Syllabus
A. Subject Description:
This course will provide physical activities for the purpose of optimizing health and fitness. Students will
choose from a menu of course offerings in Dance, Sports and Outdoor an Adventure Activities.
B. Objectives:
At the end of the course, the students should be able to:
1. Engage oneself in conditioning and sport training.
2. Engage oneself to their chosen activities (Dance and Sport)
3. Demonstrates understanding of fitness and exercise in optimizing one’s health as a habit, as
prerequisite for physical activity assessment performance, and as a career opportunity.
4. Promotes to improve skills and to create events with proficiency and confidence, and in influencing
others positivity. And,
5. Promote active life and health awareness

D. Grading System:
The Final Grade is computed as follows:
Final Grade = (1st x 0.33) + (2nd x 0.33) + (3rd x 0.34)
