    Instructions: In not more than 2 sentences each, make an


    outline consisting of at least five significant parts of
    Preamble of the 1987 Philippine Constitution. Then, answer
    the following questions: (5 items)

    I. Significant parts of Preamble


    a) The sovereign Filipino people, imploring the aid of
    almighty God.
    b) Building a just and humane society.
    c) The sovereign Filipino people, imploring the aid of
    almighty God.
    d) Establish a government that shall embody our ideals and
    aspirations.
    e) To promote the common good, conserve and develop our
    patrimony, and secure to ourselves and our posterity, the
    blessings of independence and democracy.
    f) The democracy under the rule of law, and a regime of truth,
    justice, freedom, love, equality and peace, do ordain and
    promulgate this constitution.

    - A government that would embody the Filipino’s ideals and

    5. What do the authors like to carry on with the constitution?

    - The common good, their patrimony, their posterity, and the


    blessings of independence and democracy.
