Introduction
Hello how are you. The Word of Jesus Daily devotion is packed with a lot of
teachings and revelations concerning Christ and his finished work at the cross. We
have made this devotional so that you as a believer can embark on a daily journey
of knowing who you are in Christ. By this you will be able to walk worthy of the
vocation wherein you were called. This book is not for a believer only but for those
also who haven’t received Christ. As you will be reading this devotional you are
going to find out about the good news of the Christ, how God loves you so much and
has sent Jesus to die for you so that being freed from dearth you can inherit eternal
life. Yes! eternal life. God loves you so much and this is the gift that he has given to
you by his Son Jesus.

Out of His belly shall flow rivers of living waters

John 4:14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never
thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing
up into everlasting life.

Monday March 1

Jesus was talking to a certain lady of Samaria. He asked the lady for water
but the lady told Jesus that, “How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink
of me, which am a woman of Samaria? for the Jews have no dealings with
the Samaritans.” The Jews and the Samaritans had no relationships. In
the scriptures of the gospel we see that these two didn’t relate well. The
strange thing to note there is that, what really surprised the woman was
that a Jew was asking her water. The mystery behind the well if you were
to search scriptures you are going to find out that some relationships were
established at the well. Moses met Zipporah at the well. Jacob met Rachel
at the well. The well was a place where relationships were established. In
that scripture the Lord Jesus was establishing a divine relationship with
the people of Samaria. The woman was shocked that how can a Jew ask
me water. Some people have pushed away God in their lives because they
thought the animosity between them and God because of their sins was too
great, no relationship could be established between them and God. But
that’s why Jesus came, to reconcile you and me to God. It does not matter
how deep you are into sin. God still loves you and has reconciled you back
to him by the blood of Christ. I will end by sharing one last revelation.
Jesus first asked the lady water so that she would ask him the living water.
Jesus said if though knew the gift of God and who is asking you water
today then you would have asked and I would have given you living water.
My brothers and sister the gift of God is eternal life. The second thing to

4
note is that the gift was not given to righteous people alone but it was given
to the whole world. You don’t need to be righteous to receive Christ.
Actually that emptiness and void in your life is a sure sign that you need
Jesus in your life. That’s why Jesus said if she knew about the gift she
could ask. That why scripture says,” (Isaiah 55:1) Ho, every one that
thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy,
and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.”
The last thing to take note of is that the gift is Jesus Christ. With this I just
want someone to know that Jesus is knocking at your heart, Jesus is asking
for water from you, so that you can ask him back and receive living water.
God loves you and if you want to receive this gift that Jesus was talking
about just say:
“Lord Jesus I receive the gift of eternal life today. I accept you as my Lord and Savior
Amen.”

PRAYER

Father thank you because you have given the gift of eternal life to anyone
who asks you. It does not matter where I came from and what I did. I
embrace the gift of eternal life in Jesus name Amen.

Seek the kingdom of God first

Luke 15:12-14 And the younger of them said to his father, Father, give me the
portion of goods that falleth to me. And he divided unto them his living. And not
many days after the younger son gathered all together, and took his journey into a
far country, and there wasted his substance with riotous living. And when he had
spent all, there arose a mighty famine in that land; and he began to be in want.

Tuesday March 2

Some of the children of God we don’t really understand the importance of

location in our lives. Both Abraham and Lot were righteous men but Lot
ended up losing his wife and all his goods because he was located in the
wrong place. He was in Sodom were a lot of immorality was taking place.
Most of God’s children desire to enjoy the blessings of God but have not
an understanding that were you are located is of paramount importance.
Notice that in our theme scripture both of the Sons were given their share
but the older one choose to spend the share with his Father, in his Father’s
kingdom but the younger one thought since in his Father’s kingdom no
immorality was allowed all the riotous living he thought of shifting
kingdoms and decided to stay were all those things were allowed. Some of
us that’s what we really want but it’s not right if you have such a mindset
because the world is not a secure place especially if you are a child of God.
Later on famine arose in the land where the younger Son had gone and he
ended up eating pigs’ food just because he was in a wrong location. I will
give something practical. Some of the movies love watching, the clubs that
we love attending, even though God loves you so much and is has blessed
you with all spiritual blessings in the heavenly places, the reason why you
might be in a lot of trouble right now is just because you are in the wrong
location associating with the wrong friends and the like. I will end by
saying God has already blessed you the day you received Jesus with all
spiritual blessings in the heavenly places but if you associate with
worldliness, though you are a righteous man like Lot but because of where
you are located when troubles arise in that place because of the inequity
in those places you might end up suffering also with them because you are
6
in the wrong location.

PRAYER

I am not of this world but I am a child of God. Blessed be God has has
brought life and immortality through the gospel and has translated us
from the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of light.

God gives us all things for our enjoyment

1Timothy 6:17 Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not
highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us
richly all things to enjoy;

Wednesday March 3

Here is a million dollar question we are going to answer. Does God want
his children to be enjoying? Yes indeed God wants us to be enjoying. The
scripture above is saying God gives us all things for us to enjoy. Is heaven
just a place where if you do good you go? No, not only that. Heaven is a
beautiful place that God has made for you to enjoy in his presence. You
need to understand that God wants you to be joyful always in life and in
the presence of the Lord there is fullness of joy. That’s why Jesus said seek
ye the kingdom of God first. It’s not that Jesus was saying for you to get
things material things you first have to seek his kingdom. Jesus was not
only talking about that. Actually Jesus wanted his disciples to enjoy in life
but what Jesus knew which his disciples didn’t know is that in the presence
of the Lord there is fullness of joy. Scripture says, “Psalm 16:11 Thou wilt
shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fullness of joy; at thy right hand
there are pleasures for evermore.” So we can say it this way, Jesus was
saying because I want you guys to be very joyful in life, you need to seek
the kingdom of God because when you have found the kingdom of God
you have found me and in me you have fullness of joy. That’s why God
wants you to be in heaven with him. That’s why he has raised you with
Christ and made you to sit in the heavenly places in Christ [Ephesians 2:6].
It’s because God wants you to enjoy and in his presence there is fullness
of joy. I will end by saying God truly does give us all things to enjoy. So
always enjoy in all things that God gives you. As I am writing I know there
is someone who loves the Lord so much and you just keep money. You
don’t even go with you your family maybe to your favorite restaurant just
to eat and enjoy. I’m not saying it has to be a restaurant, it can even be
8
watching your favorite game. Always enjoy knowing that the riches that
God gives you he gives you to enjoy. I hope you also understood this
mystery I have shown that the reason why there is a lot of joy in your life
is because you are right in the center of the presence of God.

PRAYER

Thank you Father because you give us all things for our enjoyment. I
thank you because in your presence there is fullness of joy and I rejoice
with joy unspeakable full of glory.

We rejoice in tribulation also

Matthew 5:10-12 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for
theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and
persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so
persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

Thursday March 4

Paul says, “(Romans 5:3) And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also:
knowing that tribulation worketh patience;” He continues on in that
paragraph by saying, “(Romans 5:5) And hope maketh not ashamed;
because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which
is given unto us.” Sometimes we go through a lot of trouble especially for
the gospel. Be in trouble for Christ not for other things. It’s not bad to be
persecuted for Christ, but rather it’s something we would expect because
Jesus said we are not of this world and there is no way this world will love
us because we are born of God. Nevertheless, it does not matter what we
are facing we still rejoice. I love the way Paul says it. He says the Love of
God is shed inside our hearts by the Holy Spirit. So though you might be
facing a lot of trouble, God by his Spirit will continue whispering in your
heart saying, “ I love you.” The Lord Jesus also gives us another reason
why we should always be joyful even in hard times. He says, “Rejoice, and
be exceedingly glad: for great is your reward in heaven.” Wow! Can you
believe It? The Lord is saying right in the center of that problem you are
facing you should rejoice and be exceedingly glad. It’s means the Lord
Jesus does not want you to be crying and weeping in your hard times but
rather he wants you to listen to your heart as God continuously tells you
that “I love you”. He wants you to be like Paul who says, “(2 Corinthians
4:17-18) For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us
a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; While we look not at the
things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things
which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.”
10
I know you are going to say brother Joseph you don’t know what I am
going through. I am also going to tell you that you also don’t know what I
went through or what Paul was going through writing some these things.
But in all the things that he went through he calls it light affliction which
is but for a moment. How can he be going through a lot of imprisonments
and stoning and rejection and yet call it light affliction? Is it because the
affliction was light? No, it’s not because of that. It is because Paul had
understood how much God loves him and to him no problem was greater
than how much God loves him. That’s why in the scripture I quoted he is
saying, “the love of God is shed inside our hearts by the Holy Spirit”,
That’s why he also says in another scripture, “(Romans 8:35-39) Who shall
separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or
persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For
thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the
slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through
him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor
angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us
from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. You can read the
whole chapter 8 of the book of Romans it will help. I will end by saying
don’t be focused on the problems you are facing but be focused on how
much God loves you. When you do that whatever you face becomes so
light. Also know that Jesus was telling us something practical. You can
rejoice exceedingly even in hard times. That’s why you see in the book of
Acts Peter and the other Apostles rejoiced even after they were beaten.
The reason why they could rejoice is not because they were mighty
Apostles but it’s because they knew that God loves them. God loves you
and he will deliver you in that hardship. Continues rejoicing in hope.

PRAYER

Father I thank you because whosoever believes that Jesus is Christ has
overcome the world. Nothing can separate me from the Love of God. Sin,
weakness, poverty and distress cannot separate me from the Love of God
in Christ Jesus.

Fellowship in the Spirit

Ephesians 5:18-20 And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with
the Spirit; Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing
and making melody in your heart to the Lord; Giving thanks always for all things
unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;

Friday March 5

In the scripture above Paul was telling the church that since ye have put
on the new man which is created in the image and likeness of the one who
created him and have put off the old man which is corrupt instead of being
drunk with wine you can be filled with the Holy Spirit. If you are to check
the scriptures in Ephesians chapter 4-5 when Paul talks about the New
man in Christ you will see that Paul was teaching the church to let go of
some habits and get hold of new ones. So instead of going to the beer hall
to get drunk and have what the world calls fun with your friends you can
actually sing Psalms, hymns and spiritual songs. God loves you so much
and he has called you to a fellowship. So as you speak Psalms and Hymns
you are fellowshipping with God being filled with his Spirit. The Holy
Spirit did not just come to give us Spiritual gives and powerful
demonstrations and manifestation of the Spirit. The Holy Spirit according
to Jesus came as a comforter [John 14:16]. Jesus said I will not leave you
alone but I will come back to you [John 14:18]. So the Holy Spirit is the
Spirit of Christ and he has come so that we can enjoy that rich vibrant
fellowship that the Apostles had with the Lord. Jesus wants to walk with
you daily. He wants to talk to you daily and that’s why he said he was not
going to leave you alone but he was going to send another comforter to be
with you.

13
PRAYER

Lord Jesus I thank you because you said you are not going to leave us
alone but you would come back to us. Thank you for the gift of the Holy
Spirit.

God is Love

1 john 4 vs 8 "He that loves not knows not God because God is Love"

Saturday March 6

God loved us so much that while we were sinners Christ died for us. He
showed the riches of his grace to us through Christ. God loved us so much
that he adopted us to be his sons and daughters having given us all things
that pertain unto life and godliness through the knowledge of Christ. I
want someone to know that God loves him and everything that concerns
your life whether you are going through something difficult God has
already done everything to solve whatever you are facing right now
through the death and the resurrection of Christ Jesus. Therefore,
darkness no longer has power over you but rather if you are born again
the light now shines in your life. God manifested his love for us when he
sent his son to die for us so that we could live through him. When you get
to understand God and his love for you, you will understand also that you
as a child of God you also are supposed to love others.

PRAYER

I pray that Christ may dwell inside my heart by faith that I being rooted
and grounded in love may be able to comprehend with all the saints the
love of Christ which surpasses knowledge.

Love not the world

1 John 2 vs 15 "Love not the world neither the things that are in the world. If any
man love the world the love of the Father is not in him."

Sunday March 7

There are many eye catching things in the world, many pleasures that
compel us to do what is wrong. Scriptures gives us examples it tells us that
in the world there is lust and pride. The things in the world they are not
of God and if they are not of God they are not good for you as a child of
God. There are a lot of things that the world offers riches, fame etc but
these are not of God. So don’t lust against the things that the world offers.
The world can never give anything that is good for you. Scripture tells us
the enemy comes to steal kill and destroy. The more you are associate with
the world, the more you corrupt you mind as a Christian. That’s why you
see that there are many things that are pure but you don’t receive them
because you have a tarnished image concerning that thing. It’s not bad to
have a nice house, car or a big company. But because every day you are
busy watching people who get drunk with a lot of money, the people who
are you inspiration are worldly people who abuse themselves and their
bodies, you are going to find out that because of what you are busy feeding
to your mind it is going to be very difficult for you to ask God something
that you could have asked him and receive. That’s why you see that some
teacher so as to justify that, we end up hearing teachings like God only
supplies your needs, yet God wants also to supply your wants. God desires
to hear you ask what you want so that he can give you but because your
mindset is already darkened because of the things that you are occupied
in it is very difficult for you to receive from God if you are asking him with
a worldly mindset.

16
PRAYER

The world is crucified unto me and I unto the world. It’s no longer I who

faith of the Son of God who loved me and gave himself for me.

Pleasure of the world vs the joy of Christ

John 15:16 Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that
ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that
whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.

Monday March 8

According to what scripture is saying above, Jesus chose us so that we

should first of all bring much fruit and that our fruit should remain so
that whatsoever we shall ask the Father in his name we should receive.
Right there Jesus is putting it out that he wants us to enjoy and be happy
bearing the fruits of the Spirit. Jesus is also saying the reason why I called
you is so that in bearing much fruit whatever you ask God you receive. It
means God wants a Father-Son relationship with you. He wants to hear
you asking him that I want this and that. He also desires so much that his
children would be attentive to his voice and hear him when he speaks
because his words are spirit and life. Some Christians though they love
God so much when they see God they see him as someone who does not
even want his children to enjoy. That’s why you see some Christians they
Love going to church and they Love God but when it comes to a decision
to get a girlfriend or a boyfriend some they will run away from God. Some
even think that the source of joy and fulfillment they can get is through
watching how other celebrities are making more money, how they are
dating. Because mentally they think God is against them enjoying they
run away from God. If you were someone who thought like that you are
wrong my brother and sister. When God created Adam everything that
he made was for Adam to enjoy. When God appeared to Abraham he
appeared so that he would give him a blessing to enjoy. When Christ came
to die for us, he did so that we could enjoy. God wants you and me to enjoy
in life. That’s why he made the beautiful stones, silver, gold and diamonds.
That’s why he made the beautiful trees it was all because of his love for
us. That’s why he has prepared for us the kingdom of heaven which is a
18
beautiful kingdom with streets of gold. I will end by saying don’t run away
from God if you are someone seeking to enjoy in your life because in the
presence of the Lord there is fullness of joy. The reason why Jesus was
saying I have chosen you to be fruitful is because the fruit of the spirit is
joy. You can’t enjoy without the fruit of the Spirit. That’s why you see
that after you ran away from God because you thought he was against
your enjoyment, you are now in a lot of trouble because of the kind of
businesses and relationships you were getting into.
PRAYER
Thank you Lord Jesus for delivering me from the bondage of sin so that
I would be joined to you. Because I am in you I bear much fruit loving all
my brothers and sisters as I live in joy, peace, righteousness and
prosperity in Jesus name.

How he loves us all

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that
whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Tuesday March 9

Some people ask that if God loves the world so much how is it that there
is a lot of famines, distress and all kinds of problems in the world. Is it
because God does not Love the world. NO! It’s not because of that. The
reason why the world is perishing is because it was given a choice to choose
between death and life. Not only did God love the world so much but he
also gave it a choice to submit to his Love. The world can choose either to
abide in the Love of God or it can choose not to. That’s you see in our
theme scripture it is saying, “For God so loved the world”. The word
translated so there is the greek word, “houto” which can be translated also
as “in this manner”. So we can read again that scripture as, “For God in
this manner loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that
whosoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life. So
the reason why you were failing to embrace the love of God is because you
didn’t know the manner or the way in which he demonstrated his love.
Unless you believe in Christ though God loves you so much, you will never
experience his love in your life because you are not submitted to his love.
Let’s end by looking at two other last scriptures. This is what Jesus told
his disciples, “(John 15:9-10) As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved
you: continue ye in my love. If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in
my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his
love. So Jesus is saying I already love you but there is a need for you to
abide in my Love or to dwell in my Love. He also tells us how to dwell in
his Love. This is what he said, “If you keep my commandments you shall
abide in my love”. Which commandments is Jesus talking about? In the
epistle of John, the writer explains what Jesus meant when he said keep
20
my commandments. “(1John 3:23) And this is his commandment, That we
should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as
he gave us commandment. And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth
in him, and he in him”. The commandments that the Lord was talking
about is to believe in him and love one another as he has given us
commandment. That’s why scripture said “God in this manner loved the
world that he gave his only begotten Son so that whosoever believes in him
should not perish but have everlasting life.” God loves you and if you are
someone who has not receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior just
pray and say, “Lord Jesus I make you my Lord. I believe that you were raised
from the dead in Jesus name Amen.”

PRAYER

Father I thank because of how much you love us all. Thank you for sending
Jesus to die for us.

Faith Hope Love

1 Corinthians 13 vs 13 "Now these three abide faith hope love but the greatest of
these is love"

Wednesday March 10

Every doctrine and teaching about Christ has to edify the church in these
three things that is faith, hope and love. Love is what holds the two faith
and hope. Without love hope is doomed to fail. Without Love faith cannot
express itself. Faith in God can only find its expression in Love. Love is the
bond of perfectness. We know that hope makes us not ashamed because
the love of God is shed inside our hearts by the holy spirit [Romans 5 vs
5]. We also know that faith works by love [Galatians 5:6]. The only way
you can understand Love is through the death of Christ at the cross and
his resurrection. If you believe that Jesus is the Christ it means God lives
in you and you in God and you dwell in love. It is because of your faith in
Christ Jesus that you are able to love others. So walk in love as God’s child
because that is who you are in Christ.

PRAYER

Father I pray in the name of Jesus thanking you for the love that has been
shed abroad inside our hearts by the holy spirit. I walk in love as a child
of God and my love is perfected in Christ knowing that as he is so I am
also in this world.

Forgiveness of Sins

Acts 10 vs 43 " To him give all the prophets witness that through his name
whosoever believes in him shall receive remission of sins"

Thursday March 11

Remission of sins means, "forgiveness of sins". This means in Christ,

because Jesus became sin for you yet he knew no sin, you became the
righteousness of God in him. It means God no longer remembers your sins
if you are in Christ because Christ took away the sin of the world. Maybe
you have been having thoughts of condemnation or of guilt know that you
are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. If you are someone who has
not received Christ in your life know this that Jesus loved you so much, he
came to die for your sins and rose again so that you could receive
forgiveness of sins through his name. It does not matter what you have
done in life but God is offering you his gift from heaven who is Christ
Jesus. Jesus is our eternal life, our Passover, the lamb of God and the
righteous one of God and you are the righteousness of God in him. If you
want to be at peace with God and be reconciled to him you can just pray
and say “Lord Jesus I receive you into my heart. I believe that you were
raised from the dead in Jesus name Amen”. To someone who believes in
Christ know that you are no longer under the law but under grace. Always
declare in your life that I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus I'm
not a sinner but I'm a child of God and I walk in love even as God is Love.

PRAYER

I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. I am not a sinner but I am

a child of God and I walk in love, joy, peace and righteousness in the holy
spirit.

Grow in grace

2 Peter 3:18 But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus
Christ. To him be glory both now and forever. Amen.

Friday March 12

God wants his children to grow and know who they are in Christ. When
you received Christ your old life was crucified with Christ at the cross and
you received the new life which is the eternal life. So in time past you could
have judged yourself according to the old way of living, the same kind of
lifestyle that those in the world still live. But now since you are in Christ
it’s no longer you who lives but Christ who lives in you. But being born
again, you are born again as a baby and you still have to grow. So for a
child to grow properly there is need for feeding and experience. The child
has to see the Father walk so that he can learn to walk. The child has to
see the Father talking so that he also can learn to speak. So besides eating
the child has to experience how his family lives on a daily basis for him to
grow properly. That is the same as you the child of God. When you are
born again you are born a baby. But as you read the glorious gospel of
Christ, He is being made manifest into your life and by doing so you are
being transformed into the same image. So I encourage you to grow in
grace. Grow in the knowledge of Jesus. The more you get to know Jesus,
the more also you get to know yourself because your life is in Christ and
the more also is grace multiplied in your life.

PRAYER

Father I thank you for your word. I meditate upon your word day and
night as I get to know my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ being transformed
into his image and glory Amen.

Receive Healing

Matthew 8:16-17 When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were
possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that
were sick: That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet,
saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.

Saturday March 13

This was during the ministry of Jesus as he was with us on earth. Jesus
would heal the sick, cast out demons and the like. He was the source of
Hope in a dark and desperate world. Many would come to him who had
lost hope who had become outcasts in their society. Lepers would
approach Jesus, the blind would cry out to him. Truly he was a light that
shined in the darkness. In mark the scripture ends by saying this, “Mark
16:19-20 So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up
into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. And they went forth, and
preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the
word with signs following. Amen.” So though Jesus was now in heaven he
was still working miracles he was still healing the sick. Miracles were
happening. The sick were being healed. In the Acts of the Apostles we hear
the wonderful news of how people were being healed by the hands of the
Apostles. I want you to know my brother and sister that Jesus is still
healing today and by his strips you are healed. If you are someone who has
being having problems with a certain infirmity may you receive healing in
the name of Jesus. Jesus has already paid for your healing that’s why
scripture says he was wounded for our transgressions and by his strips we
are healed. So just lay your hand on were ever you feel pain and just
declare that in Jesus name I am healed. Even if there are wounds in your
relationships with your loved ones, children or mentally you are battling
with something by the strips of Jesus you are healed and delivered from
anything that was keeping you in bondage. If you are someone who has
not received Jesus as your Lord and Savior, I want you to know that Jesus
was wounded for your transgressions and by his strips you are healed.

Jesus has already paid for everything that might cause you to suffer. He
has paid for your sins and sicknesses, all you need to do now is to just
receive him as your Lord and Savior. Just pray and say “Lord Jesus I

I make you my Lord and Savior in Jesus name Amen.”

Delivered from Sin, Poverty, Sickness and Death

Romans 7:6 But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we
were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the
letter.

Sunday March 14

Some people attack preacher who preach to people that through Christ
believers were delivered from poverty. It is true that by the death and
resurrection of Christ we were delivered from the work of the devil which
is Sin. You need understand that in the will of God there is no such thing
as poverty. That’s why you see that even when the Lord made the heavens
and the earth Adam and Eve were living in abundance. They had
everything they could wish for and God was with them as they enjoyed
everything that God had made for them in his presence. Things like lack,
poverty, sickness and death came after the fall (after man had sinned). But
Christ came to destroy sin; “(1John 3:8) ………… For this purpose the Son
of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil”. He
came to destroy death. And since we are no longer living according to the
will of the devil but of God we should walk in health, prosperity, joy and
righteousness. So be conscious that you are dead to sin and have been
translated into the kingdom of Christ where you cannot suffer lack and be
sick. Refuse to settle for something that is not the will of God upon your
life.

PRAYER

We give thanks unto you God by Jesus Christ our Lord who has delivered
us from darkness and has translated us into his kingdom. I am free from
death, sin, poverty and sickness in the name of Jesus.

Creativity

Genesis 1:2-3 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon
the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters And
God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

Monday March 15

The greek word translated as “move” is the word, “rachaph”. The word
means to brood, to flutter or to relax. So God was brooding upon the earth
he was relaxed as he was conceiving something or preparing to bring forth
something. Jesus told us how he could speak to a tree and make it dry.
Scripture says, ”(Mark 11:20) And in the morning, as they passed by, they
saw the fig tree dried up from the roots. And Peter calling to remembrance
saith unto him, Master, behold, the fig tree which thou cursedst is withered
away. And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.For verily I
say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed,
and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall
believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have
whatsoever he saith. Jesus was saying have the God-kind of faith. He said
if you believe with you heart and shall declare what you believe it has to
come to pass. This is the same way you received Jesus. You believed with
you heart and confessed with your mouth and you were saved. Let’s go to
how God was creating the world. God had been broading upon the earth
and when he was speaking light into existing he was bringing forth what
was in his heart into reality. This is the same way you bring things into
existence. This is the same way you can create your own reality according
to God’s will. The world we live in is chaotic, filled with a lot of disaster
and trauma. But you as a child of God you are supposed to broad and
begin to imagine good things for the surrounding. You should meditate on
God’s word and things that God has for you and for your surrounding
and when you have are ready to bring it into reality just speak it into
existence. We are God’s workmanship created anew in Christ to do the
31
good works that he has prepared for us to do before the foundations of the
world. So you are the one that is supposed to bring change. Bring life and
immortality to other people to light through the gospel. So I will end by
saying practical. The earth was chaotic and without order. So look into an
area where there is chaos. Already the whole world is in chaos. Begin to
mediate on the gospel of Christ on that matter because Jesus is the solution
to any problem. As you meditate on the word concerning that matter, you
will see that as the word fills your heart your mouth will begin to speak
out of the abundance of your heart. There will be an outflow of the word
of God from your heart bringing change to lives. That is when you can
speak into existence good things, joy into others people lives. I will end by
saying your heart has to be filled with the word of God. When your heart
is filled with the word there is going to be an outflow of joy, peace and
happiness not only in your life but in the lives of those around you.

PRAYER

Father I thank you for the God kind of life that you gave me. Filled with
your word inside my heart I speak change and light in my surroundings.

Fruition

John 15:5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him,
the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

Tuesday March 16

In the last devotion we talked about creativity. We said that if our hearts
are filled with the word of God the word will outflow through our mouth
bringing forth change. In this devotion we are going to look at the
importance of the vine for us to be creative but most importantly how to
live a life of fruition. Jesus in the theme scripture above is saying I am the
vine and anyone that abides in me brings forth much fruit. He then says
without me you can do nothing. So this also shows that according to God
if you are not fruitful in your life it’s as if you are dead. Fruition is evidence
of life. What proves that you have received eternal life or Jesus is the
fruition in your life. We can also see in our scripture that you cannot fulfill
your purpose without Jesus. To God anything that is done without Jesus
is nothing. That’s why Jesus supposed to be at the center of everything.
That’s why scripture says in him all things hold up. I will end by saying
each and every believer is supposed to walk in fruition. Jesus ordained us
to be fruitful. To manifest the fruits of the Spirit in your life your life all
you have to do is to dwell in Jesus. You dwell in Jesus by allowing his
words to dwell in your heart. So continue fellowship in the gospel and
bring forth much fruit so that God may be glorified through you.

Wednesday March 17

The Psalmist once said, “(Psalms 100:1-2) Make a joyful noise unto the
LORD, all ye lands. Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his
presence with singing.” I love that scripture and I am sure most of us in
the faith we love it and we quote it more often. Usually we just quote the
part where it says, “(Psalm 100:4) Enter into his gates with thanksgiving,
and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.”
But even before David tells us that when we go to the temple of the Lord
we should be joyful and thankful he tells us that we should live a lifestyle
of rejoicing in the Lord being thankful because he is the one who made us.
{(Psalm 100:3) Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us,
and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.} David
is giving thanks to God not only because he created him but also because
he is our provider. David acknowledges that we are a people of God. He
loves us, he is our Shepard, our Guide and God. I will just end by saying
let us make a joyful noise to God. Let us praise him always. When we go
to church let us go with joy and gladness. Lastly quoting from Apostle Paul
he says, “(Ephesians 5:18-20) And be not drunk with wine, wherein is
excess; but be filled with the Spirit; Speaking to yourselves in psalms and
hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to
the Lord; Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in

Thursday March 18

Some Christians they don’t want to experience Christianity to the fullest

because they think it’s boring. They love the Lord so much but they don’t
want to be intimate with him because they think that God is boring but
that’s not true. The fullness of joy is in the presence of the Lord [Psalms
16:11]. The most joyful people who ever lived are Christians. Let’s take
Abraham for example. Abraham was not a Christian. But we have one
thing in common with him we all love the Lord and we live by faith the
same as he did. That’s why he is our Father, the Father of faith. Abraham
enjoyed the presence of the Lord. God would talk to Abraham here and
there. Even when it came to provision Abraham was enriched in
everything you can think of, for him to enjoy. I have once said it; the things
that we really think that they bring joy in Life they don’t bring joy. There
is no joy under the bondage of sin. It’s only the blessing of the Lord that
makes rich and adds no sorrow to it [Proverbs 10:22]. God want you to
enjoy and to be happy. This joy and happiness is in his presence. There is
more to joy than just having material things. It’s well proven that you can
be rich and yet be the most miserable person. But you can’t live in the
presence of God and remain miserable. If you are someone who is saying
I lack the presence of God in my life, I don’t have a relationship with Jesus
just pray and say, “Lord Jesus I believe that you were raise from the dead,
come into my heart. I confess you as my Lord and Savior Amen.”

The blessing of the Lord

Proverbs 10:22 The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow
with it.

Friday March 19

The Lord wants you to be rich. The lord wants you to walk in abundance.
That’s why scripture there is saying the blessing of the Lord makes rich.
It continues on saying, “he adds no sorrow with it.” It means when God
blesses you with something he does add to pain and trouble with it. It
means you enjoy the blessings of God without much effort or work. This
is the great news about grace. Jesus redeemed us from the curse of the
Law. According to the Law you reap what you sow but according to grace
by your faith in Jesus you reap what Jesus sow. According to the Law
every work it receives a just recompense but according to grace we are
justified freely by the blood of Jesus. So the same way that God told Adam
that by sweat you shall eat bread, it means if you are under the Law never
expect to eat bread without sweat. But under grace its different. Because,
“(Galatians 3:13) Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being
made a curse for us: for it is written, cursed is every one that hangeth on
a tree: That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through
Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
Wow! it means you are no longer under the curse of the Law. Paul in that
scripture ends by saying, “that the blessing of Abraham might come on
the gentiles”. Let me unveil this last revelation. From what Paul is saying,
“Christ has been made a curse for us. The word used there is past tense.
Christ has already died and rose again so that the blessing of Abraham
might come upon the gentiles. So the blessing has already been given.
Anything that you can account as the blessing of God by Christ has
already been given. The Holy Spirit, Healing, prosperity anything you
name it that we talk about as the blessing of the Lord has already been
39
given. But we have to receive the promise through faith. So what’s left is
for you to receive.

good man some would even dare to die. But God commendeth his love toward us, in
that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Saturday March 20

Did you know that Jesus Christ came to die for when you were still a
sinner? He died for you when you were a smoker, drunkard or reviler,
despite all that he still died for you because he loves you. Paul says scarcely
for a righteous man will one die for; yet peradventure would one even dare
to die for a good man but God commended his love to us ward in that while
we were still sinners Christ died for us. We are now justified by the blood
of Jesus Christ because he died and rose again. We are reconciled to God.
We are also saved from the wrath to come because of what Christ did at
the cross. The love of God that is shed inside our hearts by the Holy spirit
is that “God loved us to such an extent that while we were sinners Christ
died for us”. Know that God loves you always and he will never leave you

Be thankful

Ephesians 5:20 Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the
name of our Lord Jesus Christ;

Sunday March 21

Though we are born again some of us we still speak words that are not
pure. We still don’t know the kind of vocabulary to use as a new creation.
Scripture says, “(1Peter 3:10) For he that will love life, and see good days,
let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile”
So as a new creation you are not supposed to be speaking words that are
not consist to what God says to your life. When you go through difficulties
don’t be someone who is used to saying I cannot do this or this is too big
for me. But rather give thanks. Scripture says, “(Hebrews 13:15) By him
therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the
fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.” Did you notice that in each and
every scripture that we have just quoted the word of God does not say give
thanks sometimes but rather it says give thanks always? So it does not
matter what you might be seeing with your physical eyes, the only reason
why God would say continue praising me and thanking me always would
be that he has already done everything that is needed for you to experience
a life of glory and triumph always. How did he do it? By sending Jesus to
die for you and me. That’s why Jesus said, “(John 16:33) These things I
have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye
shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.”
Hallelujah! The Lord is saying be of good cheer because I have overcome
the world. The word ‘overcome’ there is past tense. So child of good be
joyful always giving thanks to God because he loves you and he sent the
Lord Jesus to die for you so that you can inherit eternal life.

Ask and you shall receive

Luke 11:9 And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall

Monday March 22

Wow! This is God who is saying ask and it shall be given unto you. I like
this one. If God is telling you that if you ask him for something, you will
receive it means when we ask God we should expect to receive. In that
scripture we can also see that God is saying I have a lot of things that I
have that I want to give you but I am waiting for you to ask. I won’t force
them on you, I am waiting for you to agree with me. Sometimes we end up
in a lot of trouble just because we didn’t ask. We get ourselves into tight
places because of failure to ask. James says, “(James 4:2) Ye lust, and have
not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye
have not, because ye ask not”. These believers that James was talking to
didn’t have to go through the struggles, all they had to do was to ask and
they would receive. So know that when you ask God for something you
will receive. So ask the Lord what you want. Not only what you need but
also your wants. God is also ready to supply your wants.

Whatever you ask in prayer believe that you have

Matthew 21:22 And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall
receive.

Tuesday March 23

Another version translates that scripture as, ”(Matthew 21:22) and all—
as much as ye may ask in the prayer, believing, ye shall receive.” Firstly,
God is telling us what we can ask in prayer and he says “and all-as much”.
It means God never said be humble in prayer. He expects you to ask what
you want. Some people will say I won’t ask this because I am humble. But
that’s not always true. Humility has nothing to do with asking. Humility
is a fruit of the Spirit and if you are a child of God walking in the Spirit
you are humble. There, Jesus is saying anything that you ask him you will
receive. If God himself is saying believe that you will receive it shows that
God is willing to give you as much as you ask. The second thing to note is
that Jesus said you will only receive what you ask believing. Did you notice
that. Jesus is not saying after receiving then believe that you have received.
Jesus is saying after asking believing that you have received and then you
will receive. So faith has to come before receiving not after receiving. I will
end by saying, Jesus is telling us to ask. It shows that God desires for you
to ask him. Also secondly when Jesus said this scripture the only condition
that he gave was to believe that you have received. If some of the people
that Jesus healed were to say we are too sinful to ask Jesus anything they
were never going to ask and they were never going to be healed. There,
Jesus just said believe. So same as you my brother and sister all you have
to do is to believe.

Wednesday March 24

James teaches us the effectual and fervent prayer of a righteous man is

dynamic in working. It produces tremendous power. He then gives us an
example of Elijah. Scripture is saying Elijah prayed that it should not rain
and did not rain upon the whole earth in a space of three years and six
months. James also shows us that Elijah was a man subject to like passions
as we. He was a man just like you. Yes, sure he was anointed as a prophet,
but James also shows us that the reason his prayers were so powerful was
because he was a righteous man. You are probably going to say, “Yes
Joseph, you have said well he was a righteous man so I don’t qualify in
that league.” Because of that I am going to show you what scripture says
about someone who is born again. Scripture says,” 2 Corinthians 5:21 For
he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made
the righteousness of God in him”. According to the word of God you are
not a sinner but rather a righteous man if you are in Christ. That means
you qualify to pray the kind of prayers that Elijah was praying. There is
no way James by the Spirit would teach this if there were no righteous
people to be found in the body of Christ.

The great Commission

March 16:15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the

Thursday March 25

To tell the truth the only reason we are still on this earth is to preach the
gospel. I have heard some people and some teachings say that we on are
on earth so that God may try us and test us to see if we are good enough
to go to heaven. But that’s not true. They even give an illustration saying,
“life is like two people who are sent to a certain place being recorded their
action and the like”. All those things are not true and they are not
scriptural. The reason why after you were born again you are still here on
earth is not because Jesus wants you to put some extra work so that you
enter the kingdom. You are here on earth as an ambassador of Christ [2
Corinthians 5:20]. You can’t be an ambassador of a nation you don’t
belong to. So it means when you received Christ you become an heir of the
kingdom of God [ Romans 8:17]. The kingdom of God already belongs to
you and it is yours today, tomorrow and the day that Christ comes again.
That’s why we qualify to preach the good news of the kingdom. God raised
us up with Christ and made us to sit with him in the heavenly places.
Therefore, since you are here to advance the kingdom of God it means you
should be investing more into the gospel of Jesus Christ. It means your
number one business on earth should be to advance the kingdom of God.
It should be to preach the gospel.

Friday March 26

Scripture says that, “(2 Corinthians 5:20) Now then we are ambassadors
for Christ…….” We are ambassadors for Christ. It means everything that
the world needs to know about Christ it can only find it in the church of
Christ. The body of Christ is the place of refuge and hope in a dark and
dying world. Jesus is not going to come down to preach the gospel but he
has given that task to us his church. We are the body of Christ, the temple
of the living God. God has glorified his church and has set it in the world
as a light to the world. So we are supposed to shine in the world. We are
supposed to demonstrate and portray the love of God in the world. We are
supposed to tell the world about Jesus. In that theme scripture the Lord
Jesus said and ye shall receive power when the Holy Spirit is come upon

Humility

1Peter 5:6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he
may exalt you in due time:

Saturday March 27

In the book of James the writer also says, “(James 4:6-7) ……God resisteth
the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble. Submit yourselves therefore to
God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” In that scripture we are
being shown that the greatest level of humility is when you are able to
submit yourself to the word of God. Submitting to God means that you are
submitted to his word. That’s why scripture says, “(John 15:10) If ye keep
my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my
Father's commandments, and abide in his love.” Jesus is saying when you
submit to my commandments you are submitted to my Love for you. I
have once shown some time back that the commandments that Jesus was
talking about in that scripture are not the ten commandments or the Law.
John explains it later in his epistle what the commandments that our Lord
Jesus was talking about there were. In first John scripture says, “(1John
3:22) And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his
commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. And this
is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus
Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.” So the
commandments that Jesus was talking about are to believe in him and to
love others as he gave us commandment. I need you to see that in both of
those scriptures that I have quoted above from Peter and James they were
both trying to teach us how to keep the devil under our feet at all times.
That’s why you see after Peter said humble yourself under the mighty
hand of God a few verses after that one he says, “(1 Peter 5:8) Be sober,
be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh
about, seeking whom he may devour:”. So both Peter and James were
52
telling us that we should remain submitted in the gospel of Christ which is
the word of God and by doing so we will be able to resist the devil. When
you believe in Jesus and walk in Love even as Jesus walked in Love there
is no way the devil can prevail against you. When you are doing so it means
you are living life submitted to God. Or you are dwelling in God. That’s
why scripture says, “(1 John 2:10) He that loveth his brother abideth in
the light, and there is none occasion of stumbling in him.” Hallelujah! if
you walk in Love you will never stumble.

I walk and I dwell in Love. Therefore, the devil does not have anything on

Let Love Lead

John 13:34 A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I
have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are
my disciples, if ye have love one to another.

Sunday March 28

What makes God who he is, is Love. That’s why you hear John say God is
Love. In God there is Love. If you dwell in God, it means you dwell in
Love. Love is the nature of divinity. If you want to be sure that God is
behind anything that is done all you need to do is to check if Love is
manifesting in that operation. It is only divine nature, those who carry the
zoe (God kind of life) that can walk in love. That’s why John said, “(1 John
3:14) We know that we have passed from death unto life (zoe), because we
love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.” In other
words John is saying we are very sure that we received eternal life when
we received Jesus because we now love the brothers and sisters. I will end
by sharing one last revelation. In our theme scripture above there is
something I need you to note. In the old covenant the Law said,
“(Deuteronomy 6:5) And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine
heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.” Here in the Law God
was saying use all your strength to Love me. But in the dispensation of
grace God is saying I have given you all my strength so that you can Love
me and your neighbor with the same love that I love you with. I will explain
a little bit further so that you understand. Remember I showed you above
that when you received the life of God (zoe) and the nature of God it means
you are now like God. God himself is love and by giving you his nature
and life through the resurrection of our Lord Jesus it means you dwell in
love and should walk in love. So in the Law God was saying try as much
as you can to love me but in grace God is saying I have empowered you to
Love the same way I love you. God is saying when you received Christ
your threshold of Love is the God kind of Love. That’s why Jesus in our
54
theme scripture was then saying,” as I have loved you so love one another”.
Jesus is saying the same way I love you is the same way you can love your
mother and all your friends. It means by the new birth you will be able to
Love others the same way that Jesus loves you.

When Christ was resurrected by God from the dead you were resurrected

corruptible seed but of incorruptible.” What Peter is talking about there
is a change of nature. Form being the children of wrath to the glorious
sons of God by the death and resurrection of Christ [Ephesians 2:3-5]. It
means you carry a different nature as to the one that you had before you
were born again. Nature is from the word natural. When something is
natural it can happen without application of any external force or factor.
When a child is sick its natural for him or her to cry. It’s natural for a
human being to walk with two legs. It’s also natural for a Cow to walk
with four legs. The reason why I am saying this is so that you understand
how natural is should be for you as a believer to walk in righteousness.
This is the good news of the gospel. God by the resurrection of Jesus gave
birth to you with a new life {a divine life}. Now all you have to do is to walk
in that newness of life. To tell the truth for a new creation righteousness is
not something that is forced externally. It is something that is natural.
That’s why scripture says you are not under the Law but under grace. In
the old covenant God gave the Law to the children of Israel but in the new
covenant God didn’t give us the Law but he gave us his Son and by his
death and resurrection we were born again with the nature of God. That
means walking in righteousness is your nature. It means it should be
normal for you to walk in righteousness because you are born again with
an incorruptible nature.

PRAYER

I am the righteousness of God in Christ. I was raised with Christ from the
dead so that I should walk in the newness of life.

Count yourselves to be dead indeed to sin

Romans 6:10-11 For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he
liveth unto God. Likewise reckon {count} ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto
sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.

God wants you to walk in reality. God wants you to walk in truth. Jesus
said, “(John 4:23) But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true
worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father
seeketh such to worship him.” As a born again believer God does not want
you to walk in ignorance but he wants you to understand what are the
riches of his glory and grace in Christ. What Paul is teaching in Romans
6 is the reality and truth concerning you and me at the cross. Paul is
saying, “(Romans 6:4) Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into
death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the
Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.” Paul is saying we
died with Christ at the cross. This is the reality and truth that God wants
you to walk in. Paul continues by saying, “(Romans 6:6-7) Knowing this,
that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be
destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. For he that is dead is
freed from sin.” This means the reality in your life is that you are freed
from sin. Please note that the word freed is past tense. I know you going
to say this is that, but the word of God says walk by faith and not by sight.
According to what God is saying in Romans you are dead to sin and freed
from sin. That is why in our theme scripture Paul is saying count yourself
or reckon yourself to be dead indeed to sin. Paul is saying walk in truth.
He is saying walk by faith of what happened at the cross. For the things
which are seen are temporal but the things that we don’t see are eternal.

PRAYER

I am dead to sin and freed from sin. Sin does not any more have power
over me for I am not under the Law but under grace.

Slaves of righteousness

Romans 6:18 Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants{slaves} of
righteousness.

Wednesday March 31

Paul is telling us in the scripture above that we are now slaves of

righteousness. He continues saying,” (Romans 6:19) I speak after the
manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye have
yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto
iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto
holiness.” You need to understand that you are now a slave to
righteousness. A slave is someone who is under a yoke. It means as a
believer, in the way that Paul is preaching it, it should be very easy for you
to live a righteous life and very difficult to live a sinful life. I know some of
you thought to live the righteousness life is difficult. But according to
scripture God is saying walking a righteous life is a very easy task for
anyone who is born again. A person in the world will definitely tell you
that living a righteous life to him it is difficult and what he would be saying
is true. If you are not born again you are a slave to sin. It’s not only difficult
for a non-believer to live a righteous life but it’s also impossible. If you are
walking in the truth of the word of God, it is impossible for you to live a
sinful life. Please note what I said. I said if you are walking in the truth of
the gospel it is impossible for you to live a sinful life. That’s why scripture
says the just shall live by faith. Scripture is calling those who live by faith
righteous and just. I will end by saying something practical that you can
apply in your life. As you read the word of God for example what we have
just read there. The word of God is saying you are a slave to righteousness.
Scripture says, Abraham staggered not at the promise of God in unbelief
but was strong in faith giving glory to God [ Romans 4:20]. So all you have
60
to do is to belief it. Make the word of God your reality. Everyday you wake
up just confess that I am a slave to righteousness. When you talk don’t say
we are all sinners but rather say I was crucified with Christ. This is the
kind of life that Paul lived. Paul spoke the reality of what happened at the
cross rather than what people said or what he saw with his eyes. That’s
why he said, “(Galatians 2:20) I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I
live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the
flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself
for me.” Paul was declaring that he is not a sinner in that scripture. To
say, “I am crucified with Christ”, is the same as to say I am not a sinner.
Because scripture says,” (Romans
6:6) Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of
sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.” When you
say I am crucified wit Christ you are declaring that you are no longer a
sinner.

If you haven’t received Christ and the free gift of righteousness just pray
and say, Lord Jesus I receive you into my heart, I make you my Lord and
Savior in Jesus name I pray Amen.

PRAYER

I am crucified with Christ nevertheless I live yet not I but Christ lives
within me and the life that I now live I live by the faith of Jesus who loved
me and died for me.
