE, it is hereby respectfully prayed of this Honorable


    Court to grant this Motion to Reset Hearing from January 20, 2021 to
    February 3, 2021.
