R : Yes, we have. Here is the Room Rate ? The rate is including breakfast for 2 persons each

room but excluding tax and service ?

G : Allright, I will take 2 Deluxe Double and 1 Extra Bed. Is it possible ?

R : How long you will stay, Sir ?

G : Just 1 nite.

R : Please, wait a moment. I will cek the room availibility.

That’s fine. The rooms are available. How many person come with you, Sir or Mom ?

G : I come with my wife, my son and two my daughters.

R : Allright, Sir. May I have your ID, please ?

G : Here it is .

R : Thank you, Sir. Could you fill this registration form, please ? You just sign up over here ? I

will help you to fill this form.

R : Excuse me, Sir. How about your payment ?

G : I will pay cash on check out time. It is fine ?

R : That’s fine. There are five breakfast coupons for tomorrow morning, you can have

breakfast at our restaurant from 6 to 10 am or just dial extention 120 for room service.

And this is guest card as your identity that you are our guest and you can enjoying our

facilities like swimming pool, bussines centre, fitness centre and other facilites.

G : Perfect, thank you very much.

R : If you have other request or question about our service, you can dial 100.

G : Okay, I will.

R : Do you need somebody to carry out your luggage ? I will call our bellboy.

G : Yes, please. I have a lot of bags.
