    INTRODUCTION
    The goal of the Swedish Institute (SI) is for our scholarship holders to play an active role in the society in
    which they live. Your scholarship application should show an ambition to work with issues which, within
    your context and field of study/research, contribute to a global development in general and to the
    development of your country and region in particular.

    The Swedish Institute is looking for applicants who display both intellectual ability and leadership skills,
    with the prospect of becoming global leaders in their chosen fields. Ideal candidates are ambitious
    professionals who are able to demonstrate work and leadership experience, and who have a clear idea of how
    a particular master’s programme in Sweden would benefit their country.

    In your answers below, please explain how you qualify for a scholarship to Sweden. You should not repeat
    information already stated in your CV, but elaborate and expand on your achievements, the driving forces in
    your life, and things that inspire you.
