We Filipinos loves to eat, and since we’re naturally hospitable and gregarious,

food is the basis of our social life. Filipinos are certified food lovers. Whether its

breakfast, lunch and dinner, Filipinos love to eat snacks at midmorning including

“merienda” in the afternoon. In the Philippines, street food is known among the Filipinos.

And the variety of snacks for those adventurous eaters. Feel and enjoy the gastronomic

delights you will encounter.

Fries is one of the famous or known food not only in Philippines but in the whole

world. It is long, thin pieces of potato fried in oil or fat. Potato is the main ingredient in

making fries. But in this business, the entrepreneurs grab the oppurtunities to make a new

product. The banana fries.

Bananas are rich in a mineral called potassium. This mineral is important as it

helps maintain fluid levels in the body and regulates the movement of nutrients and waste

products in and out of cells.

That’s why the entrepreneurs made an easy to do product that will surely knocks

people’s heart. It is affordable and kids, adults, teenagers can buy it. It is healthy because

Our product are more priceless and have unique taste. We need to do assigniture

taste to get the attraction of customers. It can be nutritious food that can help other to

neutralized their body. Banana fries that have different toppings and we need also to put a

cheese flavor of banana fries to encourage more customers to buy our products.

Customers can also have option to choose of what toppings they want. The good thing of

doing this different this business is, it helps both seller and the buyer. The seller can have

products are suitable for everyone for it can be snacks after meal. The enterprise targets

healthy side. Soon, the business is looking forward to be adopt by different fast food

chain in the country.

Before any procedures, the raw materials will undergo a selection and inspection

according to the quality and freshness of the vegetable.

The banana will undergo washing process to cleanse and remove unnecessary

things that are present in the banana.

3. Removing the Banana Peel

After the banana undergo washing process, the banana peel removed so that it is

ready to slice into pieces.

4. Measuring

Measuring all the ingredients needed such as cooking oil, salt, and the liquid

sausage flavoring.

5. Cooking

The banana will fried up to 1 to 3 minutes in a low fire to make sure that it will

cook certainly.
