Death By Chocolate Bundt Cake

chocolate lovers! This bundt cake is decadent, rich and has
totally sinful chocolate flavor!

If you need to impress someone, serve up this cake. It will make

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon table salt
1 1/2 cups butter, softened
3 cups granulated sugar
5 large eggs, at room temperature
1 1/4 cups buttermilk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup 60% cacao bittersweet chocolate morsels
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup of chocolate chips
chopped chocolate candies

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a bundt pan with non-stick spray and set aside,
2. Whisk together the dry ingredients and set aside.
3. Combine the buttermilk and the vanilla, set aside.
4. In a large bowl of a stand mixer, beat together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

5. Beat in eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.


6. Add the flour alternatively with the buttermilk beginning and ending with the flour mixture.
7. Fold in chocolate chips.
8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 1 hour 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted
comes out clean.
9. Allow cake to cool in the pan for 20 minutes before turning onto a cooling rack to cool
completely.
10. While the cake is cooling, heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until bubbles begin to form around
the edges
11. Pour the cream over the remaining chocolate chips and allow it to sit for 1 minute.
12. Whisk the chocolate ganache until smooth. Refrigerate until thick.
13. Pour ganache over the cake. Allow the ganache to set for 20 minutes. Press candy pieces onto the
ganache. Refrigerate the cake until set.
