    Considering that the prosecution has not yet commenced the


    presentation of its evidence, it is hereby directed to present its evidence,

    morning.

    The prosecution is warned that in the event it still fails to present


    evidence on the said trial dates, it shall be directed to terminate the
    presentation of its case and make a formal offer of evidence without
    extension.

    Send subpoena to prosecution witnesses and the accused for them


    to appear and testify on the above trial dates. Notify the bondsman of
    the accused.
