As I look at the growth over the years since our inception in 2000, I am extremely happy of what we have
achieved, and even more excited about our outlook for an equally promising future. Junaco Group is so dynamic
with business interest in a number of lines. Our flagship is water solutions, with which we support leading
water utilities in the markets especially Tanzania, Uganda and Kenya.

In the quest to provide more solutions and services, of course capitalizing on the steady growth, we opted

Company Background

Junaco Group of Companies traces its humble beginning in Junaco (T) Ltd., which was founded in 2000
by Justin Lambert with his partner Nassor Nkupama, undertaking the business of exporting seafood to
South Africa, Mauritius, Netherlands, Malawi and Zambia. Also the company dealt with importation and
installation of firefighting equipment for the Tanzanian market.

In the year 2002, the company diversified into water solutions, which is now the flagship operation of the
Group. The company also set up the subsequent subsidiary outfits to cater for new needs arising in the
market.

In the quest to keep up with the technological advances of the 21st century, the company made
strategic acquisitions and new products were added to the portfolio, latest technology for automated
fire suppression systems and Kardex products.. In the year 2012, the company incorporated external
subsidiaries; Uganda in 2012(Junaco Limited), Kenya in 2014 (Junaco Trading Limited), South Africa in 2014
(Junaco Trading Enterprise S.A), Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) in 2015 (Junaco Limited), and Dubai
in 2016 (Junaco General Trading LLC).

Opportunities in worldwide natural fibre demand saw the company invest in sisal business by acquiring
Marungu Plantation Limited in 2013. In 2015 Junaco (T) Ltd acquired a clearing and forwarding company
(Shift cargo Limited) as a solution towards enhancing efficiency in the clearance of its own increasing
volume of importations. In 2016 Junaco (T) Ltd bought a sizeable stake in Clarkson Insurance Brokers
Ltd (K) to incorporate Clarkson Insurance Brokers (T) Ltd.

In order to provide synergy and corporate strategic leadership, Junaco Group of Companies
Ltd was incorporated in 2016 as the holding company.

The credit of our success lies to a well-qualified, dedicated team of professionals

who have extensive knowledge and experience in their respective areas of
operations. It is for this reason Junaco Group of Companies Limited is now
one of the largest distributors and suppliers of both water and industrial
chemicals in East & Central Africa.

Mr. Justine Lambert being the brains behind the company. The core activity of the company is Cleaning
& frieght forwading. This encompasses sea freight, airfrieght, road transportaion and cargo movement.
The company is an agent of Tanzania Revenue Authority, registered and licenced as customs and frieght
forwarding Agent, handling both imports and exports to and from Tanzania including transit cargo and
from neighboring countries like Malawi, Zambia, DRC Congo, Rwanda, Burundi and Zambia.

Provide comprehensive logistic solution for clients with high volume, or complex dispatch requirements.
We have no restrictions in the size and weight of the goods we handle. As clearing agents, to us quality
means one thing and that is timely delivery to our customers. Our continous improvement is sustained
as long as time changes and intend to keep pace with the changes in the import & export business. We
have penetrated the market in many rewarding ways in our 27 years of operation and still keep focus.
