KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, RODOLFO P. ARCENAS JR., of legal age, married, Filipino and residing at 887 Rizal Blvd., Brgy.
Pooc, City of Santa Rosa, am the lawful representative/heir of late RODOLFO ARCENAS SR., the registered and
legal heir of PAZ FRIAL ARCENAS and registered owner of a Parcel of land, known as Lot 191, Dumalag
Cadastre with Tax Declaration No. 12-07-0179 & Property Index No. 039-03-007-03-002 with area of 2.0639
hectares located at Brgy. San Jose, Dumalag, Capiz.

do hereby APPOINT NOEL F. FAELDONEA, of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen and resident of
Poblacion, Dumalag, Capiz, as my true and legal representative, to act for and in my name and stead and to perform the
following acts:

To Subdivide and sell portions thereof of Lot No. 191 located at Brgy. San Jose, Dumalag, Capiz;

To have the sole authority to sell, demand and receive payments;

To do such any other act or things that may be required necessary or incidental to carry out effectively any and
all of the purposes for which this authority is hereby given.

HEREBY GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to execute and perform
the foregoing power and acts, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do it as if I was
personally present.
