That I, ANGELICA S. VILLANUEVA, of legal age, Filipino, Widow and residing at

Brgy. Don T. Lutero East, Janiuay, Iloilo, do hereby name, constitute, and appoint
SALVACION V. MUÑOZ, of legal age, married, of legal age and resident of Brgy. Don T.
Lutero East, Janiuay, Iloilo, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name,
place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things, namely:
1. To represent me to enter into a CONTRACT OF LEASE of a portion of the property

I own situated in Brgy. Bongol, Janiuay, Iloilo;
2. To execute and sign all the documents pertaining to aforementioned transaction;
3. To receive the proceeds, whether in cash or in check, in relation with the said
transaction. Moreover, if ever the consideration shall be paid in check, it can be paid
to him or his order.
4. To do such any other act or thing that may be required necessary or incidental to
carry out effectively any and all of the purposes for which this authority is hereby
given;

Capital Gains and Documentary Stamp Taxes at the BIR; and the Transfer Taxes at
the Provincial Treasurer;
3. To receive and sign all the necessary documents requisite for the registration of the
Deed of Adjudication/ Deed of Sale such as BIR-CAR and the DAR Certification;
