    Narrative Report
    An annual celebration of the university’s anticipated sports event has been held

    at Cavite State University (CvSU) – Indang Campus, October 14-18, 2018. This

    program was widely known as University Games or U-Games for short. With a theme,

    “CvSU: Leading the Headway of Flairs and Unity through Sports” athletes from different

    satellites are gathered altogether to compete for their respective fields. Each group

    wearing color coding jersey attire represents the spirit of teamwork as collective

    individual toward achieving for excellence the competitive world of sports.

    The first day of the event comprises of various set of game match in different

    setting particularly ball games such as basketball, beach volleyball, baseball, volleyball

    and many more. Players from different teams are competitive enough to garner points

    and be the winning team. Despite of extreme heat in the field, volleyball girls, still play at

    their best. Players seemed to be motivated by the full support and cheers from their

    department, their coaches and students of belonged group. Teams of win to win faces

    on while lose to lose groups fought for the ranking. Continuation of the game occurred

    in the second day wherein 400m run for boys and girls as well as 3000m run took place.

    In fact, Main Campus got the 1 st place for 400m run girls. Intense fight among teams

    happened on third day whether they could proceed on championship round. The fourth

    day went wild when Main and Cavite City Campus battled for finals. The gym was

    occupied by loud cheer and chants from both sides with that neck to neck fight.

    Apart from the sports competition, there are also numerous booths, music

    festival, theatre plays opened for students to enjoy the so called one-week break.

    Overall, the four-day university game was intense but then a very well-played match

    that showed how players worked as team and determined to fight for the glory.
