    STATES OF AMERICA REPUBLIC AND NOT CORPORATION

    Dear Mr. President Donald J. Trump,

    Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1651, the All Writs Act, I a natural born citizen of the United
    States of America solemnly swear that I declare and send my proclamation to the 19th
    President of the United States of America. I swear and declare the following:

    WHEREAS, I do not recognize the Corporation, erected in 1871 and entitled as


    the "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA". I do not swear loyalty to the foreign
    beneficiary Corporation entitled as the "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA". I do not
    recognize the authority of the Corporation entitled as the "UNITED STATES OF
    AMERICA". I do not recognize the Constitutionality of the Corporation entitled as the
    "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA", as it does not follow the Constitution of the United
    States of America. That was the corporation of 1871, where the Government of the
    United States of America was illegally taken over/invaded by a foreign enemy known as
    the Corporation of the "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA".

    WHEREAS, I do recognize the Republic and Country of the United States of


    America. I do swear loyalty and allegiance to the Republic and Country of the United
    States of America. I do recognize the authority of the Republic and Country of the
    United States of America. I do recognize the Constitutionality of the Republic and
    Country of the United States of America. Corporation and Country are different.

    WHEREAS I do recognize that you are the LAWFUL President of these United
    States of America. The corrupt Federal Courts do not follow the Constitution of the
    United States of America but follow the CORPORATION of the UNITED STATES OF
    AMERICA but did not rule against you under the Republic of the United States of
    America. After new elections, you are elected then you are Legitimate President.

    WHEREAS I do recognize that the United States of America is a sovereign
    country and that the CORPORATION of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is
    sovereign only in the District of Columbia and I do not recognize the jurisdiction of the
    Corporation of the "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA". D C is not my jurisprudence.

    WHEREAS, Joe Biden was only selected and installed as President, Fake
    President of the Corporation known as the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, erected
    1871. Joe Biden is like the CEO for the Corporation known as UNITED STATES OF
    AMERICA, and Kamala Harris is the Deputy CEO of the Corporation known as the
    UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. By popular vote, you are legitimate President.

    WHEREAS, My allegiance, my loyalty, my duty is not to the Corporation known


    as the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, but my allegiance, my loyalty, my duty is to
    the Republic and Country of the United States of America. To the republic for which it
    stands, One Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

    WHEREAS, I do not recognize any legal authority of our Federal Courts since
    they are acting under admiralty law, maritime law, under the Uniform Commercial Code,
    corrupt Courts of equity, and acting under the Corporation entitled the UNITED
    STATES OF AMERICA. I am not lawfully indebted to the Corporation.

    WHEREAS, I only recognize any legal authority of Federal Courts and Military
    Tribunals that act under the Constitution of our Republic and County of the United
    States of America. Federal Judges that act under the Corporation of the UNITED
    STATES OF AMERICA and refuse to follow and protect the Constitution are null and
    void. They should be of no valid legal consequence. They are illegitimate.
