    represent all of us and the Firm and to do, execute and perform any one or more of

    documents/declarations and papers with ITPL w.r.t. the arrangement for acting
    as Service Provider to ITPL.
    2. The firm shall abide by the Model Code of Conduct as stipulated by ITPL.
    3. To accept and agree with the terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the ITPL.
