Some Cooperative Games…..

Fitness Negotiations
In this engaging and interactive fitness lesson students
go to their classmates and negotiate the swapping of
exercise amounts. Each student will write the name of
their partner, agreement, and have their classmate sign
the agreement.

This lesson was a success, students bought in and loved


the negotiations. They were completing different physical
literacy movements.
