2. The Bidders must submit their bid electronically through e-procurement section of PPMOs website
http://www.bolpatra.gov.np, the Bidders may choose to download the necessary part of bidding documents, prepare their
bid and submit their electronic bids along with notarized copy of company registration certificate, VAT registration
certificate, letter of authorization and recent TAX clearance certification as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidder
should download and submit bid electronically, the Bidder shall be required to deposit the non-refundable fee of NRs.
3,000 in the Revenue (Rajaswa) account No.1000200010000 of Rastriya Banijya Bank, Dipayal, Doti having office code:
3120171017 and Budget head no.: 14229 and electronic scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall also
be submitted along with the electronic bid files.
3. Electronic Bid must be uploaded in PDF on or before 12.00 hours on 31st day from the date of publication. Bids received
after the deadline shall not be accepted.
4. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives, who choose to attend with original related documents at
2:00 PM on 31th day of Notice Published. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening.
5. Bid shall be accompanied by a bid security of an amount as shown in the above table. If bidder wishes to submit the Bid
Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in the following address or bid bonds issued by a bank approved
by Nepal Rastra Bank valid 90 days from last date of bid submission period and submit the original receipt of the
deposited amount of cash along with the bid.

6. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be
considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the
original bid submission deadline.
7. Directorate of Agriculture Development, Dipayal, Doti, Soodurpaschim Province office will not be responsible for any
costs or expense incurred by bidders for preparation or delivery of Bids. Except the mentioned clauses all other conditions
of the bidding process must be followed the public Procurement act 2063, Public procurement regulation 2064.
8. In the case of discrepancies or error in bid documents, bid notice or any other documents, Directorate of Agriculture
Development, Dipayal, Doti, Soodurpaschim Province reserves the right to amend and correct at any time. The figure for
the bid amount must be clear if any discrepancy may occur then the figure written in word is valid .
9. Bids should comply in all respects with the Instruction to Bidder included in the Bid Document. Non compliance with this
instruction shall result in disqualification.
10. Directorate of Agriculture Development, Rajpur, Dipayal, Doti, Soodurpaschim Province office reserves the right to
accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
